本発明は幼児や園児が使用する為のもので、保育園や幼稚園に設置するトイレブースに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
トイレブースの形態にも色々あるが、本発明が対象とするトイレブースは間仕切り用のパネルを据付て構成されるものであって、図６はこの具体例である。同図に示しているように、仕切りパネル(イ)、(イ)、…の正面には正面パネル(ロ)、(ロ)…が垂直に取付けられ、そして隣り合う正面パネル間に形成される入口(ハ)、(ハ)…にドアパネル(ニ)、(ニ)…が開閉出来るように取付けられている。

ところで、このように構成されるトイレブースの内部には便器が設置されているが、幼児用のトイレブースも同図に示す大人用トイレブースと基本的な構造は共通している。しかし、幼い子供のトイレブースは幼児の嗜好に合わせた動物、人気キャラクター等のデザインや形状が切欠き図形として施されている場合もある。そしてドアを閉じた際に手の指が挟まらないようにも工夫されている。

例えば、特許第３０３１８６６号に係る「幼児用トイレブースのドアの取付け構造」は、「一方の側縁を支点として開閉されるドアを備えた幼児用トイレブースにおいて、前記ドアの幅はトイレブースの入口幅より大きく、かつドアの両側辺縁部が入口両側の仕切り板の辺縁部と重なり合う大きさとし、ドアの両側辺縁部が入口両側の仕切り板の辺縁部から、外側もしくは内側に１５〜２５ｍｍ離して取付けている。」

ところで、このように幼児用として特別に工夫されているトイレブースであっても、嗜好用として形成した上記切欠き図形の角に当って幼児がトイレを使用するに際してケガをする場合があり、問題となっている。又、幼児がトイレに入って気分が悪く成ったり、事故が発生した場合であっても、内部でロックしてしまう事で、該ドアを開けることが出来なくなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の幼児用トイレブースには上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこれら問題点であって、幼児が好む図形や模様を切欠き溝にて形成するものであるが、これら切欠き図形や模様の角に当って幼児がケガをすることなく、又緊急事態が発生した場合には外からドアを開くことが出来るようにした幼児用トイレブースを提供する。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明のトイレブースではドアや正面パネルに切欠き溝をもって図形や模様を形成することで、幼児の嗜好に合わせたトイレブースとしている。この場合、切欠き溝によって形成される図形や模様は正面に角を持たず、滑らかなＲ面又は傾斜面と成っている。又、ドアは入口空間の幅より大きく成っていて、ドアが閉じた場合の両側端部は正面パネルに重なり合い、そして正面パネルとの隙間は２６ｍｍ以上とし、手の指が入る大きさとしている。

この隙間は単に指が入るだけでなく、ロックを解錠可能な大きさである。一方、ドアの端部は角張らないように丸みを持ったソフトエッジを持って形成され、さらに正面パネルの入口にも角張らないように側端には丸みを有すソフトエッジを有す当り板が使用される。さらに、正面パネルとドア間には指詰め防止ゴムが取付けられている。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】

ドア５にはロック８が取付けられていて、閉じたドア５が開かないようになるが、このロック８を外から解錠することを可能としている。すなわち、上記正面パネル３とドア５間の隙間が２６ｍｍ以上とは、ロック８を解錠する為に必要な大きさである。幼児はトイレに入った時に、身体の不調や事故が起きて出ることが出来ない場合、外からロック８を解錠することが必要となる。本発明は、このロック解錠用として必要最低限の大きさの隙間７として２６ｍｍを設けている。

そして、図３に示しているように、ドア５を閉じた場合にこの隙間７を作って指を詰めないように、正面パネル３には戸当りゴム９，９を上下に設けている。又ドア５の両側端は丸みを帯びたエッジ１０，１０を取着していて、ドア５の正面と側端面とのコーナーを角張らないように形成している。同じく、正面パネル３の入口側端にもエッジ１１，１１が取付けられ、該エッジ１１は丸みを有している。従って、幼児の手がパネル側端に触れてもケガをすることはない。

一方、上記ドア５の正面には幼児が好む図形や模様が切欠かれている。すなわち、正面に溝を切欠いて図形及び模様を作っている。ここで、図形や模様の具体的種類は問わないことにするが、切欠かれて形成される図形や模様によってケガしないように工夫されている。すなわち、図４は切欠き図形１２の断面を示しているように、ドア５の表面１３と切欠き内周面１４とのコーナーにはＲ面が形成されている。又、図５に示すごとく、表面１３と切欠き内周面１４とは垂直でなくて傾斜面と成っている。

以上述べたように、本発明のトイレブースは、ドアを閉じた場合、正面パネルとの間に２６ｍｍ以上の隙間を残し、ドア面に形成された切欠き図形や模様が角張らないようにしたものであり次のような効果を得ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明の幼児用トイレブースは、幼児がトイレを使用するに際してケガをしないように成っている。すなわち、ドアのコーナーは角張らないように丸みが形成され、又正面パネルの入口側端も丸みが形成されている。そして、パネル面には幼児が好む図柄が切欠き溝にて形成されているが、この溝も表面とのコーナーは丸みを形成したり、傾斜面とする等の工夫が施されている。

一方、トイレに入った幼児が身体の不調で出れなくなったような場合には、外からロックが外せるように、ドアを閉じた際の正面パネル間の隙間を２６ｍｍ以上とし、指が挿入出来る大きさとしている。
