[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The packaging box 200A of this embodiment that folds into the form shown in FIG. 4 is folded from one sheet-like material shown in FIG. 1, in this case, the cardboard 100A.
The packaging box 200A has a double wall structure on its peripheral wall and bottom surface (see FIGS. 4 and 5).
[0006]
In the corrugated cardboard 100A, bottom flaps 2A to 2D and lid flaps 3A to 3D are connected to each of the upper and lower edges of the four outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D of the packaging box 200A via folds A and B. It has a form. 1E is a glue piece for connecting the outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D in a rectangular tube shape.
[0007]
On the bottom flaps 2A, 2B, and 2D, a fold-up fold C is folded at a position that is spaced from the fold A that is the base edge of each of the bottom flaps 2A, 2B, and 2D. It is provided in parallel with the eye A.
Portions between the rising fold C and the fold A are partial outer bottom surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4d of the packaging box 200A.
And the part ahead from the rising fold C is the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5d.
[0008]
The right end edge (in FIG. 1) of the outer bottom surface 4a is a hypotenuse a inclined at 45 degrees.
In this hypotenuse a, the adhesive margin piece 6 is connected through the fold.
In addition, an adhesive margin piece 7 is connected to the right end of the inner peripheral wall 5a whose width is narrower than that of the outer bottom surface 4a through a fold.
Further, a rectangular engagement hole 8 is provided in the inner peripheral wall 5a so as to be along the rising fold C.
[0009]
The outer bottom surface 4b has a left side edge as a hypotenuse. A pair of left and right fitting slits 9 are provided in a cut shape from the front end edge near both side ends of the inner peripheral wall 5b whose width is narrower than the outer bottom surface 4b.
The bottom flap 2D has a substantially symmetric shape with respect to the bottom flap 2B.
[0010]
The remaining bottom flap 2 </ b> C is not provided with the inner peripheral wall 5, and the entire bottom flap 2 </ b> C is a partial outer bottom surface 4 c.
The outer bottom surface 4c serves to fill a square hole (not shown) generated in the center of the bottom surface of the packaging box 200A by raising each of the three inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5d.
[0011]
The outer bottom surface 4c has a shape in which a square part is connected to the tip of the trapezoidal part, and the paste margin piece 10 is also provided continuously on the oblique side a on the right side of the trapezoidal part.
Further, an insertion piece 11 is provided in the middle of the front edge of the outer bottom surface 4c so as to be inserted into the engagement hole 8 provided in the inner peripheral wall 5a.
[0012]
On the other hand, a lid closing piece 12 is connected to the front end edge of the lid flap 3A via a fold. Into the cut line 13 provided along the fold, the insertion piece 14 provided in a cut-and-cut shape over the outer peripheral wall 1C and the lid flap 3C is inserted.
[0013]
The lid flap 3C has a role of folding the remaining inner peripheral wall 5c, the inner bottom surface 17 and the like.
In view of this, the lid flap 3C is provided with four parallel folds D to G in parallel with the fold B.
Thereby, in the lid flap 3C, the folding piece 15, the horizontal piece 16, the inner peripheral wall 5c, the inner bottom surface 17, and the hanging piece 18 that supports the inner bottom surface 17 in a horizontal state are sequentially provided from the base end side. Each is formed through a fold.
[0014]
The lateral width of the inner bottom surface 17 is narrower by twice the gap width between the double circumferential walls than the lateral width of the outer peripheral wall 1C.
Therefore, the folds F and G contacting the upper and lower edges (in FIG. 1) of the inner bottom surface 17 are also set to the same width as the inner bottom surface 17.
[0015]
A fitting slit 19 that is somewhat longer than this edge portion is provided along each of the left and right edges of the inner bottom surface 17.
Furthermore, the left and right end portions of the inner peripheral wall 5c and the vertical support piece 18 are separated from each other by providing a cut b that reaches the side end of the lid flap 3C from the center of each fitting slit 19.
[0016]
Further, on the inner bottom surface 17, a pressing piece 20 for preventing the outer bottom surface 4 c from being lifted up after the packaging box 200 </ b> A is folded up is formed along the crease G in a raised shape. The U-shaped cut 21 is provided.
The portion where the pressing piece 20 is provided lacks the fold G.
[0017]
Next, an example of a procedure for folding the packaging box 200A from one cardboard 100A will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, the adhesive margin pieces 6 and 10 respectively provided on the bottom flaps 2A and 2C are arranged so that the adjacent outer bottom surfaces 4 are orthogonal to each other when the packing box 200A is folded up. Affixed to the outer bottom surfaces 4b and 4d.
Further, the adhesive margin piece 7 provided continuously to the right end of the inner peripheral wall 5a is bonded to the left end of the adjacent inner peripheral wall 5b.
[0018]
Then, when the outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D are connected in a rectangular tube shape by the adhesive piece 1E in a state where the bottom flaps 2A to 2D are folded on the inner side surfaces of the outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D, it is shown in FIG. Similarly, the folded packaging box 200A is completed.
The packaging box 200A is stored and distributed in this state.
[0019]
In order to fold up the folded packaging box 200A into a packaging box 200A having a double wall structure, first, the folded packaging box 200A is vertically oriented and the outer circumferential walls 1A to 1D are arranged. If the left and right corners of the part are pushed so as to be sandwiched with both hands, the parts of the outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D are developed into a rectangular tube shape.
[0020]
Since the corrugated cardboard 100A has folds at predetermined positions as described above, and the three portions of the bottom flaps 2A to 2D are glued and fixed, the outer peripheral walls 1A to 1D are formed in a rectangular tube shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the partial outer bottom surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4d are bent in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG.
At the same time, the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, and 5d connected to the outer bottom surfaces 4a, 4b, and 4d through the rising folds C are also erected from each other in conjunction with the bending movement. (See FIG. 3).
[0021]
At this time, since the outer bottom surface 4c (bottom flap 2C) is left behind from the above-described bending operation, the insertion piece 11 at the tip thereof is inserted into the engagement hole 8 of the inner peripheral wall 5a while being bent horizontally. By doing so, the rectangular holes generated as the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5d rise are filled up, and the bottom surface of the packaging box 200A is completely formed.
[0022]
Next, the operation moves to bending the lid flap 3C.
The lid flap 3C is provided with the parallel folds D to G as described above.
Therefore, first, the inner peripheral wall 5c and the hanging piece 18 that are connected to the two opposite sides of the inner bottom surface 17 are raised along the folds F and G and bent into a square hook shape. At this time, the pressing piece 20 is formed in a cut and raised shape.
[0023]
After that, the folding piece 15 is bent downward and superimposed on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 1C, the horizontal piece 16 is bent horizontally, and the inner peripheral wall 5c is further bent downward.
In this series of bending processes, the fitting slit 19 provided on the lid flap 3C side is engaged with the corresponding fitting slit 9 provided on the bottom flaps 2B and 2D.
[0024]
By this meshing, as shown in FIG. 4, the four inner peripheral walls 5 a to 5 d can be firmly connected in a cross beam shape.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5 as a longitudinal sectional view taken along line YY of FIG. 4, the inner bottom surface 17 is lifted from the outer bottom surface of the packing box 200A by a predetermined height by the hanging piece 18 or the like. Fixed to.
[0025]
Further, the pressing piece 20 is in contact with the upper surface of the outer bottom surface 4c, and the floating of the outer bottom surface 4c can be reliably prevented.
Thus, the packaging box 200A with the lid opened can be folded very easily and quickly.
[0026]
The space surrounded by the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and the inner bottom surface 17 serves as an article storage portion S for storing a packed article (not shown). Moreover, the space which arises between the outer peripheral walls 1A-1D and the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and between the top surface of the inner peripheral walls 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and the lid surface of the packaging box 200A, It is useful as an accessory storage section T for storing accessories and instructions for packing items.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the article storage portion S protects the packaged article by projecting the side end portions of the inner peripheral walls 5 a, 5 b, 5 c, and 5 d in a fin shape at four corners of the peripheral wall. It plays a role as a buffer piece. Further, the inner bottom surface 17 is suspended in a buffered state by the inner peripheral wall 5c and the suspended support piece 18.
[0028]
In order to reduce the cutting loss as much as possible from the original corrugated cardboard sheet, the cover flap 3C part, for example, the part from the fold E to the part from the corrugated cardboard 100A. It may be separated and separated.
[0029]
Next, FIGS. 6 and 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
The packaging box 200B of this embodiment, whose folded state is shown in FIG. 7 as a partially broken view, is folded up from one cardboard 100B partially showing only its essential parts in FIG.
[0030]
This packaging box 200B is different from the packaging box 200A of the first embodiment only in the lid flap 3C.
[0031]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6, both outer portions of the fitting slits 19, 19 provided so as to be along the left and right edges of the inner bottom surface 17 have a buffering function as will be described later by eliminating the cut b. The strip 22 is provided.
This strip-shaped piece 22 is provided with three parallel folds H. And the notch part 23 for the purpose of adjustment of a buffer function is provided in the inner end of the parallel fold H in the middle.
[0032]
When the packaging box 200B is folded up, the belt-like piece 22 is bent in a mountain shape along the three parallel folds H as shown in FIG.
The bent strip-shaped piece 22 is interposed between the outer peripheral walls 1B and 1D and the inner peripheral walls 5b and 5d, so that the packaged article (not shown) stored in the article storage portion S is better buffered. Will play a role in protecting the state.
[0033]
The belt-like piece 22 may be bent in a kamaboko shape by omitting the parallel fold H in the middle.
In FIG. 6, reference numeral 24 denotes a punching hole, which serves as an accessory storage port for the accessory storage portion T covered by the horizontal piece 16.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the monolithic packing box having a double wall according to the present invention exhibits excellent practical functions as listed below.
(A) The folded outer packaging box is pushed and pinched on both sides, and expanded into a rectangular tube shape. It can be made.
(B) After that, only by folding the one-side lid flap along the parallel folds, the packing box having the double wall structure on the peripheral wall and the bottom surface is folded up.
(C) Therefore, even an inexperienced person in the packing operation can assemble the packing box extremely efficiently and reliably.
(D) On the outer periphery of the article storage portion formed by meshing the four inner peripheral walls in a cross-beam shape, each side end portion of the inner peripheral wall protrudes in a fin shape and plays a role of improving the buffering performance. .
(E) The space between the walls of the double-structured peripheral wall can be effectively used as an accessory storage section.
(F) The buffer performance can be greatly improved by the strip-shaped piece formed on the lid flap being interposed in the gap between the inner and outer peripheral walls.
(G) Of the four partial outer bottom surfaces, one outer bottom surface that is not securely fixed is also fixed by itself with the pressing piece.
