【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、消防隊員が消火活動時などに着用する防火被服に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、消防隊員が消火活動などに着用する防火被服は、図１３に例示するように、着丈の長いコート１０１と、ズボン１０２とを備え、前記コート１０１の腹部外周の周方向複数箇所にベルト通し１０３を配置し、これらのベルト通し１０３の上，下端部をコート１０１に縫い付け、前記ベルト通し１０３に消防用ベルト１０４を取り外し可能に挿通することで、装着している。

そして、前記コート１０１およびズボン１０２は、難燃性、防水性の繊維布に、中間層を介して裏地を重ねた３層構造にするなど、剛性が大きく厚い生地で縫製してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述した従来の防火被服は、コート１０１の腹部を消防用ベルト１０４によって締め付けているため、消火などの活動時に、前記ベルト１０３上方のコート１０１内の通気性が不充分で、活動時とくに夏期などの高気温時には、着用者の上昇した体温や汗がコート外に放出できず、暑さや蒸れなど、生理的な悪影響が著しい。

また、コート１０１およびズボン１０２が３層構造など、剛性が大きく厚さが厚いために、活動がしにくく、とくにコートは重量が重く、腕を肩から前後、左右などに自由に動かしにくい。
そこで、近時、コートに替えて背広の上衣程度に着丈を短くすると共に、腕を肩から動かしやすくするために余裕部を設けた上衣を用いるようになったが、これは重量の軽減に有効であるだけで、ベルトより上方に設けた余裕部がベルトによって拘束されるために、腕の肩からの動作を充分に自由にできず、また、上衣内の通気性の向上には役立たないという問題点があった。

この発明は、前述した問題点を解決して、上衣内の通気性の向上ができ、高気温時にも生理的な悪影響を充分に軽減できて着心地がよく、とくに梯子車などの高所作業の消防隊員が着用するのに好適な防火被服を提供するなどを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に係る発明は、左，右前身頃および後身頃を有する本体部に左，右袖をそれぞれ取り付けた外上衣の本体部内面に、内上衣の本体部にそれぞれ取り付けた左，右袖を外上衣の左，右袖内に嵌め、外上衣と内上衣との左，右袖を長い前袖部に上，下後袖部を縫い付けてそれぞれ構成し、下後袖部の前袖部に対する肘側縫い付け部の上下方向の適所にタックを形成して左，右袖に肘の前曲げ余裕部を外上衣と内上衣との本体部の上部にそれぞれ形成した左，右袖ぐりの周縁部に、外上衣と内上衣との左，右袖の基端部の周方向に沿う下部の半分以上に左，右襠部を介し後側に偏してそれぞれ縫い付け、左，右袖の基端部の周方向に沿う残りの上部を直接縫い付けて、肩部からの腕の前後および上曲げ余裕部を外上衣と内上衣とにそれぞれ対応させて設けた上衣と、
腰部および左，右上脚部を有するズボン本体部の左，右上脚部に、下方に延びる左，右下脚部をそれぞれ連結した外ズボンと内ズボンとを備え、前記外ズボン内に内ズボンを装着し、外，内ズボン本体部を、左，右前身頃に左，右後身頃を縫い付け、かつ左，右後身頃を互いに縫い付けて、臀部に脚曲げ余裕部を形成し、左，右前身頃と左，右後身頃との下部によって筒状に形成した左，右上脚部に、筒状の左，右下脚部をそれぞれ連結し、連結部の前部に膝曲げ余裕部をそれぞれ形成したズボンとからなり、
前記ズボンの上端部外周の周方向複数箇所にのみベルト通しをそれぞれ間隔を設けて配置し、前記ベルト通しの上，下端部をズボンに縫い付け、前記ベルト通しに消防用ベルトと掛け金具があるロープ付きの安全ベルトとの一方を取り外し可能に挿通したものである。
請求項２の発明は、請求項１に記載の防火被服において、前記ズボンの左，右腰部の少なくとも一方に、安全ベルトのロープの大部分およびこのロープの先端部に設けた掛け金具を出し入れ可能に収納するポケットを設けたものである。
請求項３の発明は、請求項１または２に記載の防火被服において、前記ズボンの上端部外周に腰部のほぼ全周を包む一部縫い付け式の腰ベルトを設け、腰ベルトを跨いで、周方向の複数箇所にベルト通しの上，下端部をズボンに縫い付け、前記腰ベルトの外側に重ねて安全ベルトを取り外し可能に挿通したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の一実施形態につき図を参照して説明する。
図１において、１は着丈が背広程度の上衣であり、外上衣２を備えている。図１，図２および図３に示すように、外上衣２は、左，右前身頃３、後身頃４および左，右肩布５を縫い付けて本体部６を構成し、本体部６の上縁部に衿７を縫い付けると共に、本体部６の上部左，右両側に袖ぐり６ａを形成し、これらの袖ぐり６ａの周縁部には、後述する左，右袖８の基端部を、周方向に沿う下部の半分以上に左，右襠部９を介し連結し、残りの部分を直接連結してある。

左，右袖８は、長い前袖部１０に上，下後袖部１１，１２を縫い付けると共に、上，下後袖部１１，１２の対向端部を連結して筒状に構成し、下後袖部１２の肘側縫い付け部の長手方向中間部にタック（襞）１２ａを形成して肘の前曲げ余裕部１３を左，右袖８に設け、左，右袖８の先端部には筒状の左，右袖口布１４を連結してある。

左，右襠部９は、前，後端部を尖らせて中央より若干前側に最大幅部を設け、これらの近くに丸味を形成した菱形に近い大型のものとし、前身頃３の上部に前端を位置させ、肩布５の後端より若干上方に後端を位置させて、袖８の基端部の周方向に沿う下部の半分以上を襠部９を介し袖ぐり６ａの周縁部を形成する前身頃３、後身頃４の上部および肩布５の後下部に後側に偏して縫い付け、袖８の基端部の周方向に沿う残りの上部を袖ぐり６ａの周縁部を形成する前身頃３の上端部および肩布５の前下部に直接縫い付けて、腕の肩からの前後および上曲げ余裕部１５を本体部６と左，右袖８との連結部にそれぞれ形成してある。
なお、左，右肩布５は、袖ぐり６ａ側の前後方向寸法および後身頃４側の左，右方向寸法が長いほぼ扇型に形成し、また左，右肩布５が衿７側から袖ぐり６ａ側に下方に向かって緩やかに傾斜するように、本体部６を構成してある。

外上衣２内面には、左，右前身頃３の正面対向縁部下端から左，右肩布５の衿７側端までの間に左，右前身返し１６を設け、後身頃４の上縁部に後身返し１７を設け、後身返し１７の左，右端部を左，右前見返し１６の上端部に連結してある。

また、左，右前身頃３の対向縁部を、上下方向に延びる前合せ用ファスナー１８によって開閉可能とし、このファスナー１８を覆う前当て布１９を左前身頃３の対向縁近くに縫い付け、前当て布１９の突出部裏面と右前身頃３の対向縁部とを前合せ用のベルベット式ファスナー２０によって重ね合せ保持している。
さらに、左，右前身頃３の下部正面には、フラップ２１ａ付きのポケット２１を設け、フラップ２１ａは、ポケット２１の開口を開閉可能に覆い、図示省略したベルベット式ファスナーなどによってポケット２１に保持するようにしてある。

前記本体部６の左，右前身頃３、後身頃４、左，右袖８の外面には、適宜の部位に反射シート２２を縫い付けてある。なお、袖８には、下後袖部１２のタック１２ａに接する位置に反射シート２２を配置し、タック１２ａを目立たないようにすることが外観上好ましい。
そして、外上衣２を構成する左，右前身頃３、後身頃４、左，右肩布５、衿７と、左，右袖８の前袖部１０、上，下袖部１１，１２、左，右袖口布１４と、左，右襠部９、左，右前見返し１６、後見返し１７、前当て布１９、ポケット２１、これらのフラップ２１ａなどの部材は、アラミド繊維など難燃性の織布で構成してある。

外上衣２の内側に重ねる内上衣２３は、図２および図４に示すように、左，右前身頃２４と後身頃２５とを縫い付けて本体部２６を構成し、本体部２６の上部左，右両側に袖ぐり２６ａを形成し、これらの袖ぐり２６ａの周縁部には、左，右袖２７の基端部を周方向の大部分に左，右襠部２８を介し連結してある。

左，右袖２７は、長い前袖部２９に、上，下後袖部３０，３１を縫い付けると共に、上，下後袖部３０，３１の対向縁部を連結して筒状に構成し、下後袖部３１の肘側縫い付け部の長手方向中間部にタック（襞）３１ａを形成して、肘の前曲げ余裕部３２を左，右袖２７に設けてある。

左，右襠部２８は、前身頃２４の上端部に前端を位置させ、後身頃２５の上端近くに後端を位置させ、袖２７の基端部の周方向に沿う半分以上を襠部２８を介し後側に偏して袖ぐり２６ａの前身頃２４、後身頃２５の上部に縫い付け、袖２７の基端部の周方向に沿う残った部分を袖ぐり２６ａ部を形成する前身頃２４および後身頃２５の上端部に直接縫い付けて、腕の肩からの前後および上曲げ余裕部３３を本体部２６と左，右袖２７との連結部にそれぞれ形成してある。

内上衣２３の本体部２６と外上衣２の本体部６とを内，外に重ねると共に、内上衣２３の左，右袖２７を外上衣２の左，右袖８内にそれぞれ嵌め、内上衣２３を外上衣２に対し着脱可能にしてある。

すなわち、内上衣２３の左，右前身頃２４の下端部より対向側縁部および後身頃２５の上縁部と、外上衣２の左，右前見返し１６の下端部より上の対向側側部および後見返し１７の下縁部とを、一連の装着用ファスナー３４によって内上衣２３の本体部２６を外上衣２の本体部６に着脱可能に装着してある。

また、図５に示すように、内上衣２３の左，右袖２７外周面の裾口近くに左，右防水布筒３５の基端部をそれぞれ連結し、左，右袖２７の防水布筒３５から突出した袖口端部に先端側に突出するジャージーなどの弾性があり拡径可能な左，右袖口筒３６を内，外２重に折り返して連結し、左，右防水布筒３５の先端部と、外上衣２の左，右袖８の先端部に設けた筒状の袖口布１４とを、これらの周方向全体にわたって、袖口用ベルベット式ファスナー３７によって着脱可能に連結してある。

左，右防水布筒３５と筒状の袖口布１４との連結は、防水布筒３５の先端部を外周側に折り返した部分の外周面に前記ベルベット式ファスナー３７の雌，雄部材の一方３７ａを固着し、筒状の袖口布１４の先端側を円周基部側に折り返し、折り返し端から円周先端側に折り返しさらに円周基端側に折り返して、２重外筒１４ａ内に２重内筒１４ｂを形成し、２重内筒１４ｂの内周面に前記ファスナー３７の雌，雄部材の他方３７ｂを固着し、雌，雄部材の一方３７ａと他方３７ｂとを連結し、これらの連結部および前記袖口筒３６が筒状の袖口布１４の２重外筒１４ａの先端より、外上衣２の袖８の基端側よりに収容してある。

そして、内上衣２３を構成する左，右前身頃２４、後身頃２５と、左，右袖２７の前袖部２９、上，下後袖部３０，３１と、左，右襠部２８とは、表，裏布２３ｂ，２３ｃ間に不織布、網状体などの芯材２３ｄを介在させてキルティングしたものとし、図示省略したが、左，右前身頃２４と後身頃２５との上部の両側に跨がる左，右肩部には、不織布パッドなどの肩当てを表，裏布間に芯材と共に介在させてある。なお、内上衣２３の周縁部の少なくともファスナー３４装着部以外の部分には布製の縁保護テープ３８を横断面コ字状に縫い付けてある。

また、上衣１は、外上衣２の本体部６と内上衣２３の本体部２６とを、これらの左，右前身頃、後身頃、左，右襠部がそれぞれ対応するように配置し、外上衣２の左，右袖部８と内上衣２３の左，右袖部２７とを、これらの前袖部、上，下後袖部が対応するように配置してある。
さらに、外上衣２の本体部６および左，右袖８と、内上衣２３の本体部２６と袖２７とは、ほぼ相似で、外上衣２よりも内上衣２３を若干小さくしてある。
【００２６】
なお、前記上衣１は、外上衣の左，右前身頃および後身頃に、消防用ベルトなどを装着するためのベルト通しを設けない以外、出願人が特願平７−１４４９２０号として平成７年６月１２日に特許出願した発明と、近似した構成である。
【００２７】
図１において、４１はズボンであり、外ズボン４２を備えている。
図１および図６〜図８に示すように、外ズボン４２は、腰部および左，右上脚部を覆うズボン本体部４３を、幅が広い左，右前身頃４４と幅が狭い左，右後身頃４５とによって構成し、左，右前身頃４４と左，右後身頃４５との対向側縁部をそれぞれ縫い付け、かつ左，右後身頃４５の対向縁部を縫い付けて連結し、さらに左，右前身頃４３の縦方向中間部の対向縁部を縫い付けて筒状の左，右上脚部４３ａを形成し、これらの上方に連なる身頃部４３ｂ臀部に脚曲げ余裕部４６を形成してある。

また、左，右下脚部４７は、左，右下脚布４８の両側縁部を縫い付けて筒状に形成し、筒状の左，右上脚部４３ａの下脚部に左，右下脚布４８の上縁部をそれぞれ縫い付けて連結することで、連結部の前側に膝曲げ余裕部４９を形成してあり、筒状に形成した左，右下脚布４８の下縁部には筒状の裾布５０の上縁部を連結してある。外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３の身頃部４３ｂに形成した前合せ部の右側部には持ち出し部４３ｃを突出させ、前合せ部の左側には持ち出し見返し５１を連結し、この見返し５１の裏面と持ち出し部の表面とを、縦方向に長いベルベット式ファスナー５２の雌，雄帯状片によって開閉可能に係合保持してある。

前記持ち出し見返し５１の裏面取付部と、持ち出し部４３ｃの表面上端部には、止め具（鍵形フック）５３の雌部材と雄部材とを対向して固定し、これらを係脱可能に係合するようにしてある。外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３の上端部には、内周面に沿って見返し５４の上縁部を縫い付け、見返し５４の左，右端を前合せ部の近くに配置し、見返し５４の左，右両側前部には、これとズボン本体部４３との間に左，右当て布を設け、これらの両端部にゴム紐（図示省略）の両端部を固着してズボン本体部４３の上端部の左，右側部にこれらに多数の襞を有する伸縮部５５を設けることで、ズボン本体部４３の上端部の左，右側部を伸縮可能にしてある。

外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３の上端部外面の後部中央には、図９にも示すように、腰ベルト５７のベルト本体５８中央部を縫い付けて固着し、ベルト本体５８の左，右前端部に設けたループ部５８ａに、前，後Ｄ型環５９ａ，５９ｂをそれぞれ嵌めて保持させ、ズボン本体部４３の上端部の左，右前部に腰ベルト５７の左，右前部ベルト６０の中央側基端部をそれぞれ固定し、左，右前部ベルト６０の先端部を、ベルト本体５８のループ部５８ａに嵌めた前，後Ｄ型環５９ａ，５９ｂに前方から後方に通して前方に折り返し、後Ｄ型環５９ｂの外周を迂回させ、前Ｄ型環５９ａに再び通して前方に引き出すことで、ズボン本体部４３上端部の左，右側部に設けた襞付き部の長さを短くし、着用者の腰部を、そのほぼ全周を包んで締め付け可能にしてある。

また、外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３の上端部外周の背面中央、左，右側面および正面の左，右にベルト通し６１ａ，６１ｂおよび６１ｃをそれぞれ間隔を設けて配置し、これらの上，下端部をズボン本体部４３に腰ベルト５７を跨いでそれぞれ縫い付けてあり、背面のベルト通し６１ａは幅を広くし、側面のベルト通し６１ｂは背面のベルト通し６１ａより幅を狭くし、正面のベルト通し６１ｃは側面のベルト通し６１ｂより幅を狭くしてある。

前記腰ベルト５７の外側に後述する安全ベルト６２を重ねて取り外し可能にベルト通し６１ａ，６１ｂ，６１ｃに挿通してあり、外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３の左，右腰部の少なくとも一方に安全ベルト６２のロープ９１の大部分と掛け金具９２とを収納するフラップ５６ａ付きのポケット５６を設けてある。

外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３には、後述する吊りベルト（サスペンダー）６３取り付け用の左，右突起部６４を左，右前身頃４４の前部上にそれぞれ突出させ、ズボン本体部４３の後部には、左，右後身頃４５から左，右前身頃４３の後端部にわたり、これらの上方に突出する背当て６５を連結してある。

なお、左，右下脚布４８の裾布５０に近い下端部など、外ズボン４２外面の適宜の部位に反射シート６６を縫い付けてある。
また、外ズボン４２を構成する、左，右前身頃４４、左，右後身頃４５、左，右下脚布４８、持ち出し見返し５１、見返し５４、ベルト通し６１ａ，６１ｂ，６１ｃ、左，右突起部６４、背当て６５、裾布５０は、アラミド繊維などの難燃性の織布で形成してある。

外ズボン４２の内側に重ねて嵌める内ズボン６７は、図１０に示すように、ズボン本体部６８が左，右前身頃６９と左，右後身頃７０とを、前述した外ズボンのズボン本体部と同様に縫い付けることで、筒状の左，右上脚部６８ａの上方に連なる身頃部６８ｂの後側に脚曲げ余裕部７１を形成してある。
また、左，右下脚部７２は、外ズボンの左，右下脚布と同様に筒状に形成し、ズボン本体部６８の筒状の左，右上脚部６８ａの下縁部に左，右下脚部７２の上縁部をそれぞれ縫い付けて連結し、連結部の前側に膝曲げ余裕部７３を形成してある。

外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３および左，右下脚部４７と、内ズボン６７のズボン本体部６８および左，右下脚部７２とは、ほぼ相似で、外ズボン４２よりも内ズボン６７を若干小さくしてある。
内ズボン６７のズボン本体部６８および左，右下脚部７２を外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４３および左，右下脚部４７内にそれぞれ嵌めて重ねると共に、内ズボン６７を外ズボン４２に対し着脱可能にしてある。

すなわち、内ズボン６７のズボン本体部６８の上端部に所要間隔で固定した多数の円形止め具（円形ホック）７４の雄部材と、これらと対向して外ズボン４２の見返し５４に固定した円形止め具７４の雌部材とを、見返し４７と外ズボン４２のズボン本体部４４との間で、係脱可能に係合させると共に、内ズボン６７の左，右下脚部７２の周方向の複数箇所に適宜の間隔で固定した円形止め具７４の雄部材と、これらと対向して外ズボン６７の左，右下脚部４７の下端部に平紐７５で連結した円形止め具７４の雄部材とを、係脱可能に係合させることで、内ズボン６７を外ズボン４２に着脱可能に固定してある。

なお、平紐７５の先端部に止め具７４の雌部材を固定し、平紐７５の基端部を、外ズボン４２の左，右下脚部４７と左，右裾布５０との縫い付け時に、これらの間に挾んで縫い付けることが好ましい。
そして、内ズボン６７を構成する左，右前身頃６９、左，右後身頃７０、左，右下脚部７２は、表，裏布６７ａ，６７ｂ間に不織布、網状体などの芯材６７ｃを介在させてキルティングしてある。

また、外ズボン４２の背当て６５の内面にも、表，裏布間に不織布、網状体などの芯材を介在させてキルティングした内ズボンと同様な構成の内布７６を縫い付けてある。
さらに、内ズボン６７のズボン本体部６８の上縁部、前合せ縁部、および左，右下脚部７２の下縁部には、布製の縁保護テープ７７を横断面コ字状に縫い付けてある。

前記吊りベルト６３は、前方に延びる左，右縦ベルト７８の後端部に革などからなる後補強片７９を固定し、後補強片７９には係合孔７９ａと係合孔７９ａの外周から前方に延びる切り込み７９ｂとをそれぞれ形成し、左，右縦ベルト７８の後部を横ベルト８１によって連結し、左，右縦ベルト７８の前部には横杆８０ａで環状部８０ｂ内を前後に仕切った止め環８０を嵌めてある。

左，右取り付けベルト８２は、左，右両端部に革などからなる前補強片８３を固定し、前補強片８３には係合孔８３ａと係合孔８３ａの外周から中央側に延びる切り込み８３ｂとをそれぞれ形成し、左，右取り付けベルト８２の中央部には、横杆で環状部内を前後に仕切った掛け環８４をそれぞれ嵌めてある。

前記背当て６５の左，右上隅部には、円形の左，右後止め具８５をそれぞれ固定し、前記左，右突起部６４には、円形の左，右前止め具８６をそれぞれ固定してあり、後，前止め具８５，８６は金属製で外面に大径部を突出させてある。

そして、背当て６５に設けた左，右後止め具８５に、左，右縦ベルト７８の後端部に設けた係合孔７９ａをそれぞれ取り外し可能に係合させると共に、左，右突起部６４にそれぞれ設けた左，右前止め具８６に、左，右取り付けベルト８２の両端部に設けた係合孔８３ａをそれぞれ取り外し可能に係合させ、左，右取り付けベルト８２の中央部を掛け環８４の下部孔に嵌めて、左，右取り付けベルト８２を倒立Ｖ字状にしておく。

この状態で、左，右縦ベルト７８を、ズボンの着用者の後部から上方に延ばして左，右肩部を迂回させ、着用者の前部を下降させ、左，右止め環８０の内側から外側に出し、横杆８０ａに掛けて再び内側に出して下降させ、左，右掛け環８４の上部孔に内側から通して外側に出し、これらの掛け環８４に掛け、上方に折り返して左，右止め環８０の内側から横杆８０ａの外側に掛け、さらに下側に折り返して引っ張ることで、ズボン４１を着用者が左，右両肩に支持して吊るようにしてある。

前記安全ベルト６２は、図８，図１１および図１２に示すように、ベルト主体８７のバックル８８側の基端部に形成したループ部８７ａをバックル８８の横杆８８ａに設けた孔８８ｂに係合させ、ベルト主体８７の先端部に挿入金具８７ｂが挾着してある。前記バックル８８は、枠８８ｃに形成した横杆８８ａと外端部との間に止め金具８８ｄを枠８８ｃの内外方向に移動可能に係合支持させ、図示省略したばねによって枠８８ｃの外端側に付勢させ、ベルト主体８７のバックル８８より先端側に扁平な遊び環８７ｃを嵌めてある。

ベルト主体８７の中間部には３本の横杆８９ａ，８９ｂ，８９ｃを有する止め環８９を設け、止め環８９の中央の横杆８９ｂを表面側に出し、両側の横杆８９ａ，８９ｃを裏面側にして、これらにベルト主体８７を通し、これの長手方向に移動可能に止め環８９を保持させ、バックル８８側の横杆８９ａの表面側にＤ型環９０を掛け、Ｄ型環９０に基端ループ部９１ａを掛けてロープ９１を連結し、ロープ９１の先端ループ部９１ｂにカラビナ状の掛け金具９２を連結してある。
