Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shutter case, and preferably to the structure of a shutter case of a lightweight shutter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional shutter case will be described with reference to FIG. 15. A frame is formed by welding a bracket (not shown), a case angle a, and a lintel b, and an upper surface plate c, a normal plate is formed on the frame. The shutter case is configured by attaching the face plate d and the lower face plate e (or the front face plate and the lower face plate which are integrated f) with the tapping screw g. In addition, each case plate is not usually a single piece, but a short piece divided in the length direction is combined.
[0003]
However, in the conventional shutter case, a short case plate is overlapped in the longitudinal direction, and the overlapping portions of the upper plate, the front plate, the lower plate, the case angle, and the lintel are respectively tapped screws. If the case plate is removed during repair / inspection, the case angle and case lintel will remain, which is obstructive. Also, the conventional integrated case In many cases, the part in contact with the wall surface is embedded in the wall finish and cannot be removed, rainwater enters and corrodes from the hole processed part during installation, and there is a gap in the case connecting part. The appearance is damaged, and rainwater enters from the case joints and the case corrodes (especially because the bottom surface of the case is at the lowest position, it is easy to collect rainwater. Rain water enters the gap between the bottom of the case The welded part of the frame is corroded, and there are many case joints, and the case cannot be temporarily fixed. There was a problem such as.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was devised based on such a conventional shutter case, and based on a completely new idea, and the corrosion of the contact portion and the welded portion of the shutter case constituent member is proposed. An object of the present invention is to provide a shutter case that is prevented as much as possible and that is easy to construct or maintain.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the first technical means adopted by the present invention is that the shutter case is composed of a long upper plate constituting the case upper surface portion, the case front portion and the lower surface portion. The upper plate is supported by a support projecting from the housing side, and a locked portion is formed at the tip of the upper plate. A locking portion is formed at the upper end of the front portion of the lower plate so that the lower plate is locked to the locked portion of the upper plate. The lower end portion side is attached to the housing side, and the protruding end portion of the support body faces the locking portion between the upper plate and the lower plate to restrict the release of the lock. To do.
[000 6 ]
Preferably, the support body for supporting the upper plate is a plurality of rib-shaped support bodies protruding in a protruding shape from the housing side with a desired interval in the length direction of the shutter case, and fixed to the housing side. Even if the shutter case can be given strength by the rib-shaped support body, the case angle can be eliminated, and a shutter case having a considerable length is formed, An upper board can be comprised from one board | plate material.
[000 7 ]
Preferably, the locked portion of the upper plate extends obliquely upward toward the rear, and the locking portion of the lower plate extends obliquely downward toward the front, and the locking portion of the lower plate is The lock is not released unless it is moved rearward and obliquely upward. If the projecting end portion of the support body faces the engaging portion between the upper plate and the lower plate from above, the projecting end portion of the support body serves as a contact portion to restrict the unlocking. However, if the lower end of the lower plate is free, the lower plate is movable (rotated, slid) with respect to the upper plate, so that maintenance such as inspection and repair of the shutter is easy.
[000 8 ]
Preferably, the linear distance between the upper and lower end edges of the upper plate and the linear distance between the upper and lower end edges of the lower plate are formed to have substantially the same dimensions so that the upper plate and the lower plate can be superposed. By forming the distance between the upper and lower edges of the plate material, that is, the length of the string, to the same dimension, the upper plate and the lower plate can be polymerized well, and packing is easy at the time of carrying out, Space is not taken, and furthermore, since the two plates are superposed, there is strength, and the upper and lower plates are not bent during the conveyance.
[000 9 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a shutter device. The shutter device includes a guide rail 1 erected on the left and right sides of the opening portion via an attachment curve 1a, and a winding shaft 2 via a suspension base 3a. The shutter curtain 3 is more suspended, and the winding shaft 2 and the shutter case 4 that houses the shutter curtain 3 wound around the winding shaft 2 when the opening is closed. The winding shaft 2 is provided with an opening / closing machine with a built-in remote control, and on the other hand, an antenna 24 is arranged above the gap between the outer lintel 23 and the shutter curtain 3 and close to the opening / closing machine, The shutter is electrically opened and closed by a remote control transmitter installed on the indoor wall surface or a remote control transmitter installed in an outdoor keyed resin case.
[00 10 ]
The main body of the shutter case 4 is composed of one long upper plate 5 and one long lower plate 6. The upper plate 5 lowers the upper surface of the shutter case 4. The plate 6 constitutes the front part and the bottom part of the shutter case. FIG. 2 (a) is a side view of the upper plate 5, in which a long side on one end side of the upper plate 5 is bent to form a mounting portion 5a on the housing side, and the upper plate 5 is mounted on the mounting portion 5a. And is attached to the housing side by screws 26. The upper plate 5 forms a gentle inclined surface from the mounting portion 5a to the other end toward the other end, and the other end is folded back to form a locked portion 5b having a letter-like shape in side view. Has been. The shape of the upper plate 5 will be described in detail. It extends while forming a gentle inclined surface forward from the mounting portion 5a, and the gradient of the inclined surface is slightly tighter than the intermediate portion in the extending direction. The locked portion 5b is formed by curving the portion downward and folding the tip of the extended end facing vertically downward obliquely upward.
[00 11 ]
A long case receiving material 7 is mounted on the housing side over the length direction of the shutter case 4, and the case receiving material 7 has a desired interval in the length direction. A plurality of rib-like support bodies 8 are provided. As shown in FIG. 3, the case receiving material 7 has a substantially cross-sectional view of a mounting side 7 a toward the housing side, a supporting side 7 b on the base end side of the upper plate 5, and a mounting side 7 c of the rib-shaped support 8. The mounting side 7c is formed with a screw hole 7d for attaching the support body 8 with a predetermined interval in the length direction. In the case of FIG. 3 (b), a rectangular hole 7e having a long hole shape is formed on the support side 7b with a predetermined interval in the length direction.
[00 12 ]
As shown in FIG. 4, the support body 8 is a rib-like member extending in the front-rear direction of the shutter case 4, and protrudes from the housing side so as to be brought out. The upper cross-sectional shape of the support body 8 has a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the upper plate 5 and supports the upper plate 5 from below over the entire width in the front-rear direction. Moreover, in order to mount the upper plate 5 satisfactorily, it is desirable that the upper side of the support body 8 is a surface portion having a predetermined width. The lower side of the support body 8 is formed in a recess 8a, and has a shape along the winding shape of the shutter curtain 3 wound around the winding shaft 2. In the embodiment, the recess 8a is formed from a plurality of straight portions, but the recess may be formed from a curved line.
[00 13 ]
On the rear end side of the support body 8, a mounting portion 8b formed in a sectional view L shape from a horizontal side and a vertical side is provided, and a screw hole 8c is formed in the vertical side of the mounting portion 8b. The case receiving member 7 is attached to the attachment side 7c by a screw. 4 (b) corresponds to the case receiving member 7 of FIG. 3 (b), and the end portion of the horizontal side of the mounting portion 8b having the L shape in cross section is bent downward to be engaged. A stop side 8d is formed, and the locking side 8d is locked to the square hole 7e, and the right and left are stopped by screws. In this case, since the support body 8 may be screwed in a state where the support body 8 is locked to the case receiving material 7, the construction is easy. FIG. 5 shows a support body 8 according to still another embodiment, while the one in FIG. 4 has an L shape in cross section, while the one in FIG. 5 has a U shape in cross section. The shape of the tip 8e is different. The rib support body having a U-shaped cross section in FIG. 5 can reduce the height of the ribs, so that the overall accommodation can be reduced.
[00 14 ]
FIGS. 6A and 6B show the mounting of the support body 8 and the upper plate 5 on the housing, respectively. If the upper plate 5 cannot be fixed on the housing side due to the fit, the upper plate 5 is fixed on the support body 8 with screws 26 or an adhesive tape (not shown) as shown in FIG. To do. In this way, the upper plate 5 of the shutter curtain 4 is supported by the rib-shaped support member 8, and the weight of the plurality of support members 8 extending forward from the housing side acts on the upper plate 5. Since it is borne, a frame such as a case angle is not required, construction is simplified, and smooth maintenance work is not hindered by the case angle as in the case of a conventional shutter case. Further, when it is desired to increase the strength of the shutter case, it can be easily handled by increasing the number of support bodies 8.
[00 15 ]
FIG. 2B is a side view of the lower plate 6, and the lower plate 6 recedes with a front part gently extending upwardly inclined backward and inclined more acutely than a lower part of the front part. And a lower surface portion extending horizontally. However, the shape of the lower plate 6 is not limited to this, and the front part and the lower part may be integrated as shown in FIG. The upper end portion of the front portion is bent into a concave shape, and the upper end thereof extends obliquely downward toward the front, and constitutes a locking portion 6a having a letter-like shape in side view. And the latching | locking part 6a of the lower board 6 is latched by the to-be-latched part 5b of the upper board 5, and the lower board 6 is hooked on the upper board 5, and it can hang. The end portion of the lower surface portion of the lower plate 6 is formed in a step shape so as to constitute the lintel portion 6b, and the lintel is not separately welded. The lower plate 6 is rotatable with respect to the upper plate 5 with the locking portion as a rotation fulcrum (see FIG. 6 (e)), and the lower plate 6 is rotated from the state suspended from the upper plate 5, The shutter case 4 is formed by placing both end portions in the left-right direction of the lower surface portion of the lower plate 6 on a support portion 19 provided by being taken out from the housing side and fixed by a tapping screw.
[00 16 ]
In this way, the lower plate 6 is locked to the upper plate 5, and the lower plate 6 is pivoted upward in a state of being hooked on the upper plate 5, and the lower end portion thereof is placed on the support portion 19. Since it is sufficient to fasten with a screw in the state, the workability is good and the case can be attached without requiring skill. The locked portion 5b of the upper plate 5 and the locking portion 6a of the lower plate 6 extend obliquely upward, and the distal end portion 8e of the support body 8 faces close to the locking portion. Therefore, after the shutter case is installed, even if a force is applied to the upper plate 5 or the lower plate 6 unexpectedly, the locking portion is brought into contact with the distal end portion 8e of the support body 8 to release the locking. There is nothing to do.
[00 17 ]
The distal end portion 8e of the support body 8 restricts the release of the locking portion, but does not hinder the rotation of the lower plate 6 with the locking portion as a rotation fulcrum, and the end portion of the lower surface portion of the lower plate 6 is free. If so, the lower plate 6 can be rotated with the locking portion as a fulcrum, so that maintenance such as inspection and repair of the shutter can be easily performed. Further, since the lower plate 6 can be slid in the length direction while being hooked on the upper plate 5, this is also advantageous in maintenance. Since the lower plate 6 and the upper plate 5 are attached by simply engaging the end portions, screw hole machining is not required, and the attachment is not only easy, but also has occurred at the conventional screw fastening site. Corrosion is prevented and there is no deformation of the case at the screwing site.
[00 18 ]
The left and right brackets 9 that support the winding shaft 2 from both sides are separated from the shutter case 4 and formed separately, and the bracket 9 is attached to the housing via a bracket mounting bracket 10. The bracket 9 is composed of a plate having a rear side 9a, a front side 9b, and upper and lower side sides 9c, 9d connecting the rear side 9a and the front side 9b in a side view, and from the rear side. The width is gradually reduced toward the front. A rear side 9a of the bracket 9 extends substantially at right angles to the surface portion to form a mounting side 9e to the mounting bracket 10. The mounting side 9e has two locking holes 9f in the vertical direction. In addition, on the upper and lower sides 9c and 9d, a collar 9g extending in an inclined manner toward the outside is formed.
[00 19 ]
As shown in FIG. 7 (a), two insertion holes 12 are provided in the front-rear direction so as to allow the wires 11 such as electric wires and clutch wires to be inserted in the central portion in the vertical direction of the bracket 9 on one side and closer to the front. By connecting the insertion hole 12, the wire 11 can move freely between the two insertion holes 12. Long holes 13 extending in the horizontal direction are provided above and below the insertion hole 12, and projecting portions 15 a made of bolts and nuts provided on the balance adjuster 14 on one end side of the winding shaft 2 are arranged in the front-rear direction ( It is slidably received in the horizontal direction. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the other side bracket 9 has the same basic shape and configuration, but there is no insertion hole 12 and horizontal long holes 13 are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction. Different in. This is because the protrusion 15b provided on the bearing 16 having a U-shaped cross-sectional view provided on the other end side of the winding shaft 2 is slidably received in the front-rear direction.
[00 20 ]
The take-up shaft 2 is slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the bracket 9 through the long hole 13, and the front side 9b of the bracket 9 is formed in a convex shape toward the front. When it is located on the side, it is hidden in the bracket 9. In other words, the bracket 9 and the take-up shaft 2 can be assembled and carried out at the factory in advance by reducing the size of the bracket 9 by making it separate from the shutter case 4. Since the shaft 2 does not protrude from the peripheral edge of the bracket 9 in a side view and fits compactly, it is easy to carry and the winding shaft 2 is protected by the bracket 9, so that the winding shaft 2 is directly attached to the floor surface or the like. There is no damage due to contact.
[00 21 ]
Therefore, since the bracket 9 and the winding shaft 2 can be assembled and carried out in advance at the factory, it is necessary to carry out complicated processing of the wires 11 such as electric wires and clutch wires especially in the case of an electric shutter. There is no, and construction is easy. Since the bracket 9 and the shutter case 4 are separated, the load of the shutter device is not applied to the case, so that the case is not distorted by weight, and the bracket can be miniaturized. There is no need to match the bracket shape to the case shape. 7, 11, and 12 show the winding shaft 2 that can slide in the front-rear direction with respect to the bracket 9. Of course, the winding shaft 2 cannot slide back and forth with respect to the bracket. Such a bracket is disclosed in FIG. The bracket in FIG. 13 is a vertical object and is used for both left and right.
[00 22 ]
A stepped portion 10b is formed at the upper end portion of the strip-shaped main body 10a of the bracket mounting bracket 10, and is superposed on the mounting side 7a of the case receiving member 7 on the housing side, and the main body 10a is screwed into the housing. Fasten to the side. The main body 10a is provided with two locking pieces 10c in the vertical direction, and the locking piece 10c is locked in a locking hole 9f provided in the mounting piece 9e of the bracket 9. Therefore, the bracket 9 can be easily mounted since the bracket 9 and the mounting bracket 10 may be screwed in a state where the bracket 9 is first locked to the mounting bracket 10. A funnel-shaped guide portion 18 is welded to a plate 17 provided at the lower end portion of the main body 10 a of the mounting bracket 10. A support portion 19 at the end of the lower surface of the lower plate 6 is provided at the lower end portion of the plate 17.
[00 23 ]
The side cover 20 has a shape that follows the shape of the shutter case 4 in a side view, and is mounted on both sides in the length direction of the shutter case 4 from the front side. The side cover 20 is composed of a side surface 20a and side portions formed by extending the upper side, the front side, and the lower side constituting the periphery of the surface portion 20a substantially perpendicularly to the surface portion 20a. Although it consists of 20c and the lower part 20d and the back side of the surface part 20a is opening shape, it is good to comprise so that the front 20c and the lower part 20d of a side part can be removed. On the inner surface of the surface portion 20a, there are formed two engaging receiving portions 20f extending in an inclined manner so as to be gradually separated from the opening 20e toward the front, and the side cover 20 is attached via the engaging receiving portion 20f. Insert it into the flange 9g of the bracket 9.
[00 24 ]
The shutter case 4 and the flange 9g of the bracket 9 have a taper shape in a side view, and the side cover 20 can be easily mounted from the front. Since the case plate originally floated in the air, it was troublesome to fit the side cover from the side as in the prior art, but by attaching the side cover 20 from the front as in the present invention, the side cover was attached. -20 mounting becomes easy. However, the side cover 20 may be mounted from the side as shown in FIG. FIG. 14 (b) shows a portion where the front portion 20c and the lower portion 20d of the side portion of the side cover 20 are formed to be detachable from the side cover 20 main body. Thus, the lower case plate 6 can be removed without removing the entire side cover 20, which is advantageous in maintenance and the like.
[00 25 ]
A side cover fastener 21 is provided at a predetermined portion of the bracket 9, and the side cover 20 is prevented from coming off by fixing a screw to the fastener 21 from the surface portion 20 a of the side cover 20. A screw hole 22a is formed in the side cover cap 22, and the decorative screw is made inconspicuous by using the screw 22b in the cap portion. In the figure, reference numeral 23 denotes a long outer lintel attached to the housing side.
[00 26 ]
The shutter-open / close driving antenna 24 is preferably attached to the side portion of the support body 8, and the antenna position is suitable for receiving radio waves from indoors and outdoors. 14 (c) and 14 (d) are diagrams showing the packaging of the shutter case. The upper plate 5 and the lower plate 6 are superposed so that the end plate and the intermediate portion are covered by the corrugated board 25. 5 and packing according to the cross-sectional shape of the lower plate 6. That is, the shutter case is formed of an upper plate 5 and a lower plate 6 which are divided into upper and lower portions, and the dimension of the linear distance between the upper and lower edges of the upper plate 5 and the lower plate 6 is the upper plate 5 and the lower plate. 6 so that both can be superposed and packed compactly, and the superposed plate ensures strength, so that the upper plate 5 or the lower plate 6 can be used during transportation. It won't bend. Further, at the time of polymerization, the mounting portion 5a of the upper plate 5 and the locking portion 6a of the lower plate 6 and the locked portion 5b of the upper plate 5 and the lintel portion 6b of the lower plate 6 are brought into contact with each other, thereby overlapping. Sometimes the both do not slip, and the packing operation can be performed easily.
[00 27 ]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the lower plate and the upper plate are locked without using a screw or an angle member, but the locking portion on which the support for supporting the upper plate is prevented from coming off. I am doing so. In addition, since the upper plate is supported by the support body, the support body bears the load applied to the shutter case, so that the upper plate can be formed of a long single plate, and the case angle or the like. Can eliminate the skeleton.
[00 28 ]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the upper plate and the lower plate can be well polymerized by forming the distance between the upper and lower edges of the plate material, that is, the length of the string, in substantially the same dimension. In addition, it is easy to pack, and does not take up space. Furthermore, since the two plates are superposed, there is strength, and the upper and lower plates are not bent during conveyance.
