ところが、CFRP製のフレームステーブは、強度に方向性があって、織機運転時に生ずる引張や曲げに対しては強いものの、両端結合部分での強度は弱くて、端部にひび割れなどが発生し易いという難点がある。前記の既提案例でも、この点を配慮した構成になっているが、未だ強度は充分でなく、結合部分に衝撃的な力が作用した場合にはフレームステーブ端が破損するおそれがあり、その上、構造上、製作コストが高く、かつ、組立精度を上げることができないという問題がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑み、結合部分の強度と、組立精度とが高く、その上、製造コストの低いCFRP製のヘルドフレームを提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のヘルドフレームの技術的手段は、中空状のCFRP製フレームステーブと、結合突部を有するサイドステーと、補強部材とからなり、補強部材は、フレームステーブの中空部に嵌め込む挿入部材と、フレームステーブの端部に被せる套嵌部材とを有することにある。
