従来の自動販売機においては、前面扉の内側にコインの払出し等を行うコイン払出し制御部が設けられており、そのコイン払出し制御部にあるコイン払出し開始スイッチを操作することにより、そこに収納されていた売上のコインがすべて回収されるようになっている。従って、その扉がこじあけられると、コインが簡単に盗み出されるため、盗難防止のために、扉をこじあけた場合には、警報ブザーが鳴動するとともに、コイン払出し開始スイッチの操作が無効になるような措置が施されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、扉を閉じたままで前述のスイッチを操作した場合は、前述の盗難防止は役に立たない。例えば、扉に小さな穴をドリルであけて、そこから針金などを使ってコイン払出し開始スイッチを操作したような場合には、コインがすべて盗まれてしまう。このような手口によるコインの盗難が近年続発している。

従って本発明は、このようなコイン盗難を防止できる自動販売機を提供することを目的とする。

夜間など人通りが少ない時間帯、自動販売機を管理、運営する人がいない時間帯、あるいは以前盗難にあった時間帯に、払出し開始スイッチ部の機能を無効にするが、商品選択釦または返却レバーによる操作があれば、前記押動動作を有効にする。

コインの盗難は上述したような時間帯に発生し、その時間帯に自動販売機の扉を閉じたままで払出し開始スイッチ部を押動しても、そのスイッチ操作は無効となるためコインの払出しは行われず盗難を防止できる。尚、コイン払出し禁止時間帯に自動販売機を扱う場合であっても特殊な操作を行うことにより、コイン払出しの禁止が解除されるので不都合はない。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明の1実施形態を示した自動販売機内部の概略図である。#1は、キーボード部であり、このキーボード部#1より設定した払出し禁止時間帯のデータや種々の販売データは主制御部#2に取り込まれる。この主制御部#2は本自動販売機を集中制御する。#4がコイン払出し開始スイッチ部であり、コイン払出し制御部#6の前面に取り付けられている。#7は、コイン払出し部であり、コイン払出し制御部#6よりの払出し信号により、コイン収納部(図1では不図示)に収納のコインを連続的に払い出す。これらの各要素#1〜#6は自動販売機の前面扉Dの内側に設けられている。

一方、前記終了時間を経過した場合はステップS8に進み、コイン払出し開始スイッチ部#4による押動動作が有効にされるので、当該自動販売機を管理する人がコイン払出し禁止時間帯以外の時間帯に扉Dを開放して、コイン払出し開始スイッチ部#4を操作すれば、コイン収納部#5に収納されていたコインがコイン返却口#8に回収される。

以上説明したように、本発明は、コインの盗難が発生する時間帯にコイン払出し開始スイッチ部の機能を無効にできるようにしたので、自動販売機の扉を閉じたままで払出し開始スイッチ部を押動しても、そのスイッチ操作は無効となるためコインの払出しは行われず盗難を防止できる。尚、コイン払出し禁止時間帯に自動販売機を扱う場合であっても特殊な操作を行うことにより、コイン払出しの禁止が解除されるので不都合はない。
