Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fish reef set in the sea, rivers, lakes, and the like, particularly to an improvement of a fish reef using an old tire.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, there has been a significant decrease in marine products. On a remote island where the applicant resides, the majority of the inhabitants earned their livelihood by fishing, but the catch was less than half. However, in the shallow sandy beach area, clam fishing has been reduced to 10%, and the fishermen's cooperative fishermen and the fishermen are obsessed with this measure. The cause of this is thought to be the result of seawater contamination as well as overfishing due to the development of fish swarms and fishing gear. According to the fishermen, the sea is white due to the dead seafood during the breeding season. That's right. For this purpose, a reef must be created in the sea to purify the seawater. As one of them, natural stone is embedded in a fish reef composed of porous porous concrete blocks, and seaweeds are attached and proliferated on the reef, and secondly, a seawater upwelling flow is generated throughout the reef, and dissolved oxygen is added to this. Plankton by using a concrete block made up of porous porous concrete that purifies seawater while purifying the seawater, and mixing bamboo charcoal powder into the concrete block. In addition, it activates relatively heavy organic matter that tends to settle around the base of the block body, and soars it to the sea surface with seawater, and promotes the generation of plankton due to sunlight. The present invention was conceived with the aim of activating the movement of microorganisms on the sea floor.
[0003]
Therefore, as a result of examining the prior art of this conventional fish reef, a combination of an old tire and a concrete block has been proposed. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
In addition, it has been proposed that many old tires are packed in a metal cubic frame and concrete is placed in the frame. (For example, see Patent Document 2)
[0004]
The former fish reef is a fitting that press fits the old tire so that more than half of the outer circumference of the old tire fits into the fitting recess for fitting the old tire into the slope of the block body molded into a pentagonal prism shape, for example. A joint is provided.
The latter fish reef is packed with multiple rows of old tires arranged in a row in the direction of the axis of rotation in a metal cubic frame made of square pipe, and the old tires are packed between the cubic frames. It has been cast.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Each of the above-described conventional fish reefs is an invention proposed to use old tires, but the former is troublesome to manufacture a pentagonal columnar block body, and has a strong elasticity in the fitting recess formed on the slope portion. It seems to be difficult to press fit a thick tire smoothly into the smooth, and even in the latter fish reef, it takes time to make a cubic frame, and also align the tires and pack it in the cubic frame However, these reefs do not have enough space for fish and shellfish to live in, and they are functioning well as fish reefs in terms of cost effectiveness. I don't think.
[0007]
The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems of the conventional fish reef, and can provide a fish reef that has a simple configuration and creates an environment in which seafood is liable to live. Large, medium and small natural stones with different shapes and shapes are exposed so that shells can live easily, and can also function as a reef that can grow abalone, turban shells, algae and aquatic plants.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises a pair of porous concrete block bodies mixed with a reversible bamboo charcoal powder and other admixtures embedded with the required number of large, medium, and small natural stones exposed on the surface. These back sides are arranged side by side with a predetermined gap therebetween, the old tires are sandwiched between the back sides of the pair of block bodies, and the upper portions of the block bodies are integrally connected with a connecting material, A plurality of cylinders having different diameters and lengths are provided in each of the main bodies at predetermined intervals, and at least two inner openings of the cylinder are opened in the inner cavity of the old tire. The purpose is to provide a fish reef that can solve the conventional problems with a very simple structure.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The most preferred illustrated embodiment of the invention will now be described. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a box-shaped inner frame, which is rectangular in front view and has a height (depth) of about 600 mm, and is attached to a base frame B integrally with an outer frame 9 described later. Are mounted on a well-known shaking table (not shown). Reference numeral 2 denotes a hollow partition frame, and the top plate 3 is a concave curved slope with a hem that performs a so-called wave return function on the front side of the block body A spreading outwardly (the slope is an extension of the upper surface of the block body). It is a circular arc surface having a radius of 1750 mm and having a center point on the line.) A convex curved surface that is substantially parallel to the surface is formed, and is detachably attached to the bottom of the middle frame 1. The partition frame 2 is formed in a hollow box shape, but the top plate may be formed of a folded plate having the same convex curved surface as the convex curved surface described above. After the inner partition frame 2 is set in the inner frame body 1, the dry gravel layer 4 having a predetermined thickness of, for example, about 250 mm is uniformly layered on the top plate, and the dry gravel layer 4 is packed. Let it form.
[0010]
Next, large, medium and small natural stones 5 having a height of about 350 mm and different shapes and shapes are submerged in the gravel layer 4 according to a predetermined layout, and the top of the natural stone 5 is placed on the top plate 3. At the same time, the
[0011]
When the dried gravel is hardened in this way, the wet gravel 7 is filled over the compacted gravel layer 4 to fill the frame of the middle frame 1, and the whole medium frame is vibrated again to tighten the gravel 7. A fine uneven surface layer is formed on the boundary surface between the compacted wet gravel surface and the compacted gravel layer 4.
Subsequently, the frame pieces 8 hinged to the bottoms of the four sides of the middle frame 1 are raised, the four corners are tightened, and the outer frame 9 is assembled.
[0012]
When the outer frame 9 is assembled, a porous concrete in which the aggregate 20 to 5 mm, the water cement ratio 15 to 20%, the admixture, and bamboo charcoal powder and cement 1.5% are mixed is put in the outer frame 9. To cast. At this time, the natural stone 5 is sprayed with water to such an extent that the surface is lightly moistened, and the intrusion of the porous concrete into the lower side from the fine uneven surface placed in the outer frame body is prevented. The concrete and wet gravel adhere strongly. At the same time, the natural stone and the void tube exposed in the outer frame body 9 are encased in the porous concrete. Next, vibration is applied to the entire outer frame at least three times. As a result, the porous concrete adheres closely to the fine surface of the natural stone, and firmly holds the natural stone and the void tube.
[0013]
When the porous concrete has been placed, the concrete is cured and cured in a known manner. However, before placing the concrete, the frame of the outer frame 9 that contacts the upper surface of the block body A is used. A known fixing tool (not shown) in which a female screw for fixing the connecting
[0014]
After the porous concrete is cured and cured as described above, the outer frame body 8 is peeled off from the block main body A and then opened, and then the block main body A is lifted from the middle frame body 1 and the base frame B, and the vibration table Use a crane or other construction machine on a pedestal (not shown) placed away from the pedestal.
When the block main body A is moved onto the pedestal, the gravel laid on the inner partition frame 2 of the inner frame 1 is dry, so that natural stones 5 and
Next, another block body A created in the above manner is placed on the pedestal with the back side of the block body A facing each other with a predetermined interval. At this time, two

In addition, the number of old tires to be sandwiched between the block main bodies A and A is selected by selecting the location (place) of the block main body and the type of seafood, etc. Can be provided.
[0017]
Further, in this embodiment, the top plate portion of the pair of block main bodies A and A has a width of 100 cm, a bottom width of 170 cm, a height of 100 cm, and a horizontal width of 200 cm. 10, the block body A, A is integrally connected with the
[0018]
Further, in this embodiment, a void pipe is used for the cylindrical body, but a so-called earth pipe or bamboo charcoal may be used, and in the case of bamboo charcoal, of course, purification of seawater accumulated in the cavity C is of course. Bamboo charcoal, which is also useful for purifying seawater in the surrounding area and fired with the knots remaining, is suitable for cocoons, cocoons, and congers that have the habit of spawning and growing in the kana warehouse where the knots form what is called a kana. If you use a clay pipe with a blind cover, you can provide a dwelling, and you can also use it as a kite. This makes it easy to enter, and can also provide a suitable home. Furthermore, the bamboo charcoal described above contributes to the purification of the seawater staying in the cavity by using it in the form of a cylinder, but the so-called bamboo charcoal powder in which this bamboo charcoal is powdered is mixed with 1.5% of cement. The concrete may be placed in the outer frame as described above. In this case, the seawater penetrates into the porous holes of the porous concrete, and the purification of the seawater is also performed by the concrete body itself. There are measurable benefits.
[0019]
It should be noted that a plurality of the above-described embodiments may be set in a line, or may be set in a U shape, a box shape, or a triangle shape in plan view. Because the surface is formed, a large wave is flipped over at the wave return surface, and the next wave is crushed by the wave, and it is also broken by large, medium, and small natural stones exposed on the surface, so the block body installation position Waves in the waters surrounded by the sea surface and the block body on the opposite side of the block become gentle, and the fine roots of seaweed dive into the porous surface by the porous concrete of the block body, helping its growth, So-called moss also adheres to the fine surface of natural stone. Therefore, an area suitable as a fish dweller can be provided.
Furthermore, moss and seaweed adhere to the surface of the natural stone by photosynthesis for many years, and it can contribute to the increase of marine resources, such as the best feeding place for tuna and abalone.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the above-described wave return surface and the exposed surface of large, medium, and small natural stones exposed from the same surface have a disturbing effect on the seawater stagnating in the bottom of the block body, and the seawater upwelling It also has the effect of helping purification by eliminating seawater stagnation at the bottom.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the description of the above embodiment, the outer surface of the block main body is a wave-return type, and the entire base has a deformed trapezoidal shape with a divergent shape, with bamboo charcoal and other admixtures mixed therein. Since it is made of lath concrete and it is composed of a pair of tricycle and old tires, the wave that strikes the outer surface first is reversed in a semicircular shape with a high or small semicircular shape along the return surface. The wave's momentum is continually weakened by hitting the wave head that falls next, and the so-called wave extinction function is enhanced. That is, soften the shock due to the wave to the block body, prevent the block body from falling, sliding and side slipping in advance and urging the wave around the base of the block body to generate the upwelling flow by the reverse movement of the wave, In addition, organic substances that tend to accumulate around the base of the block body rise with the upwelling flow, and are pushed up to the upper surface of the sea by the sunlight, promoting the generation of plankton by photosynthesis , and childish children such as abalone and turban shell And helps the growth and growth of seaweeds that are effective for the growth of their growth bodies. In addition, the wave that hits the block body due to the influence of the wave descending and descending from the wave return surface and the shape of the exposed top of the natural stone exposed on the outer surface breaks down and rises to the wave in the base water zone of the block body It urged action, to activate the motion of microorganisms of the seabed. As a result, it is possible to create an environment in which micro-animals that feed on small fish can easily be consumed. In addition, the old tires sandwiched between the pair of block bodies described above are dark inside and new seawater always enters from the cylinder with one end open inside, so the number of foods necessary for the growth of fry increases, and itching of fry Excellent effects such as providing easy places and hidden places can be achieved.
[0021]
Also, the central cavity of the old tire that is sandwiched between the block bodies is surrounded by the back of the block body, and at the same time, seawater containing a lot of fresh nutrients always flows into the cavity from the cylinder, Because it creates a dark atmosphere, it prevents the invasion of large enemies that are enemies and contributes to the growth of fish and the growth of juvenile fish, and seaweeds are easily attached to the entire block body due to the effects of photosynthesis by sunlight. Excellent effects such as contributing to increased resource development.
