2. Description of the Related Art Denture stains include food residues, denture plaques, stains (colored deposits: tea astringent stains), etc. Of these, food residues and denture plaques are relatively easy to brush. However, stains are difficult to remove by these methods. However, since dentures are made of resin and metal not only on the teeth but also on the palate mucosa and gingiva, the area covered by stains is large and stains are easily noticeable. It is not preferable from the viewpoint, and a denture cleansing agent that can effectively remove stain is desired.

Regarding the problem of storage stability, the following measures have been taken. That is, in the oxygen-based bleaching component, potassium monopersulfate is an acidic substance, and sodium perborate is an alkaline substance, so that it is susceptible to hydrolysis by moisture absorption or water in the raw material, and is chemically unstable. . Therefore, in order to suppress the hydrolysis in the denture cleanser and stabilize the peroxide, the above oxygen-based bleaching component is sodium sulfate, an inorganic substance such as silicate or a water-soluble polymer such as polyvinylpyrrolidone or sodium carboxymethylcellulose. It was coated with a compound to stabilize it.

Means for Solving the Problems and Modes for Carrying Out the Invention The present inventor has conducted diligent studies to achieve the above object, and as a result, does not contain an organic acid or a salt thereof as a foaming component and is a stain removing component. As the oxygen bleaching component, potassium monopersulfate (component A) and sodium perborate (component B) are used in a weight ratio of A / B = 1 / 4.5 to 1/10, A + B = 45.
The content of the inorganic condensed phosphate is 5 to 30% by weight of the whole, and the pH value of the 1% by weight aqueous solution is 8 to 11, so that the denture stains, especially the astringent astringency can be obtained. In addition to being excellent in cleaning stain stains such as
The metal for dentures has an excellent effect of preventing discoloration and corrosion and can be used with confidence in metal fittings for partial dentures. Moreover, a denture cleaner with good storage stability can be obtained. By incorporating a granular anionic surfactant of 0.05 to 2 mm in an amount of 0.2 to 8% by weight of the whole formulation,
It was found that the discoloration / corrosion prevention effect of the metal for dentures can be further improved, and it becomes difficult to solidify even when stored under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and long-term storage stability can be further improved.

In this case, a combination of potassium hydrogen persulfate (component A) and sodium perborate (component B), and further a denture cleaner containing inorganic condensed phosphate added to these components,
Although various proposals have been made as described above, in general, a denture cleansing agent containing a peroxide improves discoloration power of a denture, and on the contrary, discoloration / corrosion action (damage) to metal for denture.
Also tends to increase. Further, in the above-mentioned combined use system of the components A and B, the component A has a high bleaching power, but since it is also harmful to the metal for the denture, it is difficult to use the component A alone. Therefore, in order to ensure excellent detergency, it is necessary to excessively blend the A component, and in fact, even in the conventional proposals described above, the A / B blending ratio is often the A component in excess. . Further, in order to suppress the harmful effect on the metal for denture, the absolute amount of A + B had to be suppressed as much as possible within the range of A / B in practical use.

On the other hand, the inorganic condensed phosphate is added under the high unit blending condition of the bleaching component such that the A component and the B component are in excess of the B component in the above ratio and the absolute amount of A + B is 45% by weight or more. When added at a specific ratio and dissolved in water (1
It has been surprisingly found that when the pH value of the (wt% concentration aqueous solution) is set to 8 to 11, it is possible to simultaneously satisfy the contradictory effects of discoloration / corrosion prevention effect on denture metal and excellent denture stain cleaning power.

However, when a specific amount of a granular anionic surfactant having a specific average particle size is blended with the above-mentioned denture cleanser,
It is possible to prevent solidification of powder or granule preparations even after long-term storage under high temperature and high humidity conditions of storage at 75 ° C and 75% humidity for 3 months. Therefore, as described above, the oxygen-based bleaching component is coated with peroxide. It is a new finding of the present inventor that a denture stabilizer excellent in storage stability can be obtained by an inexpensive and simple operation without requiring a troublesome treatment such as treatment for stabilizing the bleaching component.

Further, in general, a foam type denture cleaner is
A carbon dioxide gas foaming method by an acid-alkali reaction in which an organic acid such as citric acid or sulfamic acid is reacted with an alkaline substance such as sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate to generate carbon dioxide is adopted. This action disintegrates tablets, granules, powder formulations,
Disperse and distribute the cleaning ingredients throughout the container. However, as in the case of the peroxide, the foaming component also consists of an acidic substance and an alkaline substance, so it is chemically unstable, and if the stabilization is insufficient, it induces gas evolution during storage, In some cases, the result may be unfavorable in terms of quality (for example, blistering of packaging material). Further, the addition of the foaming component not only increases the bulk of the preparation, but the treatment accompanied by stabilization leads to complication of production and increase in cost.

On the other hand, the cleaning agent of the present invention is not the carbon dioxide gas foaming method described above, but the organic acid is not added.
By combining an excess B component (alkaline) and a small amount of A component (acidic) and adjusting the pH value of a 1% by weight aqueous solution of the cleaning agent to 8 to 11, rich and fine oxygen bubbles (sodium perborate). (Oxygen generated by decomposition of oxygen) can be quickly spread throughout the cleaning container. Thus, the penetration of rich and fine oxygen bubbles contains active oxygen that is the source of the bleaching power, and the active oxygen is contained in the cleaning container. The present invention has been completed on the basis of the finding that it has an effect that it can be efficiently and instantaneously spread, and thus the cleaning power can be improved.

In the detergent of the present invention, the mixing ratio of the above two kinds of oxygen-based bleaching agents is such that the component B is in excess of the component A in terms of preventing blackening of the denture metal and storage stability. However, considering the detergency, the weight ratio of A component / B component is 1 / 4.5 to 1/10, preferably 1
/4.5 to 1/9, more preferably 1 / 5.1 to 1/8
And Further, in the above blending ratio, the total blending amount of the components A and B needs to be 45% by weight or more, preferably 50 to 70% by weight based on the entire detergent. A component / B
When the compounding ratio of the components exceeds 1 / 4.1, the corrosion discoloration action on the denture metal becomes large, which is not preferable. In addition, the storage stability of the cleaning agent also deteriorates. Mixing ratio is 1/10
If it is less than the above, high cleaning performance is not exhibited, and the foamability when dropped in water is weak. Further, when the total amount of both components A and B is less than 45% by weight and the amount of component A / component B exceeds 1 / 4.1, high detergency cannot be obtained.

Under the above-mentioned blending conditions, the blending amount of the component A potassium hydrogen persulfate is from 1 to 10% of the total amount of the detergent.
19% by weight, especially 5 to 15% by weight is preferred. If the blending amount is less than 1% by weight, the effervescence when administered to water is weak and the granule preparation does not dissolve uniformly, so that satisfactory detergency may not be obtained. There is a risk of blackening.

The content of sodium perborate as component B is preferably 31 to 80% by weight, more preferably 35 to 60% by weight, based on the entire detergent. If the blending amount is less than 31% by weight, the amount of active oxygen is small and sufficient detergency may not be obtained.
If it exceeds 0% by weight, the cleaning effect reaches saturation, so that further addition may be meaningless.

The denture cleanser of the present invention may be prepared in a liquid form or, if necessary, prepared into a powder, granule or tablet dosage form, and dissolved in a solvent at the time of use to be used as a liquid form. However, in consideration of cleaning performance and harm to the skin, the pH value when dissolved in water (pH of a 1% by weight aqueous solution)
It is necessary to adjust the value to be 8 to 11, preferably 9 to 10.5. If the pH value when dissolved in water is less than 8, sufficient detergency cannot be obtained, and if the pH value exceeds 11, the safety of the hands and fingers due to alkali becomes a problem. The cleaning agent of the present invention thus exhibits the above pH range from immediately after being poured into water during use to the end of cleaning.
It has both excellent detergency and safety for the skin.
