この発明は、パチンコ機、アレパチ機、アレンジボール機などと通称されるパチンコ機において、遊技板の遊技領域に打球領域を区画し、その打球領域に入った遊技球を打球部材で打って出口に入れる打球装置に関する。

パチンコ機の役物の中には、例えば、特公昭56−46867号公報、特開平6−225965号公報、実公平4−46783号公報などに開示されているように、打球領域に入った遊技球を打球部材で打って出口に入れることにより、打球部材で打たれた遊技球としての打球の流れを見せる視認性および飛球方向の意外性に訴える遊技性を有する打球装置が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記従来の打球装置では、パチンコ機の電源投入により、打球部材の打球動作を開始して継続させるか、または打球領域に入った遊技球の検出により、打球部材の打球動作を開始し、所定の経過時間後に上記打球動作を停止する構成であるので、その所定の経過時間内に遊技球を遊技領域から外部に打ち出せず、打球領域内に遊技球が残留する可能性があって、遊技性に欠ける問題を内在する。

そこで、この発明は、打球領域内に遊技球が存在する間は打球部材の打球動作を行わせて、遊技性を向上できる打球装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、前方を開放しかつ左右上下裏側を閉鎖した箱体がパチンコ機の遊技板に形成された開口に前方より挿入され、箱体の左右上下側を閉鎖する左右側壁と上壁および底板から外側に突出したフランジが遊技板の開口周りの前面に取り付けられることによって、上記箱体が遊技盤の前面の遊技領域内に前後方向に奥行きの有る打球領域を遊技領域から遊技球の入らないように区画形成し、箱体の下側を閉鎖する底板の上面が打球領域の底面を構成し、この底面は前部よりも後部の位置が高い前傾状と中央部よりも左右部の位置が高い傾斜状とを合成した摺鉢状の斜面に形成され、底面の後部より立ち上がって箱体の後側を閉鎖する後壁には複数の出口が最下部に位置して形成され、底面の前部の上には箱体の外側に設けられたアクチュエータで前後方向への打球動作を行う打球部材が配置され、箱体の上側を閉鎖する上壁には遊技領域から打球領域内に遊技球を取り込む入口が設けられ、この入口には遊技領域から当該入口を経由して打球領域に向かう遊技球を検出する入球検出器が設けられ、上記箱体の複数の出口には打球領域から出口を経由して打球領域の外部に向かう遊技球を検出する出球検出器が個別に設けられる一方、入球検出器が箱体の入口から箱体内の打球領域に遊技球の入ることを検出して制御装置に出力するごとに、制御装置が打球部材のアクチュエータに打球動作を開始させるとともに打球領域に入った遊技球の数としての入球数をカウントアップし、上記打球部材で打たれた遊技球が箱体の複数の出口のうちの一つに入り、その遊技球が出口から打球領域の外部に出ることを出球検出器のうちの当該出口に対応する一つの出球検出器が検出して制御装置に出力するごとに、制御装置が打球領域から出た遊技球の数としての出球数を上記カウントアップされた入球数からカウントダウンしそのカウントダウンした値がゼロになると、制御装置が上記打球部材のアクチュエータによる打球動作を停止することを特徴とする。請求項2の発明は、前方を開放しかつ左右上下裏側を閉鎖した箱体がパチンコ機の遊技板に形成された開口に前方より挿入され、箱体の左右上下側を閉鎖する左右側壁と上壁および底板から外側に突出したフランジが遊技板の開口周りの前面に取り付けられることによって、上記箱体が遊技盤の前面の遊技領域内に前後方向に奥行きの有る打球領域を遊技領域から遊技球の入らないように区画形成し、箱体の下側を閉鎖する底板の上面が打球領域の底面を構成し、この底面は前部よりも後部の位置が高い前傾状に形成され、底面の後部より立ち上がって箱体の後側を閉鎖する後壁には複数の出口が最下部に位置して形成され、底面の前部の上では打球部材の上部が箱体の左右側を閉鎖する左右側壁に回転可能に支持され、この打球部材は箱体の外側に設けられたアクチュエータで打球部材の箱体の左右側壁に回転可能に支持された部分を中心として前後方向に揺動して打球動作を行うように底面の前部の上に配置され、箱体の上側を閉鎖する上壁には遊技領域から取り込んだ遊技球を打球領域の打球部材の箱体の左右側壁に回転可能に支持された部分よりも後側に落下させる入口が設けられ、この入口には遊技領域から当該入口を経由して打球領域に向かう遊技球を検出する入球検出器が設けられ、上記箱体の複数の出口には打球領域から出口を経由して打球領域の外部に向かう遊技球を検出する出球検出器が個別に設けられる一方、入球検出器が箱体の入口から箱体内の打球領域に遊技球の入ることを検出して制御装置に出力するごとに、制御装置が打球部材のアクチュエータに打球動作を開始させるとともに打球領域に入った遊技球の数としての入球数をカウントアップし、上記打球部材で打たれた遊技球が箱体の複数の出口のうちの一つに入り、その遊技球が出口から打球領域の外部に出ることを出球検出器のうちの当該出口に対応する一つの出球検出器が検出して制御装置に出力するごとに、制御装置が打球領域から出た遊技球の数としての出球数を上記カウントアップされた入球数からカウントダウンし、そのカウントダウンした値がゼロになると、制御装置が上記打球部材のアクチュエータによる打球動作を停止することを特徴とする。請求項3の発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載した入口は遊技領域から当該入口に入る遊技球を前側から見えるように開放された形態に形成されたことを特徴とする。請求項4の発明は、請求項1または請求項2に記載した制御装置は、入球検出器による遊技球の検出しない連続した時間が所定時間経過しても入球数と出球数との加減算による遊技球の球 数がゼロにならない場合、遊技者や店員に異常を知らせるためのエラー信号を発生することを特徴とする。

【作用】

図1において、この実施例の打球装置は、箱体1、一つの入球検出手段を構成する入球検出器2、複数の出球検出手段を構成する出球検出器3,4,5、打球部材6、表示器7、マイクロコンピュータからなる制御装置8を備え、入球検出器2が箱体1の上部に形成した入口1aから箱体1内の打球領域1bに遊技球9の入ることを検出して制御装置8に出力するごとに、制御装置8中の打球動作開始手段8aが打球部材6に打球動作を開始させるとともに打球領域1bに入った遊技球の数としての入球数をカウントアップ(加算)し、上記打球部材6で打たれた遊技球が箱体1の下部に形成された複数の出口1c,1d,1eのうちの一つに入り、その遊技球が出口から打球領域1bの外部に出ることを出球検出器3〜5のうちの当該出口に対応する一つが検出して制御装置8に出力するごとに、制御装置8中の打球動作停止手段8bが打球領域1bから出た遊技球の数としての出球数を上記カウントアップされた入球数からカウントダウン(減算)し、そのカウントダウン値がゼロになると、上記打球部材6の打球動作を停止する。

この実施例では中央の出口1cを特定入賞領域に設定してあることから、上記出球検出器3〜5から制御装置8に送られた検出信号が中央の出球検出器3からの場合は、制御装置8中の図柄作動手段8cが乱数などを用いて図柄組み合わせ信号を発生し、その発生された図柄組み合わせ信号が予め設定された当たり図柄であるか否かを判定するとともに、上記発生された図柄組み合わせ信号に応じた回転角度を以て表示器7を矢印で示す方向に回転駆動して停止し、その停止した表示器7が予め当たり図柄を指示した後に、図柄表示手段8cは上記図柄判定の結果が当たり図柄である場合、つまり、見かけ上は、停止した表示器7が当たり図柄を指示したときには、当たり信号を図外のアタッカ、電動チューリップおよび第3種始動口などの役物に出力して、遊技者に有利な当たり遊技を発生し、上記図柄判定の結果が当たり図柄以外の外れ図柄である場合、つまり、見かけ上は、停止した表示器7が外れ図柄を指示したときには、役物への出力を行わない。

請求項1によれば、遊技球が打球領域に入ることで、打球部材が打球動作を開始し、打球領域に遊技球が存在する間、打球部材が打球動作を継続し、打球領域に遊技球が存在しなくなることで、打球部材の打球動作が終了するから、打球領域内に遊技球が残留する不都合を解消し、遊技性を向上することができ、しかも、打球部材で打ち出された遊技球が摺鉢状の底面で意外性の大きな動きをする。請求項2によれば、打球領域において、打球部材が入口から落下してくる遊技球を前側から後側に打ち出し、打球部材が後側から前側に底面を流下してくる遊技球を打ち出す機会を少なくする。請求項3によれば、遊技者が遊技領域から入口を経由して打球領域内に入る球を確認し安心して遊技を行える。請求項4によれば、遊技球が入口より打球領域に入らなくなってから所定時間経過しても、加減算した入球数がゼロにならない場合、打球装置の異常を検出するから、打球装置の保守点検を迅速かつ適切に行える。
