【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、液体洗剤、トイレタリー、果汁飲料及び調味料などの詰替え用包装袋に関するもので、詳しくは、内容物を注出し易い開口維持シート付包装袋に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、環境保全や省資源の立場から、各種の液体内容物に詰替え用容器が広く使用されるようになってきた。この詰替え用容器としては、使用時に注出口部を切断して注出孔を開口して使用する合成樹脂フィルムからなる柔軟な注出口部付包装袋があるが、詰め替え時の内容物の注出のし易さを改善するために、例えば、特開平8−2538号公報に記載されいる注出口部の注出孔を中空円筒状又は中空半円筒状に成形したものや、特開平9−24956号公報に記載されている注出口部の注出孔に半硬質ないし硬質パイプを埋没したものなどが知られていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した従来の注出口部付包装袋は、内容物を充填する前には、包装袋本体は平坦であるが注出口部が立体構造になっているため、流通及び保管時の集積効率が悪く、また、内容物充填時に、充填機内での包装袋の搬送上のトラブルが発生し易く、このため、特殊な搬送装置などを必要とすることがあった。

本発明は、上述の従来の注出口部付包装袋の問題を解決したものであり、注出口部が平坦で流通及び保管時の集積効率が良く、内容物充填機上での包装袋の搬送上のトラブルがなく、使用時には、注出口部の注出孔をワンタッチで注出し易い立体構造にできる開口維持シート付包装袋を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明の第1の発明は、図1(a)及び(b)に示すように、使用時に先端を切断して注出孔(112)を開口する注出口部(110)をもち、表裏の合成樹脂フィルムの周縁部をシールしてなる柔軟な包装袋(100)において、前記注出口部の注出孔に、注出方向の折り目線(201)を注出方向に対し直角方向のほぼ中央位置に形成した四角形状の開口維持シート(200)を、前記折り目線の左側又は右側のどちらか一方の下面を前記表裏の合成樹脂フィルムのどちらか一方の内面に接着して挿着し、且つ、前記開口維持シートと対応する側の合成樹脂フィルムの内面に、係止シート(300)を接着して突設したことを特徴とする開口維持シート付包装袋(10)である。

次に、本発明の第3の発明は、図3(a)及び(b)に示すように、使用時に先端を切断して注出孔(112)を開口する注出口部(110)をもち、表裏の合成樹脂フィルムの周縁部をシールしてなる柔軟な包装袋(100)において、注出方向の折り目線(201a)を注出方向に対し直角方向のほぼ中央位置に形成し、この折り目線の左側又は右側のどちらか一方の上面に一個以上の係止突起(210)を注出方向に並列して形成し、他方側の注出方向に対し直角方向のほぼ中央位置に注出方向の折り目線(201b)を形成する四角形状の開口維持シート(200)を、前記前者の折り目線(201a)を内側に折り曲げて、この折り目線と前記後者の折り目線(201b)との間の下面を前記表裏の合成樹脂フィルムのどちらか一方の内面に接着して前記注出口部の注出孔に挿着したことを特徴とする開口維持シート付包装袋(10)である。

【作用】
本発明の開口維持シート付包装袋は、内容物が充填されるまでは、注出口部も包装袋本体も平坦であるため、流通及び保管時の集積効率が良く、内容物充填機上での包装袋の搬送上のトラブルがなく、搬送のための特殊な装置を必要としない。

また、本発明の開口維持シート付包装袋は、剛性をもつ合成樹脂シートからなり折り目線を設けて折り曲げ可能にした開口維持シートを注出口部の注出孔に挿着しているため、使用時に注出口部の先端を切断して容器を開封し、注出孔に挿着されている開口維持シートを、設けられている折り目線により折り曲げて、平坦な状態から容易に立体構造に変えることができ、この立体構造の開口維持シートが、外側の柔軟な合成樹脂フィルムで形成される注出孔を開口状態に維持するため、他の容器へ内容物を移し替えるときに、内容物を注出し易い。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の開口維持シート付包装袋(10)は、例えば、図1(a)に示すように、使用時に先端を切断して注出孔(112)を開口する注出口部(110)をもち、表裏の合成樹脂フィルムの周縁部をシールしてなる柔軟な包装袋(100)の注出口部の注出孔(112)に、折り曲げ可能で平坦で適度の剛性をもつ開口維持シート(200)を挿着し、内容物の注出時に、図1(c)に示すように、開口維持シート(200)を折り曲げて立体構造にするものである。

なお、上述の本実施形態の開口維持シート付包装袋を、従来の注出口部の注出孔にパイプを埋没した注出口部付包装袋と比較評価してみたが、本実施形態の開口維持シート付包装袋は、流通及び保管時の集積効率が良く、内容物充填機上での包装袋の搬送に係わるトラブルの発生がなく充填効率が良好であった。また、注出孔からの内容物の注出状態は、従来のものと比較して遜色がなかった。

【発明の効果】
本発明の開口維持シート付包装袋は、注出口部が包装袋本体と同様に平坦であるので、流通及び保管時の集積効率がよく、また、通常の内容物充填機でも包装袋の搬送上のトラブルを発生しない。

また、本発明の開口維持シート付包装袋は、使用時に注出口部の先端を切断して開封し、注出孔に挿着されている開口維持シートを、設けられている折り目線により折り曲げて、立体構造にワンタッチで変えることができ、この立体構造の開口維持シートが注出孔を開口状態に維持するため、他の容器へ内容物を移し替えるときに、内容物を注出孔から注出し易い。
