Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly work by devising the structure in a cable reel to absorb relative rotation by tightening or loosening the winding, of a tape electric wire after an electric wire is housed in a spiral spring shape in a housing having an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Terminal gripping parts 6 and 7 of a tape electric wire are formed by fitting a molding part while sandwiching the tape electric wire from both surfaces by means of the molding part, and the terminal gripping parts are embedded in notch parts 3 and 4 arranged respectively in an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2.

本発明は、ステアリングホイールなどの回転部材に於ける信号伝送用などに適したケーブルリールに関するもので、特に組立てが容易で自動組立ても可能な構造のケーブルリールに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
たとえば、自動車のハンドル側と車体側との間で信号伝送を行う場合、図−2のような装置が用いられている。すなわち内筒と外筒とを備えたハウジング内にゼンマイ状にテープ電線5を収納し、テープ電線の巻き締まり、巻きゆるみによりハンドルの回転を吸収するものである。このケーブルリールの組立てにあたっては、テープ電線を内筒、外筒夫々の穴に10,11に通し、あらかじめテープ電線に設けた端末把持部8,9をロック機構で内筒、外筒に固定する必要がある。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
ケーブルリールの組立てに於いて、前述のようにテープ電線を内筒、外筒夫々の穴に通す作業は面倒であり、又、この作業が必要である限り組立ての自動化は不可能である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
テープ電線の端末把持部は成型部品でテープ電線を両面からはさんで成型部品を嵌合させて形成し、内筒、外筒に夫々設けた切り欠き部に該端末把持部をはめこみ、固定方法は横方向からのスライドによる構造とすることにより、一方向からの組み付けが出来るようになり、組立作業の能率が向上し、組立自動化も可能になることを見出した。

実施例を図−1に従って説明する。内筒1には切り欠き部3を設け、外筒2には切り欠き部4を設けた。テープ電線5をゼンマイ状にとぐろをまかせ、端部6,7は夫々成型部品でテープ電線を両面からはさんで成型部品を嵌合させて、端末把持部として形成させ、夫々3,4にはめ込む構造とした。そしてホルダー13は下からはめ込んで固定する構造とした。

図−1の構造にすることにより、一方向からの組み付けが出来るようになり、組立作業の能率が向上し、組立ての信頼性も向上した。
