本発明は、例えばバン型車両や海上コンテナの後部や側部に設けられた観音開扉の開閉用ハンドルを掛止する際に用いられるハンドル掛金装置の改良に関する。

従来、この種のハンドル掛金装置としては、例えば特開平3−43576号、特開平3−43577号、実開平3−31659号に記載された圧縮バネ式のものが知られている。
これは、基本的には、基体と、基体に対して閉位置から開位置まで回動可能に設けられた掛金体と、基体と掛金体に設けられた支持ピンと、各支持ピンに揺動可能に設けられたバネ受体と、両バネ受体間に介設されて掛金体を閉位置又は開位置に保持する圧縮バネと、から構成されている。
而して、この様なものは、圧縮バネを用いているので、掛金体を確実且つ迅速に閉位置又は開位置に保持する事ができる。
ところが、この様なものは、部品点数が多いと共に、支持ピンに対してバネ受体が揺動可能に設けられていたので、組立が煩雑で、多くの手間と時間が掛かる難点があった。

本発明は、叙上の問題点に鑑み、これを解消する為に創案されたもので、その目的とする処は、組立が容易に行なえる様にしたハンドル掛金装置を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のハンドル掛金装置は、基本的には、基体と、基体に対して閉位置から開位置まで回動可能に設けられた掛金体と、基体と掛金体に設けられたバネ受体と、両バネ受体間に介設されて掛金体を閉位置又は開位置に保持する圧縮バネと、両バネ受体に離脱不能に掛合されて圧縮バネを囲繞して保持するバネ筒体と、から構成した事に特徴が存する。

【作用】
掛金体が開位置に回動されると、掛金体が圧縮バネに依り開位置に保持され、ハンドルを掛金体と基体から離脱できる。
掛合体が開位置の時、ハンドルが基体に落込まれると、掛金体が閉位置に回動され、掛金体が圧縮バネに依り閉位置に保持され、ハンドルが掛金体と基体に依り掛止される。
基体と掛金体にバネ受体が直接設けられ、両バネ受体間に圧縮バネが介設され、両バネ受体間に圧縮バネを囲繞して保持するバネ筒体が設けられているので、部品点数が減少すると共に、バネ受体が揺動する事がない。

以下、本発明の実施例を、図面に基づいて説明する。

ハンドル掛金装置1は、基体2、掛金体3、バネ受体4,5、圧縮バネ6、バネ筒体7とからその主要部が構成されて居り、例えばバン型車両や海上コンテナの後部や側部に設けられた観音開扉の開閉用のハンドルHを掛止する際に用いられ、掛金体3を閉位置に保持する為の錠手段8を図1の鎖線位置に備えたものと、これを省略したものとがあり、この例では、省略したものにしてある。
基体2は、ハンドル掛金装置1の基本部分を為すもので、この例では、平面舟型を呈し、上側には左右の長孔9が、上側寄りには左右の貫孔10が、その内側には上方が開放した左右のU型凹所11が、中程には掛金体3の下半を収容する収容腔12が、その外側には後方が開放した半円状を呈する左右の軸受13が、下側には貫孔14が夫々形成されている。貫孔14は、弾性体で作製されたキャップ15に依り閉塞されている。
掛金体3は、基体2に対して閉位置から開位置まで回動可能に設けられたもので、この例では、鉤型を呈し、上側には左右に貫通する長孔16が、上側寄りには後方が開放したC型凹所17が、中程には左右に貫通する軸孔18が、下側には後方と下方が開放したバネ収容腔19が夫々形成されている。軸孔18には、支軸20が挿通されてその左右外突部分が基体2の軸受13に嵌合される。
バネ受体4,5は、基体2と掛金体3に設けられたもので、この例では、バネ受体4は、平面H型で側面略Z型を呈し、左右の折曲片21と、これらを繋ぐ連結片22と、これの上側に形成された左右の掛止片23を備えている。折曲片21は、四つのビス24に依り基体2に取付けられ、その上側で支軸20を押さえる様にしてある。連結片22の上側中間には、圧縮バネ6の下側が当合される。掛止片23は、掛金体3が開位置以上に回動するのを阻止する。バネ受体5は、掛金体3の後側に設けられて中間がバネ収容腔19に臨む左右方向のノックピンにしてある。
圧縮バネ6は、両バネ受体4,5間に介設されて掛金体3を閉位置又は開位置に保持するもので、この例では、圧縮コイルバネにしてあり、バネ受体4の連結片22の上側とノックピンであるバネ受体5との間に介設されている。而して、バネ受体5と圧縮バネ6の接触点Aが、バネ受体4の連結片22と圧縮バネ6の接触点Bと支軸20の中心Cを結ぶ線Dに対し、互いに対向する位置に移動して掛金体3を閉位置又は開位置に保持する様にしてある。
バネ筒体7は、両バネ受体4,5に離脱不能に掛合されて圧縮バネ6を囲繞して保持するもので、この例では、四角筒状を呈し、平板をプレスして作製され、上側にはノックピンであるバネ受体5に掛合される半円状の左右の切欠25が、下側にはバネ受体4の連結片22の上側に掛金体3の回動に支障がない様に掛合される半円状の左右の切欠26が夫々形成されている。バネ筒体7は、圧縮バネ6に外遊嵌されてこれが座屈しない様に保持する。

次に、この様な構成に基づいて組立要領並びに作用を述解する。
支軸20が掛金体3の軸孔18に挿入されてその左右が掛金体3から外突される。掛金体3の上半が基体2の収容腔12の後方から挿入されて基体2の上側前方に位置され、支軸20の左右が基体2の軸受13に嵌合される。圧縮バネ6がバネ筒体7に挿入され、バネ筒体7の上側の切欠25がバネ受体5に掛合されると共に、圧縮バネ6の上側がバネ受体5に当合される。バネ受体4の連結片22の上側が圧縮バネ6の下側に当合されてこれが圧縮されると共に、バネ受体4の連結片22の上側がバネ筒体7の下側の切欠26に掛合され、バネ受体4の折曲片21の上側で支軸20の左右が押さえられ、バネ受体4が四つのビス24に依り基体2に取付けられる。
バネ受体4は、圧縮バネ6の一方を支持するだけでなく、支軸20を基体2に取付けて基体2と掛金体3とを回動可能に合体させる機能をも兼備している。従って、この様なバネ受体4の採用に依って組立が更に簡便化される。
図3の状態から、掛金体3の下側を後方に押したり掛金体3の上側を前方に引いたりして、図4に示す如く、掛金体3が開位置に回動されると、掛金体3の後側がバネ受体4の掛止片23に当合されてそれ以上の回動が阻止され、バネ受体5と圧縮バネ6の接触点Aがバネ受体4の連結片と圧縮バネ6の接触点Bと支軸20の中心Cを結ぶ線Dより後方に位置され、掛金体3が圧縮バネ6に依り開位置に保持され、ハンドルHを掛金体3のC型凹所17と基体2のU型凹所11から離脱できる。
図4の状態から、ハンドルHが基体2のU型凹所11に落込まれると、図3に示す如く、掛金体3が閉位置に回動され、掛金体3の鉤部が基体2に当合されてそれ以上の回動が阻止され、バネ受体5と圧縮バネ6の接触点Aがバネ受体4の連結片22と圧縮バネ6の接触点Bと支軸20の中心Cを結ぶ線Dより前方に位置され、掛金体3が圧縮バネ6に依り閉位置に保持され、ハンドルHが掛金体3のC型凹所17と基体2のU型凹所11に依り掛止される。
基体2と掛金体3にバネ受体4,5が直接設けられ、両バネ受体4,5間に圧縮バネ6が介設され、両バネ受体4,5間に圧縮バネ6を囲繞して保持するバネ筒体7が設けられているので、部品点数が減少すると共に、バネ受体4,5が揺動する事がない。従って、組立に多くの手間と時間が掛からず、容易に行なえる。

尚、バネ筒体7は、先の実施例では、四角筒状であったが、これに限らず、例えば円筒状や四角以外の多角筒状でも良い。

【発明の効果】
以上、既述した如く、本発明に依れば、次の様な優れた効果を奏する事ができる。
(1) 基体、掛金体、バネ受体、圧縮バネ、バネ筒体とで構成し、とりわけ、基体と掛金体にバネ受体を直接設け、両バネ受体間に圧縮バネを介設し、両バネ受体間に圧縮バネを囲繞して保持するバネ筒体を設けたので、部品点数が減少すると共に、バネ受体が揺動する事がなく、組立が容易に行なえる。
(2) 両バネ受体間に圧縮バネを囲繞して保持するバネ筒体を設けたので、圧縮バネの座屈や他物の噛み込みを防止する事ができる。
(3) 部品点数が減少するので、それだけコストの低減を図る事ができる。
