の抜け出しを阻止する機構を備えたボルトに関するもの
である。

【従来の技術】従来のナットの抜止型ボルトは、軸部の
先端寄りの位置に半径方向に貫通するピン孔を備えたも
ので、ナットを螺合した後、ピン孔に割ピンを貫通させ
て係止することで、ナットの抜け出しを阻止する形式の
ものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記従来のボルトにお
いては、作業現場においてナットを螺合した後、割ピン
の挿入及び割ピン先端部の折り曲げなど係止のための細
かい作業を行わなければならず、作業性が悪いという問
題点がある。従って、本発明は、作業現場においては、
ナットの螺合作業だけで、割ピンの装着のような他の細
かい作業を行うことなく、ナットの抜け止めの作用を行
わせることができるナットの抜止型ボルトを提供するこ
とを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明においては、上記
課題を解決するため、ボルト本体2とこれに装着される
抜止ピン3とで抜止型ボルト1を構成する。ボルト本体
2の軸部4の先端寄りの位置に、半径方向に貫通して横
孔5を形成し、この横孔5の開口から夫々軸部4の先端
まで軸線方向に縦溝6を形成する。抜止ピン3には、先
端を相対向させた一対の挿入片7と、挿入片7に連続し
互いに連繋する一対のばね片8とを具備させる。挿入片
7は、ボルト軸部4の横孔5内に半径方向に進退自在に
挿入される。ばね片8は挿入片7の基端から夫々屈曲
し、互いにボルト軸部4の先端に向かってボルト軸部4
の直径以下の寸法に収斂するように、縦溝6に沿って伸
び、ボルト軸部4の先端側で連繋する。常態において
は、挿入片7の基部がボルト軸部4の外周から外側へ突
出し、ボルト軸部4に螺合されたナット11の抜け出し
を阻止する。ナット11の螺合時には、螺進に従ってば
ね片8を弾性的に撓ませ、縦溝6内に倒伏させることに
よって螺合に支障をきたさない。ナット11が挿入片7
を通過後には、ばね片8が弾性で常態に復元し、ナット
11の抜け出しを阻止するようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】図面を参照して本発明の実施の形
態を説明する。図1はナット装着後のボルトの断面図、
図2はナット装着途上のボルトの一部の断面図である。

ボルト本体2と、これに装着された抜止ピン3とを具備
している。
【0007】ボルト本体2の軸部4の先端寄りには、半
径方向に貫通して横孔5が形成されている。この横孔5
の開口から夫々軸部4の先端まで軸線方向に伸びるよう
に縦溝6が形成されている。
【0008】抜止ピン3は、弾性金属線材を屈曲させて
成り、先端を相対向させた一対の挿入片7と、挿入片7
に連続し、互いに屈曲して連繋する一対のばね片8とを
具備している。挿入片7は、ボルト軸部4の横孔5内に
半径方向に進退自在に挿入される。ばね片8は挿入片7
の基端から夫々屈曲し、互いにボルト軸部4の先端に向
かってボルト軸部の直径以下の寸法に収斂するように、
縦溝6に沿って伸び、ボルト軸部4の先端側でループ状
に連繋する。なお、このばね片8はU字状に連繋しても
よい。常態においては、挿入片7の基部がボルト軸部4
の外周から外側へ突出し、ボルト軸部4に螺合されたナ
ット11の抜け出しを阻止する。ナット11の螺合時に
は、螺進に従ってばね片8を弾性的に撓ませ、縦溝6内
に倒伏させる。従って、ナット11の螺合に支障をきた
さない。ナット11が挿入片7を通過した後には、ばね
片8が弾性で常態に復元し、挿入片7が張り出すので、
ナット11の抜け出しを阻止する。

状態で作業現場に持参し、所要位置に装着してナット1

とを具備させ、挿入片7は、ボルト軸部4の横孔5内に
半径方向に進退自在に挿入し、ばね片8は挿入片7の基
端から夫々屈曲し、互いにボルト軸部4の先端に向かっ
てボルト軸部4の直径以下の寸法に収斂するように、縦
溝6に沿って伸び、ボルト軸部4の先端側で連繋するよ
うにし、常態においては、挿入片7の基部がボルト軸部
4の外周から外側へ突出し、ボルト軸部4に螺合された
ナット11の抜け出しを阻止するようにし、ナット11
の螺合時には、螺進に従ってばね片8を弾性的に撓ま
せ、縦溝6内に倒伏させることによって螺合に支障をき
たさないようにし、ナット11が挿入片7を通過後に
は、ばね片8が弾性で常態に復元し、ナット11の抜け
出しを阻止するようにしたため、ボルト本体2に予め抜
止ピン3を装着した状態で作業現場に持参し、所要位置
に装着してナット11を螺合するだけで、割ピンの挿入
や割ピン先端部の折り曲げのような特別の抜け出し防止
操作を行うことなく、ナットの抜け止めを行うことがで
きる。現場での作業が簡単で、作業能率が向上するとい
