Among them, the oil-in-water emulsion has a refreshing feel because the external phase is an aqueous system and in many cases has a large water content, and it has been preferred because it is comfortable to use, but an aqueous composition such as sweat is used. There were drawbacks such as easy flow of the substance and difficulty in percutaneous absorption of the oily active ingredient. On the other hand, the water-in-oil emulsion composition overcomes such drawbacks, but many of them have a problem that the stability depends on the gel structure of the solid fat, which is a big problem in the feeling of use. was there. Through repeated studies to improve this, a high internal phase water-in-oil emulsion composition using a gel formed by a lipophilic nonionic surfactant and a saccharide was developed. By taking such a gel structure, this one has greatly improved the feeling of use, but the retention on the skin is far better than the oil-in-water emulsion composition, but it is not as good as the conventional water-in-oil emulsion composition. The comparison left a little problem. This is because the sugar, which is an essential component, has extremely high hydrophilicity and the amount of the surfactant used is the same as before. That is, it has been desired to further improve the retention of the water-in-oil emulsion composition. In addition, makeup cosmetics such as pressed type foundations are obtained by kneading oil and powder, filling them in a mold and press-molding, but this is widely used because it can be applied easily and quickly. However, in terms of moisturizing properties, there were some aspects that did not reach the emulsion type foundation. For this reason, a compact type emulsion type foundation is filled in the mechanism that combines the sponge and net,
A product with a feeling similar to the pressed type was developed, but there still remained problems to be solved such as drying on the net. In addition, solid water-in-oil emulsion foundations have been known, but all of these waxes have hardness due to the wax structure and maintain portability. The amount is 4 to 1
The amount is required to be about 0% by weight, which causes a drawback that the spread is heavy and the finish is thick. Furthermore, because the system is solidified with a wax structure, the fresh feeling of use of the emulsion is impaired, the difference in the feeling of use from the usual powder type or oil gel type foundation is reduced, and the effect of the emulsion is also diminished. There was a tendency to end up. On the other hand, a solid and water-in-oil emulsion type foundation that does not depend on the wax structure has not yet been known.

It may be carried out according to a usual method for producing a water-in-oil emulsified composition. For example, the oily component and the aqueous component are divided, and the powders are
Phase and / or water phase and pre-disperse each to 80 ℃
Heat-dissolve, gradually add the aqueous component to the oily component,
It can be post-cooled. The water-in-oil emulsified composition of the present invention obtained in this manner has the advantage that, as an emulsion, the hardness does not decrease significantly even in a high temperature range, and stability does not decrease even if a large amount of water is added. When it is used as a cosmetic or an external preparation for skin, it can provide a product that spreads well and does not feel thick. In addition, a fresh and fresh feeling peculiar to the emulsion can be sufficiently felt.

That is, five professional panelists were used to rate "good makeup lasting", "non-stickiness" and "adhesiveness" with 5 points for very good and 1 point for very bad. As a comparative example, the following water-in-oil foundation was used. The results are shown in Table 1. From this, it is understood that the foundation of the present invention is excellent in usability. In particular, the longevity of makeup is excellent because the emulsion of the present invention has a small amount of surfactant and its hydrophilicity is low.
