(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 物品が積層状態で紐により結束された結
束物のコンベアによる搬送途中で結束の良否を検査する
結束物の結束紐検査方法であって、 前記結束物が所定位置に到達した時に結束物の中央部分
の少なくとも1つの物品を水平方向に押圧して突出さ
せ、結束紐の緊張状態を検出して結束の良否を判定し、
結束良と判定された場合は当該結束物の突出した物品を
正規位置に没入させて物品の積層状態を矯正するように
したことを特徴とする結束物の結束紐検査方法。

側のプッシャおよび紐検出器を備えた横方向紐検知装置
と、該横方向紐検知器の前方に、搬送方向前方側上下ス
トッパと後方側プッシャおよび紐検出器を備えた縦方向
紐検知装置と、該縦方向紐検知装置の前方に、搬送方向
前方側にストッパを右側にプッシャを、左側後方に回転
押圧ロータを備えた凹凸矯正装置とを備えたことを特徴
とする結束物の結束紐検査装置。
