いる。2. Description of the Related Art In an image forming apparatus such as a copying machine or an office printing machine, a mechanism for automatically discharging recording paper as copying paper or printing cut paper to a paper discharge storage device having a paper discharge tray. There are many types provided with, and there are various types of discharged sheet storage devices. For example, a configuration in which a paper discharge front end press plate that stands upright on a paper discharge tray as a paper discharge storage member and collides with the front end of the recording paper and a pair of side press plates that contact both side edges of the recording paper are arranged. There is something that is taken. In this type of discharged sheet storage device, one sheet discharge leading end pressing plate and a pair of side pressing plates stand on a sheet discharging tray that is swingably supported with respect to the main body of a printing apparatus as an image forming apparatus. It is set up. An absorbent material that is a combination of a sponge and a resin film that collide with the recording paper that is continuously discharged from the discharge portion of the printing device in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface is attached to the tip pressing plate in two examples. Depending on the material, the speed of the discharged recording paper is reduced and the recording paper is dropped and stacked on the discharge tray. The paper discharge front end pressing plate is slidable in the recording paper discharge direction and is movable according to the length of the recording paper in this direction. The side pressing plate is slidable in a direction orthogonal to the recording paper discharge direction, and is movable according to the size of the recording paper in this direction. Further, the tip pressing plate and the side pressing plate are respectively supported by the paper discharge tray so that they can be tilted up and down so that they can be stored. When using the printing device, the paper ejection storage device is used by sliding the paper according to the size of the recording paper with the leading edge pressing plate and the side pressing plate standing up. The holding plate and the holding plate are respectively folded down so that the paper discharge tray is swung toward the main body cabinet to be stored. Further, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-100456, a paper discharge front end pressing member provided at the front end of a paper discharge tray is composed of a fixed plate and a movable plate made of a magnetic material, and magnets provided above and below the fixed plate. There is described a paper discharge tray configured to change the angle of the movable plate to two positions.

However, there is a problem that the collision noise and the vibration noise of the recording paper and the absorber due to the collision cannot be sufficiently absorbed and buffered, and the collision noise and the vibration noise are generated. If only the collision noise and the vibration noise are simply reduced, the effect is exhibited by thickening the entire absorbent material or by removing the resin film from the absorbent material and using only the sponge.
If the absorbent material is made thicker, the absorption power will be increased and the collision noise and vibration noise will be reduced, but on the other hand, the repulsion power will also be increased, and the recording paper that collides with the absorbent material will bounce off to the printing device side, which is the discharge side of the recording paper. Paper misalignment will occur. Also,
If you use only a sponge as the absorbent material, the sponge surface is uneven and has a rough surface, so the coefficient of friction is larger than that of the resin film, and the tip of the recording paper that is collided and dropped on the discharge tray is caught on the sponge. Then, the sheets are bent and stacked, which causes a new problem that a sheet misalignment occurs.

目的としている。Further, in the paper discharge tray described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-100456, the angle of the movable plate changes, and this change in angle is reflected in the lower magnet when the paper discharge tray is used. Since the lower end of the movable plate is attracted and the plate is inclined toward the discharge side of the recording paper, it is possible to collide the recording paper with the movable plate and reduce the discharge speed, and align it on the discharge tray. The recording sheets can be stacked, but the problem of the collision noise between the recording sheets and the movable plate still remains. As described above, it is difficult for the conventional discharged sheet storage device to simultaneously solve the problems of noises such as collision noise and vibration noise and the problem of misalignment of the discharged recording papers. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a discharged paper storage that can reduce the collision noise between the recording paper and the absorbing material and the vibration noise of the recording paper and the absorbing material due to the collision, and reliably stack the entire recording paper to be stacked in an aligned state. The purpose is to provide a device.

Since the thin sheet elastic member is provided on the paper discharge side so as to be inclined toward the discharge side of the recording paper and is bent and positioned in the discharge range of the recording paper by its own weight, the recording paper is discharged from the apparatus main body. Then, the thin plate elastic member collides with the inclined thin plate elastic member, and the thin plate elastic member bends in the ejection direction of the recording paper, and kinetic energy (moving force) in the ejection direction of the recording paper is absorbed. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the thin plate elastic member is extended downward toward the upper end side of the thin plate elastic member below the collision portion with the recording paper, and is bent in its discharge range of the recording paper by its own weight. Since the second thin plate elastic member is provided, both the second thin plate elastic member and the thin plate elastic member are bent when the recording paper is ejected, and the kinetic energy (moving force) in the ejection direction of the recording paper is absorbed. It Even when the discharged recording sheets are stacked on the discharge tray and the thin plate elastic member is pushed toward the discharge tip pressing plate side and comes into contact with the discharged sheet, the second thin plate elastic member bends, so that the recording sheet is discharged. Kinetic energy (moving force) in the direction is absorbed even when recording sheets are stacked. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the space member is provided between the thin elastic member and the sheet discharge leading edge pressing plate, and the gap is formed between the thin plate elastic member and the sheet discharging leading edge pressing plate. Even if the recording paper discharged onto the tray is stacked and the thin plate elastic member is pushed toward the paper discharge tip pressing plate side, a distance is maintained between the thin plate elastic member and the paper discharge front pressing plate, and the recording paper is thin. Even if the thin plate elastic member collides with the elastic member, the thin plate elastic member can bend in the discharging direction. According to the invention described in claim 4, since the flexible member projecting toward the discharge side of the recording paper is provided at the upper end portion of the paper discharge front end pressing plate, the thin elastic member is formed by the recording paper stacked on the paper discharge tray. Even if is pushed to the side of the paper ejecting edge pressing plate, the upper end of the paper ejecting edge pressing plate and the upper end of the thin elastic member are not in contact with each other, and a new recording paper is loaded on the paper ejection tray on which the recording paper is loaded. Even if the thin plate elastic member is discharged and collides with the thin plate elastic member, the thin plate elastic member can be deformed. According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the movable fixing member is provided on the sheet discharge front pressing plate and the thin plate elastic member is supported by the movable fixing member, the thin plate elastic member can be displaced with respect to the sheet discharging front pressing plate. Becomes According to the invention of claim 6,
Since the thin elastic member is provided with the thin damping material, the vibration of the thin elastic member itself which occurs when the thin elastic member collides with the discharged recording paper is absorbed by the damping material .

Flexible member 1 of elastic member 14
It collides with the 4b side. Then, the thin plate elastic member 14 is moved to the position shown in FIG.
The kinetic energy of the recording paper 62 is absorbed by bending from the collision position shown by the chain double-dashed line shown in FIG. As a result, almost no collision noise or vibration noise is generated, as compared with the case where the absorber 140 made of a polyester film and sponge collides with the recording paper 62 as shown in FIG. Further, the thin elastic member 14 with which the recording paper 62 collides is
In the initial state, the recording paper 62 is inclined toward the discharge side, and therefore returns to the discharge side when it is bent to some extent, and at the time of this return, the recording paper 62 slides down along the surface of the thin elastic member 14. Furthermore, since the thin elastic member 14 is a polyester film, the friction coefficient is smaller than that of the absorbent material 141 made of sponge shown in FIG. 22 as a conventional example,
The recording paper 62 is, as shown in FIG.
It slides down along the surface of 4. Therefore, unlike the conventional discharged paper storage device shown in FIG. 22, the recording paper 62 is not bent and stacked on the paper discharge tray 52, and the occurrence of paper misalignment can be reduced. On recording paper 6

When the thin sheet elastic member 14 is directly attached to the sheet discharge tray 52 without providing the sheet discharge front pressing plate 11, the thin sheet elastic member 14 is gradually discharged by the recording sheet 62 discharged from the stencil printing apparatus 1. Direction, and finally to a position below the collision portion of the thin plate elastic member 14 with the recording paper 62,
The ejected recording paper 62 is passed outside the paper ejection tray 52. Further, if only the thin plate elastic member 14 is used, the member 14 becomes large in the ejection direction due to the collision with the recording paper 62, and the thin plate elastic member 14 itself vibrates to generate sound, and stencil printing is performed. This is because the sound of the fan or the like of the device 1 cannot be shielded and the sound escapes in the discharge direction, which increases the noise level on the discharge side.

動音の発生を抑えられる。(Third Embodiment) As shown in FIG. 8, the third embodiment is characterized in that a space L1 is formed between the thin plate elastic member 14 and the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11. . Specifically, the spacer 18 having a quadrangular cross section and extending in the width direction of the paper discharge front pressing plate 11 is provided with the spacer 18.
Provided on the lower end 11a side of the inner surface 11A of the thin plate elastic member 1
4 and the paper discharge front end holding plate 11 and the recording paper 62
The lower end 14a of the thin plate elastic member 14 is attached to one sloping surface 18a of the spacer 18 located on the discharge side, and the upper end 14b of the thin plate elastic member 14 is a free end. The thin elastic member 14 is bent and tilted toward the discharge side of the recording paper 62 by its own weight. In this way, the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11
Lower end 11a of inner surface 11A and lower end 1 of thin plate elastic member 14
Since the spacer 18 is provided between the sheet 4a and the sheet 4a to form the gap L1, the inner surface 11A of the sheet discharge front pressing plate 11 and the thin plate elastic member 14 are separated from each other, so that the recording sheet 62 is discharged from the sheet discharge tray 5
Since the thin plate elastic member 14 does not contact the inner surface 11A as in the case of the first embodiment even when it is stacked on the sheet 2, the upper end 14b of the thin plate elastic member 14 does not contact the inner surface 11A as shown in FIG.
It can be on the A side. Therefore, the kinetic energy of the discharged recording paper 62 can be absorbed, and the collision noise and the vibration noise can be suppressed even if the recording paper 62 is stacked on the paper discharge tray 52 to some extent.

The thin plate elastic member 14 is attached to the spacer 15 while being inclined toward the discharge side of the recording paper 62, and is positioned in the discharge range of the recording paper 62 by its own weight.
This is an example in which a space L1 is formed between the lower end 11a of the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge leading edge pressing plate 11 and the lower end 14a of the thin plate elastic member 14. In this way, even if the spacer 15 is not attached to the paper discharge front pressing plate 11, the thin elastic member 14 is attached to the recording paper 6
The recording sheet 62 is inclined toward the discharge side of the recording sheet 62 and is bent and positioned in the discharge range of the recording sheet 62 due to its own weight. The kinetic energy of 62 can be absorbed. Therefore, collision noise and vibration noise due to the collision between the thin elastic member 14 and the recording paper 62 can be reduced.

The feature of this embodiment is that a space L1 is formed between the base end 11a of the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11 and the lower end 14a of the thin plate elastic member 14, and the thin plate elastic member 14 is used for the recording paper 62. That is, the discharge range is not bent by its own weight. That is, the thin plate elastic member 14 has the lower end 14a on the one surface 18A located on the discharge side of the recording paper 62 in the spacer 18 'having a rectangular cross section attached to the inner surface 11A on the base end 11a side of the discharge front pressing plate 11. It is attached and is erected so as to be substantially parallel to the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11. Thus, even if the thin elastic member 14 is not inclined toward the discharge side of the recording paper 62, the base end 11
Since the space L1 is formed between the a and the lower end 14a, when the recording sheet 62 collides with the thin plate elastic member 14, the thin plate elastic member 14 may bend toward the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11. Yes, the recording paper 62 and the thin plate elastic member 1
It is possible to reduce the generation of collision noise and vibration noise due to the collision with 4. Here, the spacer 18 ′ is provided on the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge tip pressing plate 11, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the paper discharge tray located on the discharge side of the recording paper 62 with respect to the inner surface 11A. It may be provided on the spacer 52 and a gap may be formed between the spacer 18 'and the inner surface 11A.

The thin plate elastic member 14 may be attached to the spacer 180 formed so as to be inclined so as to approach the sheet discharge front end pressing plate 11 side. In this case, the base end 11a and the bottom end 14a
The gap L1 is of course provided between the upper end 11b of the sheet discharge front end pressing plate 11 and the upper end 14b of the thin plate elastic member 14 as well as the gap L1. As described above, even if the paper discharge front pressing plate 11 is inclined toward the discharge direction facing the discharge side of the recording paper 62, it is between the inner surface 11A on the upper end 11b side and the upper end 14b of the thin plate elastic member 14. By providing the space L, even if the recording paper 62 collides with the thin plate elastic member 14, the thin plate elastic member 14 can be sufficiently deformed toward the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge tip pressing plate 11, and the recording paper 62 and It is possible to reduce the generation of collision noise and vibration noise due to the collision with the thin plate elastic member 14. In each of the above embodiments, the thin plate elastic member 14 is provided in the vicinity of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11, but the vicinity is a range in which the intervals L and L1 can be achieved. Therefore, the upper end 14b of the thin elastic member 14 which has collided with the recording paper 62 and is deformed toward the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge front pressing plate 11 comes into contact with the inner surface 11A and the recording paper 6
It may also absorb two kinetic energies.

る。(Fourth Embodiment) In a fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 13, a sponge material 19 as a flexible member is provided on an inner surface 11A of the paper discharge leading edge pressing plate 11 located on the upper end 11b side, and the upper end 11b and the thin plate are provided. The upper end 14b of the elastic member 14 is not in contact. The sponge material 19 projects toward the discharge side of the recording paper 62, extends in the width direction of the discharge leading end pressing plate 11, and has a single band shape. Here, although the sponge material 19 is in the form of a strip, the discharge leading end pressing plate 11
May be provided at intervals in the width direction, or may be provided in the shape of a disc, a polygon, or a cone. In this way, the upper end 11b of the discharge leading end pressing plate 11 and the thin plate elastic member 1
When the recording paper 62 is loaded on the paper discharge tray 52 by disposing the sponge material 19 between the upper end 14b and the upper end 14b of the sheet 4, the thin elastic member 14 discharges the paper as shown in FIG. The tip pressing plate 11 is gradually inclined toward the inner surface 11A side, and its upper end 14b finally contacts the sponge material 19. When the recording paper 62 discharged in this state collides with the thin plate elastic member 14, as shown in FIG.
Forms an arc shape on the inner surface 11A side around the contact portion with the sponge material 19, and absorbs the kinetic energy of the recording paper 62. Therefore, the collision sound at the time of the collision between the recording paper 62 and the thin elastic member 14 and the accompanying vibration sound are reduced.

行となるようにすれば良い。(Fifth Embodiment) In the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, a hinge 20 as a movable fixing member is provided on the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11, and the thin plate elastic member 1 is attached to the hinge 20.
4 is fixed and can be displaced with respect to the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11. As shown in FIG. 17, the hinge 20 is provided on the side surfaces 11B and 11C of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11.
Each of them is swingably supported by a pin 21. A spacer 15 is supported and fixed to the hinge 20.
A lower end 14 a of the thin plate elastic member 14 is attached to one inclined surface 15 a of the spacer 15. Thin elastic member 1
4 is bent and inclined toward the discharge side of the recording paper 62 due to its own weight. As described above, since the spacer 15 for holding the thin plate elastic member 14 is swingably supported by the hinge 20, when the paper discharge storage device 10 is not used, the spacer 15 shown in FIG.
It is possible to displace the thin plate elastic member 14 placed at the position of use indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6 toward the inner surface 11A of the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11. Therefore, the paper discharge tray 52 can be swung even with the thin elastic member 14 attached, and the paper discharge storage device 10 is shown in FIG.
Can be stored at 0. That is, in the above-described first to third embodiments and the modifications thereof, the spacer 15 has the inner surface 1
1A, or the sheet discharge tray 5 in which the thin plate elastic member 14 is on the discharge side because it is fixed to the sheet discharge tray 52.
2 was held in a state of being inclined toward the center side of the sheet 2 and in a state of being parallel to the sheet discharge leading edge pressing plate 11, which hindered storage. Thus, the position of the thin plate elastic member 14 can be moved, and the discharge tray 52 can be stored even when the thin plate elastic member 14 is mounted. Although the thin plate elastic member 14 is attached to the hinge 20 via the spacer 15 in the present embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example,
As shown in FIG. 18, the hinge 20 is attached to the sheet discharge front end pressing plate 1.
1 is formed in a U shape extending in the width direction, and its rear surface 20
The lower end 14a of the thin plate elastic member 14 may be directly attached to a and provided. In this case, the back surface 20a is formed as an inclined surface, or a stopper pin 22 or the like is provided on the side surface 11B of the paper discharge tip pressing plate 11 to adjust the swing angle of the hinge 20 to eject the thin elastic member 14 from the recording paper 62. It may be tilted to the side and bent by its own weight, or may be parallel to the paper discharge front end pressing plate 11.

置とすることができる。(Sixth Embodiment) A sixth embodiment shown in FIGS. 19 and 20.
The embodiment is characterized in that a sponge 23 as a thin damping material is attached to the thin plate elastic member 14. Sponge 2
Reference numeral 3 denotes a strip having a thickness of about 1 to 5 mm and a width of about 10 mm, and is adhered in the longitudinal direction of the discharge leading edge pressing plate 11 to the approximate center of the back surface of the thin elastic member 14 located on the inner surface 11A side. Similar to the above-described embodiments, the thin plate elastic member 14 is bent and inclined toward the discharge side by its own weight. According to such a configuration, in each of the above-described embodiments, when the recording paper 62 collides with the thin plate elastic member 14 and becomes the inner surface 11A side, the thin plate elastic member 14 itself vibrates and generates a vibration sound. By applying the sponge 23 to the thin plate elastic member 14, the vibration is absorbed by the sponge 23. Therefore, the vibration sound of the thin elastic member 14 due to the collision between the thin elastic member 14 and the recording paper 62 can be reduced,
The vibrating noise is reduced as compared with the thin plate elastic member 14 shown in the first to fifth embodiments and the modified examples.
The above-described embodiments are not limited to the configuration, and it is desirable that the embodiments be combined for each model of the stencil printing apparatus 1 so as to match each model, for example, the fourth embodiment. Combining each of the fifth and sixth embodiments, the thin elastic member 14 provided with the sponge 23 is shaken by the hinge 20 on the discharge tip pressing plate 11 having the sponge material 19 provided on the upper end 11b of the inner surface 11A. Since the recording paper 62 is movably supported, the recording paper 62 can be aligned and stacked on the discharge tray 52 while suppressing the collision noise and the vibration noise with the recording paper 62, and the main body cabinet with the thin plate elastic member 14 attached. It is possible to provide a discharged paper storage device that can be stored in 50 (see FIGS. 1 and 3).

することができる。 According to the first aspect of the invention, the kinetic energy of the recording paper discharged from the image forming apparatus is bent and tilted toward the discharge side of the recording paper due to its own weight, and falls within the discharge range of the recording paper. The thin sheet elastic member collides with the thin sheet elastic member and is absorbed by bending, so that there is almost no collision noise due to the collision, and the recording sheets stacked on the sheet ejection tray are arranged in an orderly manner. A storage device can be provided. According to the second aspect of the present invention, even if one thin plate elastic member comes into contact with the paper discharge front end pressing plate due to an increase in the amount of recording paper loaded on the paper discharge tray, the other thin plate elastic member is surely secured. Therefore, the kinetic energy of the discharged recording paper is surely absorbed even when the recording paper is stacked on the paper discharge tray, and the collision noise between the recording paper and the discharge front end pressing plate is reduced. In addition, it is possible to provide a discharged paper storage device that can align the stacked recording papers to the end. According to the third aspect of the present invention, even if the recording sheets discharged onto the sheet discharge tray are stacked and the thin plate elastic member is pushed toward the sheet discharge front end pressing plate side, the thin plate elastic member and the sheet discharge end pressing plate are the same. Even if the recording paper collides with the thin plate elastic member, the thin plate elastic member can bend in the discharging direction, so that even if the recording paper is stacked on the discharge tray to some extent, the recording paper is discharged. The kinetic energy of the recording paper is reliably absorbed, the collision noise between the recording paper and the discharge leading edge pressing plate can be reduced, and the discharged paper storage device that aligns the stacked recording papers to the end properly. Can be provided. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, even if the thin plate elastic member is pushed toward the paper discharge front end holding plate side by the recording paper stacked on the paper output tray, the upper end portion of the paper output front end pressing plate and the thin plate elastic member. The non-contact state with the upper end of the thin sheet elastic member allows the thin sheet elastic member to be deformed even if new recording sheet is discharged to the sheet discharge tray on which the recording sheet is stacked and collides with the thin sheet elastic member. The kinetic energy of the recording paper is reliably absorbed, the collision noise between the recording paper and the discharge leading edge pressing plate can be reduced, and the discharged paper storage device that aligns the stacked recording papers to the end properly. Can be provided. According to the fifth aspect of the invention, since the thin elastic member can be displaced with respect to the paper discharge tip pressing plate, the kinetic energy of the discharged recording paper is absorbed and the recording paper and the paper discharge tip pressing plate are absorbed. The collision noise can be reduced, and the sheet discharge storage device can be stored in the image forming apparatus while the thin plate elastic member is mounted. According to the invention described in claim 6, since the thin elastic member is provided with the thin damping material, the vibration of the thin elastic material itself, which occurs when the thin elastic material collides with the discharged recording paper, is absorbed by the damping material. The vibration sound of the thin plate elastic member itself can be reduced together with the collision sound and the vibration sound of the recording paper, and a quieter paper discharge storage device can be provided .
