【課題】簡素な構成で製造安価であり、しかも、簡易に使用できながらも立体感を与えられる封蝋を提供する。【解決手段】貼り付けて使用するシール状の封蝋であって、剥離紙２０が付設された粘着作用を有する粘着層１２と、粘着層に積層され封蝋の骨格をなす基層とを備え、貼り付けられた際に表面となる表層１１が基層に形成され、表層には、所定の文様を表す意匠１３が加工され、意匠が、高低差のある立体的構造物である。所定の文様を表す意匠には、水引を模した形状の立体的構造物等が使用できる。【選択図】図１The present invention provides a sealing wax that has a simple structure, is inexpensive to manufacture, and that can be used easily but provides a three-dimensional effect. 封書や箱や瓶などを封印する手段として、古くから封蝋が知られている。その封蝋は、溶融ワックスを用い、刻印して固める形態であった。これによると、高級感は与えられるが、手間と経費を要する。
それを簡略化した従来品には、溶融ワックスを用いないで、予め形状の定まったシリコンやワックス等の固形物と粘着剤とを用いたものがある。
