However, the conventional nonwoven fabric mat itself is excellent as a cushioning material because it has a very cushioning property. However, when the mat is laid and soil is hardened, If your eyes are fine,
The earth and sand is already clogged on the upper surface of the mat, and the earth and sand rarely reach the lower surface of the mat. Therefore, the earth and sand layer is stacked on the mat layer, and the cushioning property of the mat layer is reversed. Inferior to the pressure resistance strength.

The second technical means taken to solve the above problem is a lower surface 3 and an upper surface 4 in which a bundle of pile yarns 1 is plain-woven by Russell weave 2 with substantially the same number of stitches.
And a gap formed by projecting the pile yarns 1 at each of the first and second surfaces 3 and 4 so as to form a thickness between the lower surface 3 and the upper surface 4. 5 and a reinforcing plain weave 15 knitted between the vertical stitches of the lower surface 3 with another pile yarn 13 (14).

According to the drainage mat of the present invention, a fine lower surface 3, a coarse upper surface 4, and a gap 5 therebetween are formed by weaving a bundle of pile yarns 1 by Russell weaving 2, or Lower surface 3 with plain weave knitting at approximately the same number
And the upper surface 4 and the gap 5 between the upper surface 4 and the pile yarn 1
A reinforced plain woven body in which the vertical stitches are knitted in a stitch shape with another pile yarn 13 (14) only on the lower surface 3
Therefore, when the construction is performed, the mat is laid, and then the earth and sand 9 is applied on the mat, and the earth and sand 9 is transferred from the coarsely-textured upper surface 4 to the lower surface 3 through the gap 5.

The site where the drainage mat is laid is
Even if a large amount of rain falls, first, water is supplied from the upper surface 4 and the water is absorbed by the earth and sand 9 existing between the gap 5 and the lower surface 3, thereby greatly draining the water. Good, and since the gap 5 is formed by projecting the pile yarn 1 at each of the lower surface 3 and the upper surface 4 to form a loop, the directionality in the gap 5 is also good. In addition to being excellent in cushioning properties, the gap 5 can prevent the earth and sand 9 from flowing down.

According to the drainage mat of the present invention, the lower surface having a finer stitch and the upper surface having a coarse stitch and the thickness corresponding to a predetermined height are formed between the lower surface and the upper surface. A gap formed by projecting pile yarns and forming a loop, and a plain weave knitting a bundle of pile yarns by Russell weaving, or a plain weave knitting with approximately the same number of lower and upper surfaces And the gap between them is made by knitting a bundle of pile yarns in plain weave by Russell weaving, and knitting the reinforcing plain weave in a stitch shape between the vertical stitches on the lower surface with another pile yarn. When earth or sand is applied to the mat, the earth and sand settles from the coarse upper surface to the lower surface through the gap, but hardly runs down from the lower surface where the mesh is formed finely.

At this time, since the drainage mat of the present invention is provided with a gap having a predetermined height between the lower surface and the upper surface, the gap is rich in directionality and excellent in cushioning property. In addition, since the humus and the like do not flow down, the balance of water absorption and replenishment can be naturally maintained, the handling is convenient, and the withdrawal operation can be performed very easily.

As described above, since the mat of the present invention is excellent in retaining earth and sand, the water-draining mat becomes extremely drainable and has sufficient pressure resistance due to the water absorption of the earth and sand. . Therefore, it is suitable not only as a laying mat for greening but also for various stadiums (including a dirt course of a ground and a racetrack) and event venues.
