Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in forming a sole, it is difficult to provide a sole sole material with all functions required for the sole such as durability, shock absorption, light weight, and appearance. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a technique in which a core member such as an impact absorbing material or a lightening material is provided only in a particularly necessary part of a shoe sole. At this time, in the case of the injection-molded shoe, after the core member is positioned at a predetermined position in the space for molding the sole of the mold, the sole material is injected and injected into the cavity to perform insert molding, and the core member is formed of the material for the sole of the shoe. Techniques for embedding inside are generally widely used.

For example, in the case where the purpose of the core member is a shock absorbing material that absorbs the impact of the heel portion, the position of the core member is separated from the peripheral edge of the heel portion of the sole that first contacts the ground when walking, and the peripheral edge of the heel portion The impact absorption effect near the part tends to be inferior, and there is a drawback in the impact absorption effect in the important places where the impact absorption is most required. In addition, since the core member is embedded in the inside of the shoe sole and cannot be exposed to the outside, the appearance quality tends to be inferior to that of a handmade shoe that can expose the core member to the outside. There was also.

After molding the outsole, the dummy bottom mold is removed while the outsole is held by the bottom mold, and then the bottom mold is fitted with a last mold and a recess for forming a recess. A side mold having a protruding piece is formed by molding to define a midsole cavity, an injection material is injected into the midsole cavity, and at least a part of a peripheral side surface is depressed into a concave shape. Is formed to form an intermediate product in which the shell, the midsole and the outsole are integrated. Then, after removing the intermediate product from each mold, a core member having substantially the same shape is fitted and fixed in the concave portion of the midsole of the intermediate product, so that an injection molded shoe as in claim 4 is manufactured. did.

If the members are fitted and fixed by bonding and the like, a part of the sole of the shoe can be integrated with the core member of the injection molded shoe having a three-layer structure in a state of being exposed to the outside from the peripheral side surface of the midsole, For example, it is possible to exert the effect of absorbing shock up to the peripheral edge of the sole of the shoe and to reduce the weight. Further, since the core member is exposed to the outside, it is possible to obtain an appearance not inferior to that of a handmade shoe.

After the core member was fitted and fixed in the concave portion of the heel portion, the tongue-shaped rear end was raised and fixed so as to enclose the core member. Here, since the outsole is generally made of a material having excellent wear resistance, if the outsole is raised to the tongue and fixed so as to enclose the core member, the core member exposed to the outside is prevented from being damaged. Since the core member 7 faces the peripheral edge of the heel, it is possible to effectively reduce the impact of a portion that first comes into contact with the ground when walking, and in comparison with embedding the core member inside the shoe sole,
Since it can be used in a wide area, it is possible to further reduce the weight. Further, since the core member 7 is exposed to the outside, it is easy to change, for example, a color, a surface pattern, and the like, and a visual effect such as a handmade feeling can be obtained.
