し位置決めとなる。ダボ1l・1mは曜板があるため長
さを制限されてしまう。従って日車押え2との係合長を
も短くなり衝撃等により外れ易くなるため、図3
(a)、(b)の様な手段をとる。図3(a)側は日車
押え2にばね性を持たせた2g部を設け、2g部を地板
側へ曲げ日車押え2が地板1から離れても、2g部のば
ね性によって係合部2pは地板のダボ1lから外れな
い。又図3(b)は日車押えにばね部を設けるスペース
がないため、2i部を日車押えの厚さの1/2程度地板
側へ抜き出す半抜き加工を行ないダボ1mと穴2qとの
係合長さを長くしている。又日車押え2の断面方向の位
置決めのための地板の突出部1v・1u・1mと突起部
1a・1b・1cは隣接した位置にあり日車押え2を地
板1が上下から挟み込むようにし日車押え2のガタつき

側へ押しながら案内穴2m・2lの2ヶ所に機械の案内
ピンを挿入させ日車押え2を回転させることにより組立
てることができる。組込性をさらに向上させるため図3
(a)に示すように突起部1aと、この下に入り込む日
車押えの2a部は、日車押え2が入りやすくし又地板・
日車押えにキズ、削れが発生しないための斜面1dがあ
り日車押え2a部も斜面となっている。この斜面によっ
てスムーズな組込が可能となる。地板の突起部1aには
応力集中による折れを防ぐための斜面1eを設けてあ
る。これらの斜面は他の地板の突起部1b・1cについ
ても同様である。この突起部1a等においては、地板1
は穴があいている。この穴部を利用し日車押えの組込状

押え2の回転方向を示す矢印マーク2y・2zが刻印さ
