Claims (20)
- 金属基板と、
前記金属基板を覆う陽極膜と、を備える金属製の物品であって、
前記陽極膜は、
内部に顔料が充填された細孔を有する多孔性層と、
前記多孔性層と前記金属基板との間に位置するバリア層と、を含み、
前記バリア層と前記金属基板との境界面が、前記陽極膜の上端面に入射する光を前記細孔内の前記顔料の方に向けるのに十分に平滑である、金属製の物品。 - 前記バリア層の厚さが約150ナノメートルから500ナノメートルである、請求項1に記載の金属製の物品。
- 前記顔料は、前記陽極膜に白色の外観を付与するための酸化チタン、あるいは、前記陽極膜に黒色の外観を付与するためのカーボンブラックで構成される、請求項1に記載の金属製の物品。
- 前記顔料は、酸化チタンで構成され、前記陽極膜内の酸化チタンの重量%は、約1.0重量%を上回る、請求項1に記載の金属製の物品。
- 前記顔料は、酸化チタンで構成され、前記陽極膜内の酸化チタンの重量%は、約1.5から約30である、請求項1に記載の金属製の物品。
- 前記多孔性層の厚さは、約6マイクロメートルから20マイクロメートルである、請求項1に記載の金属製の物品。
- 前記金属製の物品は、電子デバイス用のエンクロージャである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の金属製の物品。
- 陽極コーティングを含む、白色の外観を有する陽極酸化基板であって、
前記陽極コーティングは、
前記陽極酸化基板の外面に対応する外面を有する第1の金属酸化物層と、
前記第1の金属酸化物層に隣接する第2の金属酸化物層と、を含み、
前記第2の金属酸化物層は、前記第1の金属酸化物層より多孔性であり、前記陽極コーティングに前記白色の外観を付与するよう、前記陽極コーティングの外面に入射する可視光を拡散反射する細孔壁表面を有する、陽極酸化基板。 - 前記陽極コーティングは、W10値が少なくとも75である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極コーティングのバリア層の厚さは、約150ナノメートルから約800ナノメートルである、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極コーティングは、硬度値が約150HV以上である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記第1の金属酸化物層は、厚さが約3マイクロメートル以上であり、前記第2の金属酸化物層は、厚さが約2マイクロメートル以上である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極コーティングのバリア層は、表面粗さが前記バリア層の厚さの約6%以下である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極酸化基板は、b*値が約−3から約+6であり、a*値が約−3から約+3である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極コーティングは、W10値が少なくとも約70であり、ΔL*値が約10以下である、請求項8に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- 前記陽極酸化基板は、L*値が80以上である、請求項8から15のいずれか一項に記載の陽極酸化基板。
- アルミニウム合金基板と、
前記アルミニウム合金基板上に配置された陽極膜と、
を備える陽極酸化パートであって、
前記陽極膜は、
前記陽極酸化パートの外面に対応する外面を有する、外側の酸化物層と、
前記外側の酸化物層と前記アルミニウム合金基板との間に位置するバリア層と、を有し、
前記外側の酸化物層は、直径が約10ナノメートルから約30ナノメートルの範囲の細孔を有し、
前記バリア層は、厚さが約50ナノメートルから約500ナノメートルの範囲にある、陽極酸化パート。 - 前記アルミニウム合金基板は、少なくとも4.0重量パーセントの亜鉛と、少なくとも0.5重量パーセントの銅とを含む、請求項17に記載の陽極酸化パート。
- 前記外側の酸化物層は、厚さが約6マイクロメートルから約30マイクロメートルの範囲にある、請求項17に記載の陽極酸化パート。
- 前記陽極膜は、硬度値が約200HV以上である、請求項17から19のいずれか一項に記載の陽極酸化パート。
