A plurality of planar electrodes made of a flexible material are mounted on the inner surface of the tights, a pulse power source is connected to the planar electrodes, and a pulse is flowed in time series between the planar electrodes at symmetrical positions. Both of them have symmetrical pattern pulse applying means for changing an electrode through which a pulse flows toward the center of the body.
