Description

The present invention mainly relates to protective covers for machine tools and other general industrial machines.

Conventionally, as shown in the perspective view of a folding bellows made of cloth in FIG. A cloth foldable bellows is generally used, which is made by welding the peaks of a cloth cover 2 formed with a plurality of ridges and valleys, and the present applicant devised Utility Model No. 3047274.
The cloth foldable bellows come in various shapes as protective covers for machine tools, which are production goods, and it is necessary to manufacture bellows in shapes that meet the specifications of each machine within a certain period of time.
However, as shown in the perspective view of the foldable cloth bellows in FIG. 1, the foldable cloth bellows generally have a shape having a plurality of sides, such as a substantially L-shape or a substantially U-shape. With a one-sided welding machine generally used for , it is necessary to individually weld the ridges on each side of the cloth cover 2, and the number of times of welding is the product of the number of ridges of the folded bellows and the number of sides of the bellows. necessary.
As a result, the number of times of welding increases and the number of man-hours increases, which sometimes makes it difficult to manufacture within a certain period of time.

In order to reduce the manufacturing man-hours of the cloth folding bellows, which are protective covers for machine tools, etc., it was necessary to develop a cloth folding bellows capable of reducing the man-hours required for welding, which is the main manufacturing process.

The present invention was obtained through intensive research to solve such problems, and relates to a rear-bending folding bellows. It is possible to develop starting from the corner 3 so that the welded side 5 of the part becomes a straight line, and in the expanded state, the mountain part that is in a straight line is welded. By bending into a polygonal shape such as a U-shape, it is possible to manufacture a polygonal bellows such as a substantially L-shape or a substantially U-shape by welding only one side.

Compared to the cloth foldable bellows that have been used in the past, the back-bending folding bellows of the present invention reduces the number of times of welding. In addition, by cutting the sheet material in the state in which the polygonal material 1 is unfolded, the yield rate is improved and the wasted material can be reduced.

Overall perspective view of the foldable cloth bellows according to claim A developed view of the rear-bending type folding bellows according to claim Front view of the rear bending type folding bellows according to claim 1

FIG. 2 shows an exploded view of the rear-bending folding bellows according to claim 1. As shown in FIG.

The developed view of FIG. 2 shows the unfolded state before being folded into a substantially U-shaped bellows shape, in which the cloth cover 2 is welded to the outer peripheral surface of the unfolded polygonal material 6, and the corners of the bellows are shown. Since the crest welding sides 5 divided by 3 are on a straight line, the crest welding sides 5 can be welded at once even with a generally used one-sided welding machine. I understand.

After welding all the crest weld sides 5, the joint portion 9 of the expanded polygonal material 6 is removed, and the corner portion 3 of the bellows is bent inward to form the substantially U-shaped portion shown in the front view of FIG. It becomes a bellows shape.

FIG. 3 shows a front view of the rear bending type folding bellows according to claim 1. FIG.

In the front view of FIG. 3, there are through holes 7 on both sides of the notch 4, and by using the through holes 7 to lock with a string-like or plate-like connecting material 8, it is possible to obtain a substantially uniform shape. The bellows shape of the glyph can be retained.
