【発明の効果】以上説明してきたことから明らかなよう
に、本発明によれば、従来のものより構造が簡単で操作
が容易な安価な注射器組立体を提供することができると
ともに、医療従事者が誤って指などを注射針で傷つける
ような事故を起こすことなく使用済みの注射器および注
射針を廃棄処理することができる。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 注射器と該注射器の外筒に長手方向にス
ライド可能かつ脱落不能に取りつけられた注射針保護体
からなる注射器組立体であって、前記注射針保護体は、
前記外筒に入れ子状に装着される筒状の取付部と、該取
付部から注射器の先端方向に延びる嘴状の保護部からな
り、該保護部は、前記注射針保護体を前記外筒に取り付
けた位置でそれ自体が開いており、前記注射針保護体を
注射器の先端のスライド停止位置までスライドさせたと
きに、それ自体が閉じた状態になることができるように
構成されてなる注射器組立体。
