Abstract
【解決手段】電気制動装置のシンクロナスモータMは巻線中点を有しており、該巻線中点は電気抵抗RおよびスイッチS7を介してコンバータUのアース点に接続されており、該アース点に接続されているコンバータUの複数の相がそれぞれ1つずつフリーホイーリングダイオードD4,D5,D6を有する。

Claims (10)
- コンバータ(U)を介して電圧が供給される電子駆動式のシンクロナスモータ(M)に対する電気制動装置において、
前記シンクロナスモータ(M)は巻線中点(S)を有しており、
該巻線中点(S)は電気抵抗(R)およびスイッチ(S7)を介して前記コンバータ(U)のアース点に接続されており、
該アース点に接続されている前記コンバータ(U)の複数の相がそれぞれ1つずつフリーホイーリングダイオード(D4,D5,D6)を有する
ことを特徴とする電気制動装置。 - 前記電気抵抗(R)は電流線路から成っている、請求項1記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記電気抵抗(R)は前記シンクロナスモータ(M)内に集積されている、請求項1記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記コンバータ(U)は、該コンバータ(U)の前記アース点に接続された第1のブリッジ半部および第2のブリッジ半部を含むブリッジ回路から成っている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記電気制動装置の動作時には前記コンバータ(U)の前記第2のブリッジ半部がスイッチオンされる、請求項4記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記第1のブリッジ半部を遮断することにより、前記電気制動装置および前記シンクロナスモータ(M)が前記コンバータ(U)への給電を行う直流電圧中間回路(G)から切り離される、請求項4または5記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記シンクロナスモータ(M)へ電圧を供給する各相に前記コンバータ(U)の機能を検査する電流センサ(W)が配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記コンバータ(U)は双方向インバータである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の電気制動装置。
- さらに前記シンクロナスモータ(M)を停止させるために機械的に作用するホールドブレーキ(H)が設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の電気制動装置。
- 前記コンバータ(U)は複数のスイッチ(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6)を含み、各スイッチはIGBTスイッチである、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の電気制動装置。
