Description
The present invention relates to a wound body of a band-shaped patch made by winding a band-shaped patch on which a base material, an adhesive layer, and a release liner are laminated, around a core.
Generally, when a band-shaped patch having a base material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release liner laminated thereon is wound around a core, the band-shaped patch at the beginning of winding is prevented from slipping off from the core. It is necessary to fix the starting end of the wire to the core. As a method of fixing the starting end of the band-shaped patch to the core, a method of fixing the starting end of the patch by using an adhesive layer formed in advance on the entire surface of the core (see Patent Document 1). Or the method (refer patent document 2) which fixes the starting end part of a sticking material to a core using an adhesive tape is used.
However, in the former method in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the entire core surface in advance, the core surface itself has an adhesive property. In some cases, it may stick to a hand or a finger, resulting in poor workability when handling the core. In addition, if the material with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the entire surface of the core is stored as it is, dust or the like may adhere to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the entire surface of the core during storage. It was not good.
On the other hand, in the method using the latter adhesive tape, when the adhesive tape is affixed and the adhesive is fixed to the core and then wound into a roll, the adhesive near the core is deformed into the shape of the adhesive tape applied. In some cases, a sticking material with poor appearance was obtained. Moreover, in order to fix the starting end of the adhesive material to the core using the adhesive tape, an extra work such as cutting the adhesive tape to an appropriate length and attaching it to the starting end of the adhesive material and the core is necessary. there were.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and a wound body of a band-shaped patch made by winding a band-shaped patch on which a base material, an adhesive layer, and a release liner are laminated, around a core. A wound body of a belt-like patch that can be easily fixed and wound on the core of the belt-like patch, and has no appearance (reflection) and has a good appearance. Is to provide.
The present invention has been found by intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, and is as follows.
(1) A wound body of a band-shaped patch prepared by winding a band-shaped patch having a base material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a release liner laminated in this order on a winding core. A wound body of a band-shaped patch having an adhesive layer therebetween.
(2) The wound body of the band-shaped patch according to (1), wherein the material constituting the adhesive layer is a hot melt material.
(3) The wound body of the band-shaped patch according to (1), wherein the adhesive layer has a thickness of 1 μm to 40 μm.
(4) The planar shape of the adhesive layer is a substantially rectangular shape formed by the length (W) of the adhesive layer in the width direction of the core surface and the length (L) of the adhesive layer in the winding direction of the core surface. The length (W) of the adhesive layer in the width direction of the core surface is a length that satisfies 50% to 100% with respect to the entire width (W 0 ) of the core surface, The length (L) of the adhesive layer in the direction is 3 mm or more, and the length satisfying 1 to 100% with respect to the entire circumferential length (L 0 ) of the winding core surface, according to (1) A wound body of band-like patch material.
Immediately before winding the band-shaped patch on which the base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the release liner are laminated, the adhesive layer is formed between the core and the band-shaped patch, and then the start end of the band-shaped patch Is lightly pressed against the core via the adhesive layer, so that the starting end of the band-shaped patch can be easily fixed to the core. As a result, work such as sticking the adhesive tape can be omitted, and workability for fixing the belt-like sticking material to the core is greatly improved. Moreover, not only can the work of attaching the adhesive tape itself be omitted, but also the band-like adhesive material in the vicinity of the core is transformed into the shape of the adhesive tape as in the case where the adhesive tape is applied and fixed to the core. Since it is not reflected, it is possible to obtain a wound body of a band-like patch having a good appearance. Furthermore, since the delicate alignment between the core and the strip-shaped patch can be easily performed when fixing the starting end of the strip-shaped patch to the core, it is possible to apply the paste when fixing the strip-shaped patch to the core. Misalignment can be prevented. And since the adhesive layer is not formed on the core until just before winding the band-shaped patch, there is no risk of dust adhering to the core when it is stored, and it will not stick to the hands or fingers that you work on. Workability when handling the core is remarkably excellent.
The wound body of the band-like patch of the present invention can be used by pulling and cutting the band-like patch to a desired length, and in particular, the skin patch with the skin in the medical hygiene field and sports field as an adherend. It is suitably used as a material. And the wound body of the strip-shaped adhesive material of the present invention is fixed to the core without slipping down when the strip-shaped adhesive material is wound around the core, and can be wound. And an adhesive layer. The strip-shaped patch is simply fixed to the core via an adhesive layer formed between the core and wound to obtain the wound body of the strip-shaped patch of the present invention.
As the material used for the adhesive layer of the present invention, a material that exhibits the property that fluidity is generated by heating or pressing, and that exhibits good properties of adhesiveness to the core or the patch is preferably used.
Examples of the material exhibiting such characteristics include hot melt materials, and more specifically, selected from the group consisting of rubber-based, acrylic-based, polyolefin-based, polyurethane-based, polyamide-based, and ethylene-vinyl acetate-based materials. One or more hot melt materials are used. Among these, rubber-based hot melt materials are preferably used. Among rubber-based hot melt materials, styrene-isoprene block copolymers, styrene-butadiene block copolymers, styrene-ethylene-butylene block copolymers, and styrene- A styrenic hot melt material composed of a base polymer composed mainly of one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene-propylene block copolymers is more preferably used because it generates fluidity by heating or pressing.
The softening point of the hot melt material is usually 60 to 180 ° C, preferably 80 to 150 ° C. A hot-melt material having a softening point exceeding 180 ° C. is not practical because a special heating device is required for heating and melting. In addition, hot melt materials having a softening point of less than 60 ° C. tend to flow even at room temperature, so that an adhesive layer formed of such materials is sticky and may be difficult to use.
The thickness of the adhesive layer is set to an appropriate range from the viewpoint of adhesiveness to the core and the adhesive material and preventing deformation (reflection) of the adhesive material by the adhesive layer. That is, the thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably 1 μm to 40 μm, more preferably 2 μm to 30 μm. If the thickness of the adhesive layer is less than 1 μm, the adhesiveness to the core or the patch is not sufficient, and there is a possibility that it cannot be fixed. On the other hand, when the thickness of the adhesive layer exceeds 40 μm, depending on the type and thickness of the base material constituting the adhesive material, irregularities may occur on the surface of the adhesive material, and reflection may occur. Note that, unlike a general adhesive tape that is a laminate of a base material and an adhesive layer, the adhesive layer used in the present invention is deformed by pressing. Deformation (reflection) of the material is unlikely to occur.
The adhesive layer of the present invention has a planar shape having a certain area in order to firmly fix the belt-like patch to the winding core. That is, the planar shape of the adhesive layer is a substantially rectangular shape formed by the length (W) of the adhesive layer in the width direction of the core surface and the length (L) of the adhesive layer in the winding direction of the core surface. Thus, the length (W) of the adhesive layer in the width direction of the core surface is a length that satisfies 50% to 100% with respect to the entire width (W 0 ) of the core surface, and in the winding direction of the core surface. The length (L) of the adhesive layer is preferably 3 mm or more and a length satisfying 1 to 100% with respect to the entire circumferential length (L 0 ) of the winding core surface. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of easily performing fine adjustment of the fixing position when fixing the belt-like patch to the core, the length (L) of the adhesive layer in the winding direction of the core surface is 3 mm or more, and the core surface It is more preferable that the length satisfies 1 to 40% with respect to the entire circumference in the winding direction (L 0 ). A plurality of adhesive layers having such a planar shape may be formed on the surface of the core.
When the length (W) of the adhesive layer in the width direction of the surface of the core is less than 50% with respect to the total width (W 0 ) of the core, the adhesive area is too small. The material may not be properly fixed. Similarly, when the length (L) of the adhesive layer in the winding direction on the surface of the core is less than 3 mm, it may not be able to be fixed properly. On the other hand, when the length (L) of the adhesive layer in the winding direction of the core surface exceeds 100% with respect to the total circumferential length (L 0 ) of the core surface, the total circumferential length of the core surface in the winding direction This is economically disadvantageous because the adhesive layer is formed beyond the above.
The adhesive layer of the present invention is preferably formed immediately before the belt-like patch is wound around the core. The adhesive layer may be formed on the belt-like patch or may be formed on the core, but it is more preferable to form it on the core from the viewpoint of workability.
In addition, after the adhesive layer is formed on the winding core, when the band-shaped patch is fixed to the core and wound, it may be wound with either the substrate constituting the band-shaped patch or the release liner facing outside. It can be appropriately determined in consideration of the use and material of the band-like patch.
The base material which comprises a strip | belt-shaped adhesive material can use the general base material used for various uses. Examples of the structure include aggregates of fibers such as woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, knitted fabric, and paper, and sheet-like materials such as a porous sheet and a breathable sheet. Examples of the material include synthetic or natural organic polymers such as nylon, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, and cellulose.
In particular, when the skin is an adherend, such as a patch in the medical hygiene field and sports field, a material having air permeability or moisture permeability and waterproof is preferably used. Examples of such a substrate include a porous sheet made of a material that has a large contact angle with water and hardly wets with water, a porous sheet made of a material that easily gets wet with water, and a water-repellent treated product thereof. Examples of porous sheets made of materials that are difficult to wet with water include polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, or polyurethane and polyester. And a perforated film made of an organic polymer such as other plastics such as polyamide, a foamed sheet having open cells, a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, a knitted fabric, and paper. Examples of the porous sheet made of a material that easily wets water include woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, knitted fabrics, paper, and a perforated film of polyvinyl alcohol made of organic polymers such as cotton, cellulose, and polyvinyl alcohol. A porous sheet made of a material that easily wets water is used after being subjected to water repellent treatment with a generally known water repellent on the surface where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not formed. In addition, the porous sheet of the material which does not easily get wet with water is used after being subjected to water repellent treatment as necessary. The base material may be non-stretchable, and may be stretchable in the vertical direction and / or the horizontal direction.
The thickness of the substrate is preferably determined as appropriate depending on the material, application, and the like. Usually, when a film is used as the substrate, 10 to 250 μm is preferable, and 10 to 100 μm is more preferable. Moreover, when using as a base material fabrics, such as a woven fabric and a nonwoven fabric, and paper, 50-500 micrometers is preferable and 100-300 micrometers is more preferable. When using the latter fabric, paper or the like as the base material, it may be difficult to measure the absolute thickness, so it is preferable to use one having a basis weight of 8 to 200 g / m 2. is there.
As the pressure-sensitive adhesive used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer constituting the belt-like patch, a generally used pressure-sensitive adhesive can be appropriately used depending on the application. Specifically, natural rubber adhesives, synthetic rubber adhesives, acrylic adhesives, silicone adhesives, vinyl ether adhesives, vinyl ester adhesive adhesives, polyester adhesives, urethane adhesives, etc. These pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used, and these are used alone or in combination. In addition, when used in a patch material in the medical hygiene field or sports field, a material that is less irritating to the skin as the adherend is preferably used.
In addition to the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive, various additives can be contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer as necessary. Examples of the additives include plasticizers, crosslinking agents, tackifiers, antioxidants, heat stabilizers, light stabilizers, antistatic agents, lubricants, nucleating agents, flame retardants, pigments, dyes, drugs, and the like. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may contain one or more of these.
Although the thickness of an adhesive layer can be suitably determined with the use site | part and the kind of adhesive, 10 micrometers-300 micrometers are preferable and 20 micrometers-200 micrometers are more preferable. If the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 10 μm, the adhesive material may be peeled off during application due to insufficient adhesion with the adherend. On the other hand, when the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exceeds 300 μm, the pressure-sensitive adhesive protrudes from the edge of the patch, and there is a possibility that paste stains will be generated.
As the release liner used for the band-shaped patch, a commonly used release liner can be applied, but in consideration of economy, it is preferable to use a paper release liner. Examples of the paper release liner include those obtained by coating the surface of high-quality paper, glassine paper, and parchment paper with a release agent having release performance such as silicone resin and fluorine resin. In addition, when fixing the release liner side of the belt-like patch to the core via the adhesive layer, adopt a release liner that has been subjected to a single-sided release treatment, and bring the surface that has not been subjected to the release treatment into contact with the adhesive layer. Can be fixed firmly.
Hereinafter, the wound body of the band-like patch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described, but the present invention is not limited to these, and various applications can be made without departing from the technical idea of the present invention. Is possible.
