2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various types of tatami floors using a thermoplastic resin foam have been proposed for lightweight tatami mats, but various elastic reinforcing materials are used as tatami mats to maintain elasticity. (For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-129248).
However, even if the elasticity can be maintained, the entire tatami mat cannot be prevented from warping. For this reason, there is a tatami mat in which a plywood is interposed to disperse the pressure applied to the tatami mat.
No. 94231), in thin tatami mats that have been in demand in recent years, plywood is not enough to prevent warpage, and a stronger reinforcing material is required. However, in the case of using a tatami floor as a tatami mat with a tatami mat, it is necessary to sew an edge cloth or the like, so that there is a limit to a tatami mat to be combined as a reinforcing material so as not to hinder sewing.

Therefore, in the present invention, a tatami floor is improved so that a metal plate which is difficult to sew can be used as a reinforcing material. Even so, the purpose is to provide one that is sufficiently robust and has little warpage.

According to the tatami floor according to the present invention as described above, since the metal plate is joined to the front and back of the plywood, the tatami floor can be prevented from warping. When the tatami floor is cut in accordance with the use of a metal plate smaller than the plywood plate so as to form a peripheral portion serving as a seam allowance or a cutting allowance, the peripheral portion without the metal plate is easily cut.

A thermoplastic resin foam, preferably polyethylene foam, is formed on the lower surface of the lower metal plate, and a thermoplastic resin foam having high elastic recovery, preferably compressed urethane, is formed on the upper surface of the upper metal plate. Since the foam is formed, the elasticity and the heat insulating property of the tatami floor are favorably maintained. Furthermore, the tatami mats formed using the tatami mat floor described above, particularly on the back side of the edge where the rim cloth is attached, are covered with a cloth tape for protection at the sewn place and the staple binding point for the rim cloth. It has the effect of preventing the foam from being cut by the sewing thread, loosening of the sewing thread, and staples coming off.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a veneer plate, and reference numerals 2 and 3 denote upper and lower metal plates bonded to the front and back of the veneer plate 1 with an epoxy-based adhesive or a urethane-based adhesive, for example, so that a peripheral portion a serving as a seam allowance or a cut allowance is formed. Are also formed smaller than the plywood 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes a thermoplastic resin foam joined to the lower side of the lower metal plate 3 with a double-sided tape or the like. Numeral 5 is a thermoplastic resin foam having a high elastic recovery property joined to the upper side of the upper metal plate 2 with a double-sided tape or the like.

The above-mentioned peripheral part a is preferably practically about 50 mm wide from the end of the tatami floor. Also, the veneer plate 1 has a thickness of 2 to 4 mm, and the metal plates 2 and 3 have a thin weight such as an aluminum plate having a thickness of 0.2 to 0.3 mm or an iron plate having a thickness of 0.27 mm without a heavy load. For convenience, the lower foam 4 may be 2-3
A soft polyethylene foam (trade name: Softlon) having a thickness of mm and a compressed urethane foam having a thickness of 2 to 3 mm are suitable as the upper foam 5. The entire tatami floor is formed to be thin with a thickness of 15 mm or less (see FIGS. 1 and 2).

Next, in order to construct a tatami mat using the tatami mat floor, the tatami mat 10 is cut at the periphery without the metal plates 2 and 3 so as to conform to the measuring dimensions, and the tatami mat 10 is stretched on the upper foam 5. A protective tape 21 is stuck on the back side of the edge so that the lower foam 4 is not cut off by sewing, and the edge cloth 20 and the tape 21 overlapped with the tape 21 on the front side. The lower edge paper 22 is sewn to the tatami floor. Further, the edge cloth 20 is turned downward so as to wrap the edge paper 22 superimposed on the edge cloth 20 at the front side sewing position, and the edge cloth 20 is stapled with staples 23. May be joined to cover not only the sewn place but also the staple binding place (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

According to the present invention, as described above, a metal plate smaller than a plywood plate is joined to the front and back of the plywood plate which is the center of the tatami floor so as to form a peripheral portion which is a seam allowance or a cut allowance. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tatami floor from warping, and it is also possible to easily cut the tatami mat at a peripheral portion without a metal plate so as to conform to the measurement dimensions for forming the tatami mat.
In addition, the lower part of the lower metal plate and the upper part of the upper metal plate are laminated with a plywood or a metal plate for the elasticity of the tatami mat and the heat insulation by using a thermoplastic resin foam according to the required degree of elasticity. Nevertheless, it can be suitably maintained.

Further, in addition to the effects of the above-mentioned tatami floor, the cloth on the back side of the tatami mat is joined with a cloth tape covering the sewn place and the staple place, so that the foam on the back side is made of a sewing thread. In addition to preventing the staple from being cut or the tension of the sewing thread being reduced, the staple is prevented from coming off.
