が、酸素と十分な水が存在するところで反応して水酸化

化するのを防止するため、ドライヤーで瞬間乾燥させる
まで湿潤状態に保持する。 (ハ) 発生した黄変色をブラシや化学薬品等で連続して除
去するか、もしくは実開昭62−41072の如く酸洗
槽液をスプレーして除去する。 (ニ) 特開昭59−185786のように鋼板変色防止剤

酸液を酸洗槽入側において除去し、しかる後、再度正転
し前記錆または黄変色部を酸洗除去することを特徴とす

ル11にて付着清浄水を絞り取られた後、ドライヤー1
2にて瞬間乾燥されて成品となる。ところが、これらの
酸洗工程を経た鋼帯に往々にして錆もしくは黄変色が発
生し、成品の商品価値を低下することがある。本発明は

槽4の入側において酸洗槽入側リンガーロール6によっ
て絞りとられ、新たに設けたスプレーロール14によっ
て完全に洗浄される。鋼帯の逆転による黄変色部の除去
が完了すると鋼帯は再び正転方向に巻き取られ、黄変色

できた。 (ロ)逆転、再度の酸洗という簡単な酸洗付加方法によ
って、定常部と同一の品質を保証できるが、この付加作
業を遂行するにリンススプレー装置、ドライヤー等僅か

低速通板域もしくは通板停止時に発生する鋼帯表面上の
錆もしくは黄変色を除去する連続酸洗付加方法におい
て、前記鋼帯の通板方向を逆転して前記錆または黄変色
部を再度酸洗槽に浸漬した後、該逆転通板材に付着した
酸液を酸洗槽入側において除去し、しかる後、再度正転
し前記錆または黄変色部を酸洗除去することを特徴とす
る鋼帯の連続酸洗付加方法。1.
