(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 所定の秤量台上に臨む空箱を傾斜姿勢と
し最小の充填落下衝撃で秤量をする果実等の傾倒式自動
秤量機において、大小2種類の空箱を搬送する2本のコ
ンベヤ型空箱搬送ラインを上下2段に配置し、この下段
の空箱搬送ラインの片側に空箱を1個宛横繰込みする単
一の箱秤量供給路を直交配置し、該箱秤量供給路は、基
端部に空箱を一定角度傾ける可動受板と固定傾斜受板で
90゜開きのV形受台を形成すると共に、該V形受台の
上方位置に上段の空箱搬送ラインから横繰込みする空箱
を一旦水平受けし傾斜落下させる仮受傾斜落下板を設
け、V形受台の溝谷部に長手方向に移動する移動アーム
の箱押出し体を配した切替型傾斜空箱給送手段を、中間
部に前記V形受台に連設した固定V形受台の裏込め待機
手段を、先端部に前記固定V形受台に連設の秤量V形受
台を秤量機の秤量台上に取付ける傾斜秤量手段を備えた
構成とし、且つ該傾斜秤量手段の末端部分に秤量V形受
台に連設の常時はV状位置の可動V形受台となる排出ロ
ーラ付き定量箱体戻し手段を設け、また前記裏込め待機
手段と傾斜秤量手段位置の傾斜空箱のフラップ部の上方
に、果実主供給コンベヤに直交連設となる裏込めコンベ
ヤ部と大出しコンベヤ部及び並設の小出しコンベヤ部よ
り構成の果実供給手段を配置し、秤量箱切替信号に起因
して前記上下2段の空箱搬送ラインを移行の空箱中、下
段の空箱を傾斜空箱給送手段の可動受板に水平載置し、
又は上段の空箱を前記可動受板と固定傾斜受板のV形受
台に傾斜落下で傾斜載置し、さらに前記裏込めコンベヤ
部と前記大出しコンベヤ部及び前記小出しコンベヤ部の
前記果実供給手段を、シリンダで左右,上下に可動する
移動基台に搭載し各コンベヤ部の落下点を傾斜空箱のサ
イズに応じ変えることを特徴とする果実等の傾倒式自動
秤量機における二段切替箱詰装置。
1.
