ステータ7の内部に、前記ネジ軸4と同心状に配された
円筒状のロータ8を軸受け9を介して回転可能に備えて
いる。このロータ8の一端部は前記ナット部5に結合さ
れている。従って中空モータ6がそのロータ8を回転さ
せることにより前記ナット部5を回転させ、各テーブル
1、2を前記レール3に沿って夫々独立に往復移動させ
