Description of the Related Art Conventional road lighting is installed in accordance with the road lighting facility setting standards and the commentary established by the Japan Road Association, and is generally as shown in FIG. 1 , especially in tunnels and the like as shown in FIG. Such a method is taken. In the case of FIG. 1, the arrangement of the lamps includes (a) one-sided arrangement, (b) staggered arrangement, and (c) facing arrangement as shown in FIG. 3, and the mounting height H of the lamps depends on each arrangement method and road width W. And the gap S are determined. The relationship is defined in the road lighting facility installation standard. For example, in the case of a road having a width of 10 m, H ≧ 5 m and S ≦ 30 m when the arrangement is an alignment. In addition, in the case of FIG. 2, the mounting height H is basically set to 4 m or more in order to keep the uniformity of the luminance distribution on the road surface good and to reduce the adverse effect due to the glare of the lamp. The mounting gap is determined by taking measures to reduce the discomfort due to the number of lamps necessary for securing the brightness of the road surface and the wall surface and "flickering". In any case, the lighting fixture is at least 4 m or more diagonally above, lamp is not instead to be placed at intervals.

It was illuminated from at least 4 m or more from above, and it was difficult for light to hit the vertical plane of the object. In addition, as described in the above-mentioned road lighting installation standard and the commentary, there is a problem that discomfort due to " flicker " and inductiveness must be improved.

(1) It is easy to visually recognize the vertical surface of the object. (2) “Flicker” does not occur due to continuous light bands. (3) Similarly, it has an inductivity for providing information on a road flow. . In addition to being able to obtain a great effect on traffic safety such as traffic noise, it can also be installed on soundproof walls, so it is possible to expect excellent effects that can be expected to have economic effects such as simplification of construction work and easy maintenance and inspection.
