To explain the details, 1 is a bath kettle with a water heater,
When water is introduced into the bath kettle 1 with a water heater by means of a water supply pipe 3 which is provided with a heat exchanger 2 for hot water supply and a heat exchanger 18 for bath feed and which is used for hot water supply to the kitchen and shower and bath feed, respectively. One is guided to the water quantity sensor 4 and the hot water supply heat exchanger 2, and the other is guided to the bypass valve 26, and then merged with the hot water heated by the hot water supply heat exchanger 2 to be supplied to the hot water supply pipe 6. The flow reaches the water quantity proportional valve 5 provided ahead of the flow. When the hot water exits the water quantity proportional valve 5, the hot water pipe B8 connected to the solenoid valve 7 for automatic hot water supply and the hot water pipe guided to the hot water tap 9 installed in the kitchen or the like.
It branches to A10 at the branching section 11. An electromagnetic valve 7 for automatic hot water supply is provided at the end of the hot water supply pipe B8. The solenoid valve 7 passes through a first check valve 27 and a vacuum breaker 28, passes through a second check valve 29, and branches to a bath circuit branch portion 36. Is connected to a two-way valve 31. The two-way valve 31 has a ball valve (not shown) inside, and the ball valve is rotated by a motor 32. The two-way valve 31 is rotated by rotation of the ball valve.
Can be "open" and "closed".

Now, when trying to supply hot water to the bathtub 21, if the valve of the two-way valve 31 is set to “closed”, the hot water passes through the bath going pipe 19 through the flow switch 30 and the bath heat exchanger 18, and passes through the bath adapter 20. To the bathtub 21.

Is turned on, then the automatic hot water supply switch 35 is turned on, and here, both the water amount sensor 4 and the flow switch 30 are "ON".
Then, when it is confirmed that water is flowing, the process proceeds to the next sequence. However, the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 is now "open".
If the water volume center 4 and the flow switch 30 do not turn “ON” within a predetermined time T 1 (for example, 10 seconds), an error display 33 is displayed on a remote controller 32 (for example, a bath remote controller) with a numeral (for example, 53). And closes the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7
Further, a bath-exhaust-pipe blockage determination unit 40 that detects an abnormality when the bath-exhaust pipe 19 is blocked by freezing is provided. Subsequently, when it is confirmed that there is no obstruction such as the bath pipe 19,
Automatic hot water supply in the bath outflow pipe 19 is continued as it is. At this time, since the two-way valve is closed, the water level sensor 23
The water level in the bathtub 21 can be detected.

When the water level in the bathtub 21 comes to the bath return pipe 22 of the bath adapter 20, the output of the water level sensor 23 starts to rise. For example, a bathtub with a 10-bit (about 2.5 cm at the water level) rise as an inflection point A water inflection point determination unit 42 is provided.

Thereafter, the automatic hot water supply electromagnetic valve 7 is closed, then the circulating pump 17 is turned on, a circulating water check is performed, and the air in the pipe is completely removed. At this time, the flow switch 30 is turned “ON”. Thereafter, while the two-way valve 31 in the "closed", the circulation pump 17 in the "OFF", again, the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 and "ON", after a predetermined time T 7 (e.g. 20 seconds) Bathtub water level reference point determination unit 43 with water level as reference value
Is provided. This reference point is stored in the bathtub water level reference point storage unit 45.

Further, by transferring the flow rate obtained by multiplying the integrated storage flow rate from the storage reference value to the set water level by a coefficient smaller than 1 (for example, 0.8) through both the bath going pipe and the bath returning pipe,
The automatic hot water supply time can be shortened by an amount corresponding to the increased transport amount. Normally, it is 20 / m if it is transported in the bath return pipe and transported by both when it is flowing at 14 / min in the bath outflow pipe
Because it flows in, it becomes 20/14 ≒ 1.43. That is, the automatic hot water supply time is reduced by the amount corresponding to the 43% flow rate being increased.

The integrated storage flow rate here is obtained by integrating the amount dropped into the bathtub from the reference point to the set water level during the test operation by the water amount sensor 4. In the conventional example, assuming that the flow rate flowing through the bypass valve 26 and the flow rate flowing through the water amount sensor are set to 4: 6, the amount dropped into the bathtub is expressed by the following equation.

Furthermore, after conveying, for example, 80% from the reference value to the set water level by both the bath outflow pipe and the bath return pipe, the hot water is supplied only to the bath outflow pipe to the set water level, and a water level sensor provided in the bath return pipe during that time. The hot water is automatically supplied to the set water level while checking the water level. When the set water level is reached, the circulating pump 17 is turned "ON" while the automatic hot water supply electromagnetic valve 7 is "closed" and the two-way valve 31 is "open", and a circulating water check is performed. If the bath water is lower than the temperature, it is purged (bath heat exchanger 18-bath outflow pipe 19-bath tub 21-bath return pipe 22-water level sensor 23-circulation pump 17-two-way valve 31-bath heat exchanger). Heat by circulating 18 and bath water)) and boil to the set temperature.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-described automatic hot water supply to the bathtub 21, the automatic hot water supply switch 35 is turned on when a large amount of hot water is used in the hot water tap 9 such as a kitchen or a shower. Even if an attempt is made to automatically supply hot water to the bathtub 21, for example, the bath going pipe 19 or the bath returning pipe 22
If the piping of the water heater is long and the bathtub 1 and the hot water tap 9 in the kitchen are short, the water does not flow to the automatic hot water supply side and the flow switch 30
May not "ON".

That is, another tap switch 39 is provided on the hot water supply pipe A10 in a simplified manner between the branch portion 11 and the hot water tap 9. The other plug switch 39 may be any switch that can detect ON-OFF with a configuration such as a butterfly switch, for example. The flow rate for turning on normally is 3.5 / min, and the flow rate for turning off is about 2.5 / min. The controller 34 naturally has the same structure as that of the conventional example shown in FIG. 7 and has an automatic hot water supply sequence to the bathtub 21 shown in FIG. Release means 47 and automatic hot water supply continuation means 48 are provided.
