る送風機でバーナケース6に取付けられている。10は
気化器3内の気化ガスをバーナヘッド1に供給する通路
となる気化ガスと空気の混合室で気化器3とバーナヘッ
ド1の下部に取り付けられている。11はバーナケース
6の入口側の下面に取りつけた温度過昇防止装置であ

している。また燃焼時は気化を良好にするために気化器
を約300℃前後に設定している。そして、燃焼中に気
化温度のコントロールが不具合となり異常に温度上昇し
た時、また燃焼中の逆火により混合室10の温度が異常
上昇して危険を生じる恐れがある時はバーナケース6の
下に設けた温度過昇防止装置11が働き危険を回避して
いる。しかし、材料の厚さによる熱伝導のばらつき、取
付状態のばらつき、空気の流れによるばらつきなどで温
度過昇防止装置11の温度検出にばらつきが多く安定し
た検出ができなかった。そのために、安全装置が誤動作
