ルミ、又、高すぎた時のねじ折れ、ねじ頭欠け等の品質
問題があつた。 【0007】(3)時計機枠がプラスチツク材等の低強
度材より成る場合、ねじピン打ち込みによる時計機枠の
割れ、又、ねじピン打ち込みにより常時ストレスが加わ
るために経時変化による時計機枠の割れ、又、ねじピン
の固定力の低下等、品質上からも、又アフターサービス
上からも問題点を有していた。 【0008】又、熱カシメ固定のみの場合には、全くア
フターサービスができず、製品の商品価値を損うといつ
た、大きな問題点をも有していた。 【0009】そこで本発明は、従来のこのような問題点
を解決するため、時計機枠である地板と押え部材に挟持
した時計部品を、ねじを用いないアナログ時計の固定構
造により、部品の削減、低コスト化の成された時計体の
実現を図り、かつ、品質の信頼性の高い時計体を得るこ
とを目的としている。 【0010】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記問題点を解決するた
めに、本発明に係るアナログ時計の固定構造は、輪列、
モータ、回路部材等より成る時計構成部材と、時計機枠
と、前記時計構成部材を前記時計機枠との間に保持固定
する押え部材とを備えるアナログ時計の固定構造におい
て、前記モータには、ステータと、前記ステータに接し
てロータを回転させる磁力を発生するコイルブロック
と、前記コイルブロックへ電気信号を伝えるコイルリー
ド基板とが具備されており、前記押え部材は、前記時計
機枠に設けられた被係合部と係合する複数の係合部と、
前記時計構成部材を弾圧する複数の弾性部とを有してお
り、少なくとも1つの前記弾性部は、前記時計機枠側に
反り曲がった形状になされており、前記弾性部における
前記時計機枠側に反り曲がった部分が前記ステータ、前
記コイルブロック、前記コイルリード基板を押圧して保
持することを特徴とする。 【0011】 【作用】上記のように構成されたアナログ時計の固定構
造は、弾性部を係合部と係合穴部の両方の近傍から概略
中間位置に配置したことにより、挟持部品の厚み公差を
吸収することが可能となりかつ、組み込み時、弾性部を
変位して組み込むことができ、組み込み性、及び作業性

ことができ、品質の信頼性の高い時計の固定構造が実現
できるのである。 【0013】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に本発明の実施例を図面にも
とづいて説明する。図1に本発明の平面図、図2,図
3,図4にその要部断面図を示す。 【0014】1はプラスチツク材より成る時計機枠であ
る地板で、後述する輪列、モータ、回路部材等の案内、
保持を行なう。地板は、外周部に凸部1ーa,1ーb,
1一c,1ーdを有する。該凸部は後述する押え部材で
ある電池プラス端子の係合、引掛け部である。2,3,
4,5,6,7,8はそれぞれ、二番車,三番車,四番
車,五番車,ロータ,つづみ事,日の裏車である。9は
クラツチ板で地板に案内され、三番車下柄を案内する。
10はステータ、11は電池マイナス端子で何れも公知
の働きを行なう。12はプラスチツク材より成る輪列受
で前述した各部品を案内、保持する。13はコイルブロ
ツクで、ステータと接触して後述する回路ブロツクから
の電気信号を磁気変換して前述したロータを回転させ
る。14は回路ブロツクでMOSーICチツプ15、水
晶振動子16を装着、実装して、前述した電池マイナス
端子と接触して電気導通を図り、又、前述したコイルブ
ロツクのコイルリード基板17と接蝕して電気信号を伝
える。 【0015】18は外部操作部材として機能する巻真で
ある。これまで述べてきた部品は何れも地板、及び輪列
受で案内、保持されるが固定手段は有していない。19
は、前述した全ての部材の押さえ及び固定を行ない、か
つ後述する機能を有する電池プラス端子である。 【0016】まず、部品の固定手段として機能する地板
凸部への係合、引掛け部19一a,19一b,19一

性部から成り、19ーe部はステータとコイルブロツ
ク、19ーf部は、ステータとコイルブロツク及びコイ
ルリード基板と回路パターンの出力端子部、19一gは
水晶ケースの押さえを行なう。19一hは電池側面に接
触する電気接点弾性部である。19一iはプラス導通弾
性部で前述した回路ブロツクパターンに接触し、プラス
電位を一定の接触圧により回路プロツクに導通する。1

及び切換操作感を発生させる弾性部である。 【0018】次にこの電池プラス端子の組み込みについ

びねじピンが不要となる他、金属部品による弾性部の接

貿の信頼性が高い。 【0022】又、プラスチツク材から成る地板の凸部に
は、電池プラス端子の弾性部反カが常時加わり、経時変
化による変形、亀裂が懸念されるが、図よりも明らかな
様に、平面的、断面的に厚肉が容易に確保されるため、
従来の地板に設けたプラスチツク軸の熱カシメによる強
度と比較して2倍以上の余裕が増す。 【0023】又、図2〜図4に示す通り、地板の案内軸
を熱カシメすることにより、電池プラス端子反力は地板
凸部と地板案内軸熱カシメ部で受けるため、更に強度確
保が図れ、品質の信頼性が増す。 【0024】アフターサービスが必要な場合は、プラス
チツク熱力シメ部を切断することにより、部品の取り換
えは可能であり、機能上からは前述した通り、熱カシメ
をしなくても問題はないため、従来の熱カシメのみによ
る時計固定構造では、全くできないといつた問題点も解

合部と係合穴部の両方の近傍から概略中間位置に設けた
