Description of the Related Art Conventionally, vinyl acetate resin adhesives, ethylene / vinyl acetate resin adhesives, urea resin adhesives, etc. have been used for attaching decorative paper as a surface material of furniture or interior materials to a base material such as plywood or particle board. However, the production efficiency was not good because it required heating and pressurizing to remove water from the adhesive or to cure the adhesive, and required a subsequent curing period. Therefore, in order to improve production efficiency, an electron beam curing method using an electron beam curing type resin adhesive has been used as an alternative method.

In order to eliminate the effect, it has been found that, for example, when the adhesive tape on which a leaflet, a price tag, or the like is stuck on the surface of the product is peeled off, there is a disadvantage that the surface of the decorative paper is peeled off together.

した。[0004] In order to solve such inconveniences, an attempt was made to use resin-reinforced paper reinforced with a resin instead of building material paper used in conventional decorative paper. Although it was resolved to the extent that there was no problem, the adhesion between the decorative paper and the base material was poor this time, and it was bonded by peeling off the interface between the resin reinforced paper and the electron beam curable resin adhesive layer It has been found that a new disadvantage arises in that the decorative paper easily peels off from the substrate.

When the lower alcohol alone is used, the impregnation rate of the resin-reinforced paper 1 is about 2 to 10% when the lower alcohol is used alone, and when the ethylene glycol is used alone, the same is applied when the lower alcohol is used alone. It is desirable from the viewpoint of the effect of the present invention that water, a lower alcohol and ethylene glycol are respectively added so that the impregnation rate of the resin-reinforced paper 1 at the time of joining is about 15% or less. The above-mentioned water content (immersion) rate is a value obtained by the following equation.

In bonding to the base material, the adhesive is cured by irradiating an electron beam in a state where an electron beam-curable resin adhesive and a solvent having a hydroxyl group in a molecule are simultaneously present, for example, water, ethylene glycol and the like. Laminating using an electron beam-curable resin adhesive containing a solvent dispersed, or applying a solvent such as water, lower alcohol or ethylene glycol to the resin-reinforced paper on the back of the decorative paper, and then applying the electron beam-curable resin adhesive Adhesion during bonding is significantly improved, and stable production of decorative boards without decorative paper peeling from the substrate is realized. An excellent effect that it can be.
