The substrate surface had to be smooth. Further, there is a problem that the passage of the paste is poor due to the presence of the stainless steel wire in the ink transmitting portion, and therefore, the paste is not suitable for printing a paste having a high viscosity and large particles.

The stainless steel mesh screen obtained by removing the metal foil and the stainless steel wire of the part (2) by chemical corrosion is stretched on a printing frame, and an image is formed again with a resin film on the wire surface.

Further, since the stainless mesh portion is used as the printing surface and the image is formed by the resin film, the adhesion to the printed matter is improved, and the printability is also improved.

FIG. 1 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view of a metal screen printing plate of the present invention, in which an image is formed, that is, patterned on a stainless mesh screen 1 having a metal foil 2 made of, for example, nickel or copper adhered to one surface thereof, and an ink (paste) transmitting portion thereof is provided. 4,
That is, the metal foil and the stainless wire of the pattern portion are removed by chemical corrosion. It is preferable that the wire mesh screen 1 is usually coated on one or both sides to a desired thickness by plating or the like and cured. The stainless mesh screen 1 produced in this manner is stretched over a printing frame (not shown), and the resin film 3 is adhered to the wire surface to form an image again. When the stainless steel mesh screen 1 without the metal foil 2 is stretched over the printing frame with the stainless steel mesh screen from which the metal foil and the wires of the image are removed, the image portion becomes loose because there is no holding of wires other than the image portion, and the printing is performed. The screen version is ineligible.

The paste has good permeability, and therefore has a high viscosity and has a large particle size, so that the paste has good permeability. Further, since the image is formed by the resin film 3 using the stainless mesh portion as the printing surface, the adhesion with the printed matter is also improved. .

Therefore, the adhesiveness to the printed matter is good, and thus there is an effect that the printability is improved.
