れ、前記結合基板上に設けられた入出力電極各々の他方
の端部は、前記2個の一端開放型同軸共振器から離れた
位置において外部回路との接続に供されることを特徴と
するものである。

互いに逆方向を向くように前記結合基板上に配置され、
前記結合基板上に設けられた入出力電極14a、14b各々の
他方の端部は、前記2個の一端開放型同軸共振器10、11
から離れた位置において外部回路との接続に供されるこ
