2. Description of the Related Art Generally, elastic yarns such as polyurethane have very high elasticity, low rigidity, and extremely low tension during spinning. Therefore, when winding the elastic yarn, yarn breakage due to winding around the roll, disturbance of the package form, and the like are likely to occur. In order to wind without breaking the yarn, it is necessary to wind the yarn in a state where the winding tension of the yarn is high to some extent, so that the residual distortion of the yarn increases. Therefore, as a method for winding the elastic yarn, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 48-45642 and 48-8

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The inventors of the present invention have studied a winding method that gives as little residual strain to a spun elastic yarn as possible. As a result, the following was found. When winding an elastic yarn, if the yarn is wound in a high tension state, the yarn is wound while being stretched, and the residual shrinkage ratio (elastic deformation ratio of the wound yarn, that is, (denier of the unwound yarn /
The denier on the bobbin-1) x 100 (%)) results in a high thread, and the thread breaks and physical properties (elongation, etc.) during processing of the thread
Leads to a decrease in When winding with a low tension by a conventional winding method, winding around the godet roller in the middle frequently occurs. This is due to traverse or resistance of the oiling, so that it is necessary to wind the yarn in a state where the tension is high to some extent, resulting in a yarn having a high residual shrinkage.

[0004] This phenomenon will be specifically described with reference to FIG. The speed of the take-off godet roller 3 is taken up by the winding speed.
As the speed is faster than that of the drive roller 5 (the speed of the drive roller 5 is equal to the speed of the bobbin 6), the tension of the yarn 1 at the time of winding becomes smaller, and the residual shrinkage can be reduced. That is, as the take-up godet roller 3 becomes faster, the yarn tension in the spinning cylinder increases, and the residual shrinkage of the yarn on the take-up godet roller 3 increases, but the effect of relaxing with the take-up roller 3 to the bobbin is greater. Therefore, the residual shrinkage on the bobbin is reduced.

However, when the speed of the take-up godet roller 3 is increased to reduce the tension of the yarn at the time of winding, the oil is wound around the take-up godet roller 3 due to the resistance of the oiling roller 7. However, even if the speed of the second godet roller 4 is increased to prevent the second godet roller 4 from being wound around the take-up godet roller 3, it is wound around the second godet roller 4 because of the resistance of the traverse device 8. Because it sticks, Godetoro is actually taking over-
It is not possible to increase the speed of La 3 and lower the residual shrinkage. This phenomenon occurs when the yarn has a high elongation at a low tension such as a yarn having a small denier (for example, 20 denier or less) or a yarn having a small elastic modulus, or when the winding speed is high (for example, 700 m / min or more). ) Becomes noticeable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Based on such knowledge, in order to reduce residual strain associated with winding of an elastic yarn,
First, an oiling method having a small resistance and an improvement in the surface condition of the second godet roller in which the yarn is not easily wound were examined, but no significant effect was obtained. Next, when the winding was performed without traversing the elastic yarn, it was found that the residual shrinkage could be significantly reduced, and it was found that reducing the resistance of traversing was a key point for solving the problem. However,
In order to reduce the resistance of the traverse, the material of the traverse guide having a low frictional resistance with the elastic yarn was examined, but no great effect was obtained.

[0007] In the course of solving such a problem, the inventors of the present invention have studied the elastic yarn to be wound via the rotating roller, the rotational speed of the roller, the winding speed, the running speed of the yarn, and the like. The relationship between the elastic shrinkage and the elasticity was analyzed. By winding the elastic yarn while overfeeding the winding roller by a factor of 1.1 or more after the traverse, the influence of the traverse resistance can be eliminated. It was found by measurement with a laser Doppler velocimeter that the tension was relaxed and the film was wound in that state.

The present invention has been completed based on such findings. That is, according to the present invention, when the spun elastic yarn is taken up by the take-up roller and then wound on the bobbin after passing through the traverse device, the take-up speed is set to 1.1 by the drive roller installed after the traverse device. The winding method is characterized in that the bobbin is over fed at a speed of twice or more and the speed of the take-up roller is equal to or higher than the winding speed.

Example 1 A polyurethane fiber of 20 denier was wound at a winding speed of 8
The film was wound at 00 m / min by the conventional winding method (FIG. 2) and the winding method of the present invention (FIG. 1). The spinning conditions other than the winding method are the same. In the conventional method, as shown in FIG. 2, the yarn 1 twisted by the false twisting machine 2 is passed through a take-off godet roller, oiled by an oiling roller 7, passed through a second godet roller 4, and then traversed. At 8, it is traversed and wound on the bobbin 6. At this time, the driving roller 5 is used as a surface roller for keeping the bobbin at a constant peripheral speed, and the bobbin speed and the driving roller speed are the same.

In the method according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, after the traverse 8, the overfeed roller 5 overfeeds the bobbin 6, and then the bobbin 6 is momentarily relaxed. And wind it up. By both methods, an attempt was made to increase the speed of the take-off godet roller 4 to reduce the residual shrinkage. Table 1 shows the results of the limit at which the yarn can be stably operated without the yarn being wound around the roller in the middle.
