Description of the Related Art Heretofore, there has been known a so-called water-based ballpoint pen in which ink is incorporated in a so-called oil-based ballpoint pen using high-viscosity ink and a fibrous batting, and the ink is guided to a ballpoint pen tip via an ink guide core. ing. Each of them has some drawbacks, but one of the shortcomings is that oil-based ballpoint pens have a disadvantage in that the ink has a high viscosity, and thus the ink has a low writing density and a low writing density. Further, the water-based ball-point pen has disadvantages in that the use of the batting containing the ink increases the cost of members and increases the cost, and that the consumption of the ink is unknown. In addition, under such circumstances, for the purpose of improving each of the drawbacks, the ink having a high viscosity is statically reduced, and the viscosity is reduced by the rotation of the ball at the time of writing, so that the ink having the shear thinning viscosity is discharged. The ballpoint pen used is also known. However, ballpoint pens that use ink with shear thinning have a tendency to evaporate the ink and have a large amount of ink flowing out (to increase the writing density). Have many. Further, since the viscosity of the ink is smaller than that of the ink of the oil-based ball-point pen, the flow resistance to the ink storage tube is small. Accordingly, ink leakage (ink flows backward at the rear end of the ink storage tube) is likely to occur due to the ink's own weight or impact. For this reason, usually, the rear end of the ink prevents evaporation of the ink and moves following the consumption of the ink at the time of writing, but it is a grease-like shape that suppresses the backflow of the ink against its own weight and impact. A follower is provided. However, even if the follower is provided, when the ink is written immediately below the ball of the tip when the writing is performed upwards, a remarkable backflow occurs because the ink head is added directly, thereby contaminating the inside of the shaft cylinder and vent holes provided in the shaft cylinder. There is a danger of ink leaking from and soiling hands and clothes. The situation is not the ratio of the situation that occurs with oil-based ballpoint pens. Usually, the tip of the tip is tightly fitted to the tip of the tip, and a resin cap is fitted. However, since the cap has no ventilation means, the internal pressure of the cap increases when the cap is fitted, and a part of the air is removed. Flows into the ink through a small gap between the ball and the chip holding it. The air that has flowed in has no drawback due to the follower, and remains as bubbles in the ink, which has a drawback that smooth ink outflow during writing is hindered.

する。The object of the present invention is to use an ink which has a high viscosity in a static state, and has a shear thinning viscosity in which the viscosity is reduced by rotation of a ball at the time of writing and the ink flows out. In the improvement of the ballpoint pen, the self-weight and impact of the ink and the backflow of the ink at the time of upward writing can be prevented to prevent the inside of the shaft cylinder, the hands, and the clothes from being stained. In addition, it suppresses a rise in internal pressure when the cap is attached, prevents bubbles from flowing into the ink, and smoothes out the ink during writing.

At this time, the vertical groove 8 communicates with the gap formed between the inner hole 15 and the ink storage tube 3 through the horizontal groove 7.
In addition, a ventilation hole 1 is provided on the rear side surface of the barrel 1 in communication with the inner hole 15.
6 are drilled. As a means for communicating with the inner hole 15, a small hole is formed in the tail plug 19 fixed to the rear end of the barrel 1, or a gap is formed between the tail plug 19 and the inner wall of the barrel 1 to the outside. It is also possible. In addition, the ink 17 has a statically high viscosity in the ink storage tube 4 and has a shear-thinning viscosity in which the viscosity is reduced by the rotation of the ball during writing so that the ink can flow out. Further, the rear end of the ink 17 is filled with a grease-like follower 18 which prevents evaporation of the ink and can move following the ink surface by contact with the ink surface as the ink is consumed. The ink storage tube 3
For example, a transparent PP resin molded product that suppresses evaporation of ink is used.

1 and is guided to the tip of the chip 4. Although the ink 17 has a statically high viscosity, the viscosity decreases due to the rotation of the ball at the tip of the chip 4 and a large amount of the ink flows out. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the chip 4 is directed upward. At this time, the ball 12 is located in the ball receiving seat 10 of the valve chamber 9 and seals the guide hole 14, so that the ball 12 is written upward and directly below the ball of the chip. Even if the ink runs out, the ink does not clog the head and does not flow backward. Further, since the ventilation passage is formed from the lateral groove 7 of the mouth plug 2 to communicate with the ventilation hole 16 of the shaft cylinder 1, even if the cap is tightly fitted to the shaft tip, air is ventilated and the internal pressure of the cap does not increase. Bubbles do not flow into the ink.

A valve chamber is provided at an intermediate portion of the mouthpiece that connects the chip and the ink storage tube, and writing is performed upward by a ball that is loosely fitted into the valve chamber. Thus, since the space between the ink storage section and the valve chamber is sealed, it is possible to prevent an accident that the ink flows backward and stains the inside of the shaft cylinder, hands, clothes, and the like. In addition, since there is an air passage communicating from the lateral groove of the opening plastic to the air hole, even if the cap is tightly fitted to the shaft tip, the internal pressure of the cap does not increase, and therefore, no air bubbles flow into the ink, so that smooth ink can be used for writing. The outflow can be expected.
