[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By the way, the moisture in the space above the ceiling causes condensation to form on the outer surfaces of these downstream air conditioners, and the water droplets of the condensation stay and flow down, drop onto the ceiling plate, and infiltrate. As a result, spots occur on the indoor ceiling surface, infiltration into the electric system of the air conditioner causes insulation failure, or the cooling efficiency is extremely reduced. Therefore, in order to prevent dew condensation, a heat insulating material such as glass wool is wound around the outer surface of the flexible duct using a fixing material or a wire mesh to improve air conditioning efficiency. And when constructing these downstream air conditioning equipment, heat insulation work, duct work,
On-site work can only be performed with the intervention of a painter or other worker. Therefore, the work requires a considerable amount of time, and the work must be performed in a narrow, high space such as the ceiling. This has hindered the speeding up of construction and has led to a problem that construction costs tend to be high. In addition, the flexible duct that connects the branch duct, anemo chamber, outlet, etc. is made of hard flame-retardant synthetic resin etc. and has elasticity in the longitudinal direction, but it retains the bellows-like original shape during transportation. When loading on a truck in the form, there is much waste in sitting and loading space on the carrier, which is inconvenient to transport,
Also, in order to reduce the length in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of workers must cooperate to perform the binding work,
The handling and transportation are extremely inconvenient. Furthermore, the conventional flexible duct is relatively hard, and particularly, the work of aligning the end faces in the radial direction cannot be easily performed. Therefore, it takes time to position, align, and rework each connection portion of the flexible duct. However, the work was extremely wasteful and the construction efficiency was inferior. In this regard, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 1-121786, attempts have been made to implant hair on the surface of a cylindrical molded product such as a cylindrical iron plate or an aluminum plate. In the general ceiling method in which the suction is also made by a duct, the dew condensation preventing function of the flocking is not so high as compared with the conventional heat insulating material winding method, and therefore, in reality, it has not been practically used.

The air-conditioning duct of the present invention has a suction port on the ceiling surface, and the air-conditioning duct is installed in the ceiling-back space of the ceiling suction air-conditioning system in which the room and the space above the ceiling are directly connected by the suction port. The air-conditioning duct is formed by applying a flocking process to the outer surface of a cylindrical body which can be arbitrarily flexibly expanded and contracted and which can maintain the extended and contracted states in the extended and contracted states. An aluminum foil is used as the material of the cylindrical body, which is lightweight, flame-retardant, flexible, and easily displaced in the radial direction. Since the dew condensation is prevented by the flocking process, the work of winding the heat insulating material at the construction site is unnecessary, and the transportability and the simplicity of the connection alignment are secured.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an air-conditioning duct 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air-conditioning duct 10 has a very simple structure in which only an outer surface of a hollow cylindrical body 12 is flocked. . The air-conditioning air flows through the hollow body of the cylindrical body 12, and it is preferable that the material itself has an excellent heat insulating effect. In consideration of a case where a high-temperature airflow flows in an emergency, a non-combustible or flame-retardant material is selected.

In the present invention, the cylindrical body 12 can flexibly expand and contract arbitrarily, and can maintain the expanded and contracted states in the expanded and contracted states. Here, the cylindrical body that can be arbitrarily flexibly expanded and contracted and can maintain the same extended and contracted state in the extended and contracted state is not as rigid as the conventional PVC-made flexible duct, and in particular, It is a material that can be freely flexibly deformed even in the radial direction of the cylinder. Therefore,
It is preferable that the thickness of the cylinder is thin and the weight is light.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the cylindrical body 12 is made of aluminum foil, and has a bellows shape in which protruding peripheral portions 16 and concave peripheral portions 18 are alternately continuous. A ring 20 is formed as an aluminum foil cylinder to which a ring is attached, and an outer peripheral surface of the aluminum foil cylinder (12) is coated with an adhesive and charged to a high voltage negative potential while being charged to a high voltage positive potential. A pile made of rayon or the like is sprayed and adhered, and a flocking process 14 is performed. The air-conditioning duct 10 has an improved heat insulating property due to the flocking process on the outer peripheral surface. Even if there is a temperature difference between the inside and the outside, the moisture in the air does not condense due to condensation, and the heat insulating material as in the related art There is no need to attach. In addition, since the aluminum foil tube is formed into a bellows shape as a material, the material itself has heat insulating properties, is lightweight, can easily expand and contract by about 1/10, and has flexibility in each direction. The positioning and alignment with respect to the connection position are easy and the construction is quickened without being limited to the connection position. In particular, unlike conventional synthetic resin-based flexible ducts, they retain their shape in the extended state or the reduced state, so that during transportation, etc., the worker can simply perform the reduced operation and load the vehicle. This is possible, and not only does not require the binding work as in the past, but also does not have bulkiness when transported to the site, and the loading space and the like can be effectively used. Therefore, even when the outlet 26a (26b) and the branch chamber 32 are connected for communication, the connection portion 3 is merely used.
Only the connection of the air-conditioning duct 10 at 4 does not require the subsequent work of winding the heat insulating material.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, ceiling slabs 22 and air outlets 26a, 26 provided on a ceiling plate 24 as a ceiling surface provided below the ceiling slab 22.
b, the air-conditioning duct 10 and these devices are used when the main duct, the air conditioner 30, the branch chamber 32, and the outlets 26a, 26b (not shown) are connected to communicate with each other in the space 28 above and below the ceiling. Only need to be connected, and there is no need to perform complicated and inferior work of winding a heat insulating material in these narrow spaces. In particular, in the ceiling suction air-conditioning system, in which room air is directly sucked into the space above the ceiling from the suction opening R and the space inside the ceiling functions as a chamber, the outer surface of the hollow cylindrical body made of aluminum foil material is given shape retention. The dew condensation preventing function is specifically ensured by adopting a configuration in which the surface is subjected to flocking processing. Further, in the air-conditioning duct according to the present invention, since the cylindrical body 12 is formed of aluminum foil as described above, fine positional displacement in the radial direction can be easily performed, and connection positioning and reworking can be performed smoothly. As a result, the entire construction work can be sped up, and the overall cost can be reduced. In addition, even when storing in a state where the length is reduced in the longitudinal direction like a conventional flexible duct, it can be easily performed by one worker, and the bundling work and loading work are not only extremely easy, but also stably on the loading platform. The loading state can be secured,
The loading space can be effectively used. further,
Branch chambers, outlets, air conditioners, etc. can be shipped with the air conditioning duct according to the present invention assembled in advance at the factory stage, and can be used as they are at the time of building work for each level of buildings and other structures using the floor panel system method. Since it can be constructed in a state where it is easily attached to each floor, the construction work of the duct system for air conditioning can be extremely simplified.
Further, for example, by forming the projecting peripheral portion 16 and the concave peripheral portion 18 using a retaining ring as in the embodiment, a normal straight pipe duct, a flexible duct, When the spiral duct, the air blowing nozzle and the like are mounted in close contact with each other, a gap is formed between the protruding peripheral portion 16 or the concave peripheral portion 18 and the mounted duct wall, thereby maintaining a good heat insulating effect. This allows for a very wide range of applications.

As described above, according to the air-conditioning duct according to the first aspect, a ceiling suction air-conditioning system having a suction port on the ceiling surface and allowing the room and the space above the ceiling to communicate directly with the suction port. Air-conditioning duct installed in the space above the ceiling, comprising a hollow cylindrical body that is formed of aluminum foil as a material and has a protruding peripheral portion and a concave peripheral portion that are alternately and continuously formed, and that can be stretched in the longitudinal direction. The outer surface of the cylindrical body is subjected to flocking, a retaining ring is engaged with the inner surface of the protruding part of the cylindrical body, and in the extended and contracted state of the hollow cylindrical body, the extended and contracted state is maintained, and the extended state is maintained. Because it is configured to hold the cylindrical shape in the state, there is no need to install heat insulating material to prevent condensation when installing the air conditioning duct system behind the ceiling, construction is simple and the construction work is quick As well as excellent transportability,
Connection positioning with each device, alignment work, and the like can be performed extremely easily. In addition, arbitrarily flexible expansion and contraction,
The stretched and contracted state can be maintained in the stretched and contracted state, and furthermore, it is possible to achieve the effect of lightness and easy handling.
