If a power failure or abnormality is detected while the elevator is running, the elevator stops immediately to ensure safety. At this time, the elevator is often stopped without opening the door, and the passengers are trapped in the elevator car. This is usually referred to as canning, and in such a case, the passenger operates the communication device and acts to seek rescue.

However, if canning occurs in a remote location, traffic conditions may delay the rescuer's arrival at the site.Even if the elevator is stopped at a position where passengers can escape on their own, passengers will remain in the car for a long time. And wait for the arrival of the rescuer. In addition, the passengers could behave unexpectedly due to anxiety and frustration in the long canned state, and there was a risk of causing an accident, especially when the elevator was not stopped at the proper floor position.

In order to achieve the above object, when an abnormal state occurs in the elevator, an abnormal state selection circuit detects the abnormal state, activates the communication device, and includes an elevator having means for transmitting the abnormal state to a monitoring center, An elevator remote control system in which an abnormal state of a plurality of elevators is monitored, and the monitoring center including means for remotely controlling the operation of the elevators is connected to the monitoring center via a communication line,
When the elevator stops abnormally, the stop state is detected, and a determination unit that determines that the zone is a zone in which the passenger can safely escape by himself. Based on the determination unit, the control unit operates the remote control unit of the monitoring center. Thus, there is provided a structure having means for keeping the elevator in a state in which it cannot be started, and a notifying means for notifying that a self-escape is recommended.

In the figure, 1 is a monitoring center that is installed in a remote place and monitors a plurality of elevators, 2 is a control device of the monitoring center 1, 3 is a monitoring device that displays the status of an elevator that is remotely monitored, 4
Is a remote control device, 5 is a communication device installed in the monitoring center, 6 is a communication line, and 7 is a communication device attached to the elevator, which is connected to the monitoring center via the communication line 6. 8 is an abnormal stop detection circuit that detects that the elevator has stopped abnormally, 9 is a passenger detection circuit that detects the presence or absence of a load in the car by a weighing device, for example, and determines whether there is a passenger in the car,
10 is a position detection circuit that detects the position where the elevator has stopped, 11 is a startup detection circuit that detects that the car has started moving after the abnormal stop of the elevator, and is constituted by, for example, a rotary encoder, and its output signal This is to detect the movement of the car. 12 is a power cut-off that shuts off the control power of the elevator in order to prevent the startup circuit of the elevator from being turned on because the elevator startup circuit is turned on for some reason when the passenger exits and the elevator starts up, the escape itself becomes dangerous. In a circuit, for example, this would trip the breaker in the mains circuit. Reference numeral 13 denotes a display selection circuit for storing a plurality of messages and notifying them by an input signal from the control circuit 15, for example, selecting a message to be displayed. Reference numeral 14 denotes notifying means mounted in the elevator car, for example, a display device. Reference numeral 15 denotes a control circuit which receives a signal from the abnormal stop detection circuit 8 and determines a stop position of the elevator by an input signal from the position detection circuit 10 when a passenger is in the car by a signal from the passenger detection circuit 9. Upon detection, it is determined whether the zone is a zone in which the passenger can safely escape from the car. At the same time, a signal indicating that an elevator abnormality has occurred is transmitted to the monitoring center 1 via the communication device 7, and a signal is sent to the display selection circuit 13. And outputs a command signal for operating the power cutoff circuit 13 in response to a command from the remote control device 4 of the monitoring center 1.

Now, when the elevator stops abnormally (S1), this state is detected by the abnormal stop detection circuit 8, and at the same time, the presence or absence of a passenger in the car is determined by the passenger detection circuit 9 (S2). Is based on the input from the position detection circuit 10,
It is determined whether or not the stop position of the elevator is within the zone where the passenger can escape by himself (S3). Next, a signal is output to the communication device 7, and the elevator stops abnormally to the monitoring center 1 via the communication line 6, and the passenger stops. The data indicating that the escapeable zone is canned is transmitted (S4). At the same time, the control circuit 15 outputs a display selection signal to the display selection circuit 13, and the display selection circuit 13 selects the display content instructed from the control circuit 15 from the plurality of stored display contents, and outputs the display content to the display device 14. The display device 14 displays the display content selected by the display selection circuit 13, for example, "I have just dispatched a clerk. Please wait." (S5). Next, the data transmitted to the monitoring center 1 via the communication line 6 is displayed on the monitoring device 3 by the control device 2 to indicate the abnormal condition of the elevator, and the remote control device 4 is operated automatically or by the center staff. Transmits an escape control signal to the communication device 7 for the passenger to escape on his own. The communication device 7 receives the escape control signal (S6) and outputs it to the control circuit 15. The control circuit 15 outputs a signal to the power supply cutoff circuit 12, and the power supply cutoff circuit 12 cuts off the main power supply circuit of the elevator (S7), and at the same time, a display content for prompting the display selection circuit 13 to escape, for example, "Elevator Emergency stop to ensure safety. You can escape by yourself. If you want to escape, please open the door by hand and pay close attention to your feet before going out. " It is displayed on the display device 14 (S8). Next, the activation detection circuit 11 detects the stop state of the elevator (S9), and when the elevator is stopped, waits for the passenger to escape (S10). If the elevator moves for some reason and the start-up detection circuit 11 operates (S9),
The control circuit 15 changes the display content displayed on the display device 14,
Change the display content to cancel the escape, for example, "Escape is dangerous. Please wait for rescue by a staff member." (S1
1), the passenger waits for the arrival of the rescuer (S12). When the elevator stops abnormally and the passenger detection circuit 9 determines that there is no passenger in the car (S2), the control circuit 15 transmits a signal to the effect that the elevator has stopped abnormally to the monitoring center (S13). When the elevator is stopped in the escape impossible zone (S3), the control circuit 15 instructs the monitoring center 1 to transmit a signal to that effect (S14), and at the same time, informs the display device 14 that the vehicle will not escape on its own. The display shows "Escape is dangerous. Please wait for rescue by attendant" (S11), and the passenger waits for the arrival of a rescuer (S12).
