In recent years, various measures such as snow removal and snow melting have been taken to secure road traffic in winter in snowy regions.Although snowfall and avalanches can be dealt with by snowsheds, it can be handled in mountainous areas, especially in areas with heavy snowdrifts. In such cases, these measures are hardly appropriate, and it is most appropriate to install a snow shelter to protect the entire road.

However, when cast-in-place concrete is used, a formwork and many other machines are required, and a rebar assembly and a curing period are required. In order to avoid this, high quality prestressed concrete (PC) members that can be constructed inexpensively and in a short construction period have been developed (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 59-192911, 60-96412). SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a reasonable and quick construction method of a PC snow shelter.

This piece has a unit length in the length direction of the snow shelter (longitudinal direction of the route along the route), and a circumferential direction perpendicular to the route forms an arc shape of approximately 1/4 circle. This piece combines two symmetrical panels at the top,
An arch is formed and its legs are fixed on the shelter foundation. Further, the length direction along the route of the snow shelter has a connecting portion with an adjacent panel, and several pieces are tightly connected to form one block.

Preferably, the vehicle is at least twice as long as the unit length of the piece. The work vehicle has a frame of a contour dimension (vehicle limit) that can travel in the installed snow shelter, and is provided with a lifting jack for receiving a piece of the shelter at the center top.

Several pieces are formed as one block in the longitudinal direction of the snow shelter (along the length of the road), and these are tied together by the introduction of prestress. In this case, a steel material for prestressed concrete is inserted into a sheath buried in the concrete in advance, and stress is introduced into the steel material to fix both ends thereof.

ルターの架設工法。1. A precast panel forming a pointed three-hinge arch, in which a snow shelter piece having a unit length in a length direction along a route and a substantially 1/4 circumference in a circumferential direction perpendicular to the route is prepared in advance. In advance, a shelter foundation is constructed along both sides of the snow shelter erection line, and a rail is temporarily installed inside the foundation. The snow shelter has an outer dimension on the rail that can run in the snow shelter. Place a mobile work vehicle equipped with a lifting jack that receives the top of the piece, place the snow shelter piece on the lifting jack of the shelter foundation and the work vehicle, connect the tops, and connect the joint with the adjacent panel. PC snow shelter that combines and then lowers the lifting jack to move the work cart and repeats the panel assembly in order to build a snow shelter Erection method.
