て、リベット型電気接点9を得ていた。そしてこのリベ
ット型電気接点9を第 図dに示す如くノックアウトピ
ン3にてノックアウトして脚部ダイス4の穴4aより排出

例について説明すると、第1図aに示す直径1.85mm、長
さ14.1mmのCuより成るベース材1と直径1.65mm、長さ2.

1.9mmのノックアウトピン3を備え開口径1.95mm、内部
径1.9mmのテーパ付穴4cを有する脚部ダイス4′と開口
径3.5mm、底部径1.7mm、深さ1.56mmの凹部5aを有する予
備成形パンチ5にて圧接すると共に頭部団粒状のリベッ
ト型電気接点6に予備成形し、然る後そのリベット型電
気接点6の団粒状の頭部6aを第1図cに示す如く開口径
3.5mm、底部径3.1mm、深さ1.1mm円形台形の凹部7aを有
する仕上成形パンチ7にて台形状の頭部8に仕上成形し
て、リベット型電気接点9を得た。そしてこのリベット
型電気接点9を第1図dに示す如くノックアウトピン3
にてノックアウトした処、スムースに脚部ダイス4′の
