理シーケンス上で衝突した場合を示しているが、回線制
御装置7は回線6aに着呼があった時に固定無線機41が既
に使用中となっているため、第1図(a)の場合と同様
に別の固定無線機42を介して移動無線機3aへの着呼動作
に移行する。一方、固定無線機41からは移動無線機3aの
識別信号がその後に送られてくるが、移動無線機3aに対
しては別の経路で着呼動作を進めているため、回線制御
装置7は発呼に対する接続処理を拒否する信号を固定無

延を招くことなく発呼と着呼の衝突に対処することかが
でき、呼処理能率の向上と利用者へのサービスが向上す
