Abstract
Description
実施例1
下記表1に記載の組成(単位:重量%、但し、Bの含有量の単位はppmである、表示されていない残りの成分は実質的にFeである)と組織構成(単位:面積%)を有する冷延鋼板(板厚さ:1.2mm)を用意し、均熱帯の温度を830℃に加熱して焼鈍熱処理した。焼鈍熱処理時に、表2に記載のように露点を制御した。加熱された鋼板は、620℃の温度に維持されている表2に記載の組成(単位:重量%、表示されていない残りの成分はアルミニウムである)を有するめっき浴に浸漬した。浸漬前の鋼板の温度は、全ての実施例において620℃(±3℃)に制御された。めっき浴に浸漬した後に、エアナイフを用いて片面当たり60g/m2でめっき付着量を制御することで、アルミニウム系めっき鋼板を製造した。
Claims (13)
- オーステナイト組織を70面積%以上含むオーステナイト系素地鋼板、および前記素地鋼板上に形成されたアルミニウム系めっき層を含み、
前記素地鋼板は、めっき層との界面から素地鋼板の内部に向かう100μm深さまでの領域を意味する表層部でフェライトを80面積%以上含み、
前記アルミニウム系めっき層は、重量比率でSi:0.5~5%、Zn:1.5~15%、Mn:0.1~1.5%、残部Alおよび不可避不純物を含む組成を有する、アルミニウム系めっき鋼板。 - 前記アルミニウム系めっき層は、重量比率でFe:10~60%およびMg:2.5%以下の中から選択される1種または2種ともにさらに含む、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板。
- 前記アルミニウム系めっき層は、Cr、Mo、Ni等を合計0.5重量%以下の含有量でさらに含む、請求項2に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、重量比率でMnを5~25%含む、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、重量比率でMn:5~25%、C:0.4~0.8%、Al:0.5~3%、B:50ppm以下、残部Feおよび不可避不純物を含む組成を有する、請求項1に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、Ti、Nb、Mo等の元素を合計0.5重量%以下でさらに含む、請求項5に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板。
- オーステナイト組織を70面積%以上含むオーステナイト系素地鋼板を用意する段階;
前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板を均熱帯の温度と露点温度がそれぞれ750~870℃および-5~20℃の条件で焼鈍熱処理する段階;および
前記熱処理されたオーステナイト系素地鋼板を重量比率でSi:2~12%、Zn:5~30%、Mn:0.1~3%、残部Alおよび不可避不純物を含む組成を有し、550~650℃の温度で維持されるめっき浴に浸漬して溶融めっきする段階を含む、アルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記めっき浴は、重量比率でFe:1.5%以下およびMg:5%以下の中から選択される1種または2種ともにさらに含む、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記めっき浴は、Cr、Mo、Niなどを合計0.5重量%以下の含有量でさらに含む、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板をめっき浴に浸漬する際の鋼板の温度は550~650℃である、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、重量比率でMnを5~25%含む、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、重量比率でMnを5~25%、C:0.4~0.8%、Al:0.5~3%、B:50ppm以下、残部Feおよび不可避不純物を含む組成を有する、請求項7に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記オーステナイト系素地鋼板は、Ti、Nb、Moなどの元素を合計0.5重量%以下でさらに含む、請求項12に記載のアルミニウム系めっき鋼板の製造方法。
