Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which mail and other documents that arrive daily need to be organized by date and, until now, they have been stored in commercially available notebooks, but they often pile up too much and do not fit in the notebook, thereby the present invention provides a bellows notebook that can be attached to a processed envelope, allowing documents to be neatly stored and spread out, making it easy to organize.

MEANS: Documents and other materials received are organized according to their level of importance and are stored in a storage area (a processed and attached envelope, etc.) inside pages, and the date, business, etc. are written on a page section for safekeeping and management.

Description

This invention relates to a bellows notebook with a custom envelope attachment, which allows you to write the date and the details of the process on the relevant page of the notebook when you receive mail or documents, and then you can customise the empty envelopes (hereafter referred to as custom envelopes) on that page and freely insert documents. Also, the envelopes can be stored open, which has the advantage of making them easy to see and take out.

Until now, when I received mail or other items, I would write down how to handle it in a notebook, file any documents on that page, and then later find that page, check it, and take any necessary action.
However, because notebooks were not originally meant to be stored by pinching things together, if documents were simply stapled in, the pages would swell, putting strain on the notebook's stitched parts and causing them to become distorted, limiting the amount that could be stapled in.

At the end of 2022, the Japan Patent Office conducted a survey of "bellows and envelopes" and found about 85 examples, but could not find any "similar" or "applicable" items.

Conventional paper notebooks were mainly used for writing, and at most a few documents were bound together. If you tried to fit a lot of mail or documents into the notebook, the binding would become distorted, it was difficult to carry around, and documents would slip out, so there were limitations to this.
Also, there were many cases where it became difficult to check the date, etc. The present invention was invented to solve these problems.

A strong paper accordion band (3) is assembled inside the spine (2) of this notebook, the left side of each page (4) is glued thereto in a stripe, and envelopes or the like are recycled and processed (hereinafter referred to as processed envelopes (large, medium)) and glued in stripes to the accordion band (3) of the page, so that documents can be stored in the processed envelopes (large, medium) in an unfolded state.
The modified envelope post-attached accordion notebook is constructed as described above.

By using this invention, when receiving a lot of mail or documents daily, the date and necessary information can be written on the pages of the accordion notebook behind this processed envelope, and documents that need to be kept can be stored in an open state in the processed envelopes (large and small) (7, 8) installed in the lower half, and even if the sandwiched part bulges, it can accommodate the amount of storage.

(b) Spread out the accordion band (3) and attach all of the page surfaces (4). In addition, glue the processed envelope (7 or 8) to the lower left corner of the page surface (4) in the same way.
(c) Cut the large envelope (Diagram 5) diagonally in half and glue the left edge of each of the top and bottom pieces to the page. For other envelopes, such as inner envelopes (Diagram 6), lay them horizontally and cut open the top, reusing the envelope in the same way.
