Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;および
前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームを含み、
前記モジュールフレームの少なくとも一面にベンティング部が形成され、
前記ベンティング部は、積層された複数の層を含み、
前記複数の層のそれぞれに微細孔が形成された電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、第1層および第2層を含み、
前記第1層と前記第2層が積層された状態で、前記第1層に形成された前記微細孔と前記第2層に形成された前記微細孔とが互いに外れるように配列される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、第1層および第2層を含み、
前記第1層に形成された前記微細孔の大きさと前記第2層に形成された前記微細孔の大きさとが互いに異なる、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、第1層および第2層を含み、
前記第1層に形成された前記微細孔と前記第2層に形成された前記微細孔とが互いに異なる形状を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、第1層および第2層を含み、
前記第1層に形成された前記微細孔の密集度と前記第2層に形成された前記微細孔の密集度とが互いに異なる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、第1層および第2層を含み、
前記第1層と前記第2層のそれぞれに前記微細孔が集まっている微細孔群が形成され、
前記第1層の前記微細孔群が形成する配列形態が前記第2層の前記微細孔群が形成する配列形態と異なる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の層は、金属シートである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の層が高温、高圧で圧着されて前記ベンティング部を形成する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の上面、下面および両側面をそれぞれ覆う天井部、底部および両側面部を含み、
前記天井部、前記底部および前記両側面部のうちの少なくとも一つは、前記ベンティング部を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面をそれぞれ覆う第1および第2エンドプレートをさらに含み、
前記第1および第2エンドプレートのうちの少なくとも一つに、ターミナルバスバーが露出するターミナルバスバー開口部およびモジュールコネクタが露出するモジュールコネクタ開口部のうちの少なくとも一つが形成される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
