Abstract
Description
以下の一般的な熱平衡方程式に基づいて、
ここで、ρは、システムにおける所定の成分の密度を表し、Tは、システムが熱平衡に達したときの温度を表し、tは、時間を表し、Cpは、所定の成分の比熱を表し、kは、熱伝導係数を表し、Qは、生成された熱量を表し、hは、ケースと空気の熱係数を表し、Eは、起電力を表し、Uは、端子電圧を表し、Iは、充放電電流を表し、Tsurfaceは、システムの表面温度を表し、Troomは、室温を表す。
釘刺試験は、『GB/T 31485-2015電気自動車用動力バッテリの安全要件及び試験方法』の方法により行われ、具体的な釘刺手順は、以下のとおりである。
Claims (14)
- ケースと、前記ケース内に封止された電極体とを含み、
前記電極体は、正極シートと、負極シートと、前記正極シートと前記負極シートとの間に位置するセパレータとを含み、前記正極シートは、正極集電体と、前記正極集電体に担持された正極材料層とを含み、正極集電体、正極材料層、負極シート及びセパレータのうちの融点が最も低いものを有効部材として定義し、前記有効部材は、以下の条件を満たし、
- 前記有効部材は、正極集電体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記正極集電体の1つの辺に正極タブが引き出され、前記第1方向は、前記正極タブの引き出し方向と平行である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記第2方向は、前記第1方向と垂直である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記正極集電体は、
前記正極集電体の厚さd2の値の範囲が6μm~15μmの間にあるという条件と、
前記正極集電体の密度ρの値の範囲が2000kg・m-3~3000kg・m-3の間にあるという条件と、
前記正極集電体の比熱容量Cpの値の範囲が800J・kg-1・K-1~900J・kg-1・K-1の間にあるという条件と、
前記正極集電体の層数nの値の範囲が1~150の間にあるという条件と、
前記正極集電体の前記第1方向での寸法Lと前記正極集電体の前記第2方向での寸法Wとの比L/Wの値の範囲が0~30の間にあるという条件と
のうちの少なくとも1つを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。 - 前記正極集電体の材料は、アルミニウムを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記電極体は、
前記正極材料層がリン酸鉄リチウム材料を含むという条件と、
前記負極シートが、黒鉛、ソフトカーボン、ハードカーボン、炭素繊維、メソカーボンマイクロビーズ、ケイ素系材料、スズ系材料及びチタン酸リチウムのうちの少なくとも1種を含む負極活物質を含むという条件と
のうちの少なくとも1つを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。 - 前記リチウムイオン電池が長方形電池であるという条件と、
前記リチウムイオン電池の長さが500mm~2500mmであるという条件と
のうちの少なくとも1つを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。 - ケースと、前記ケース内に封止された電極体とを含み、
前記電極体は、正極シートと、負極シートと、前記正極シートと前記負極シートとの間に位置するセパレータとを含み、前記正極シートは、正極集電体と、前記正極集電体に担持された正極材料層とを含み、前記正極集電体は、以下の条件を満たし、
- 前記ケース内に封止された電極体は、複数であり、複数の前記電極体は、直列接続された複数の電極体群に分けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記ケースと前記電極体との間に封止膜がさらに設置され、前記電極体は、封止膜内に封止される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池を含む、ことを特徴とする動力電池モジュール又は電池パック。
- 請求項13に記載の動力電池モジュール又は電池パックを含む、ことを特徴とする電気自動車又はエネルギー貯蔵装置。
