Claims (12)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取付けられたカバーと、
前記ハウジング内に設けられた固定子とを備え、前記固定子がリングに取付けられた複数の固定極を有し、各固定極が電気巻線を有し、
単一のベアリングにより前記固定子に対して協働的関係で前記ハウジングに枢支されたロータとを備え、前記ロータが焼結工程により製造され、焼結工程が
第1の材料をダイに加え、
前記ダイの前記第1の材料の上に第2の材料を加え、
前記ダイの中において前記第1の材料と前記第2の材料を圧縮し、
前記第2の材料を磁化させ、
前記ロータの端部に固定されたインペラと、
前記固定極に対して協働的関係で前記ロータの端部に取付けられた複数の磁石と、
前記ロータと前記ハウジングの間にあることにより前記固定子と前記磁石がドライ領域にあるシールと、
前記固定子が前記ハウジング内においてサーマルポッティングに取り囲まれ、
前記カバー内に設けられるパワーエレクトロニクスとを備える
超扁平アクチュエータ・ウォータポンプ。 - 前記電気巻線が平線である請求項1に記載の超扁平アクチュエータ・ウォータポンプ。
