Claims (15)
- 自動車の駆動系に設けられた2つの切替えユニットを作動させるアクチュエータ装置であって、
ケーシング(8)と、
アクチュエータ駆動装置(3)と、
前記ケーシング(8)内に配置されており、前記アクチュエータ駆動装置(3)により少なくとも3つの位置(P0,P1,P2)に軸線方向に可動のシフトロッド(4)と、
前記シフトロッドに軸線方向に可動に配置された第1の切替え部材(6)および第2の切替え部材(7)と、
前記第1の切替え部材(6)を第1の軸ストッパ(18)の方に押圧すると共に前記第2の切替え部材(7)を反対の軸線方向で第2の軸ストッパ(19)の方に押圧するばね部材(17)と、
前記ばね部材(17)から前記第1の切替え部材(6)に作用する力方向(F1)に前記シフトロッド(4)が動かされると前記第1の切替え部材(6)を軸線方向において支持する第1のケーシングストッパ(24)と、
前記ばね部材(17)から前記第2の切替え部材(7)に作用する力方向(F2)に前記シフトロッド(4)が動かされると前記第2の切替え部材(7)を軸線方向において支持する第2のケーシングストッパ(25)と
を有する、アクチュエータ装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ駆動装置(3)は、回転駆動装置の形態で形成されており、前記シフトロッド(4)は、前記回転駆動装置により回転駆動可能であり、前記シフトロッド(4)の回転運動を、前記シフトロッド(4)の軸線方向運動に変換するスピンドル機構(5)が設けられている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記シフトロッド(4)は、中間位置(P0)から出発して、前記アクチュエータ駆動装置(3)により第1の軸線方向位置(P1)に移動可能であり、このとき前記第1の切替え部材(6)は前記第1のケーシングストッパ(24)に支持されており、前記第2の切替え部材(7)は前記第2のケーシングストッパ(25)から離れており、かつ
前記シフトロッド(4)は、前記中間位置(P0)から出発して、前記アクチュエータ駆動装置(3)により反対の第2の軸線方向位置(P2)に移動可能であり、このとき前記第2の切替え部材(7)は前記第2のケーシングストッパ(25)に支持されており、前記第1の切替え部材(6)は前記第1のケーシングストッパ(24)から離れている、請求項1または2記載のアクチュエータ装置。 - 前記ばね部材(17)は、前記第1の切替え部材(6)と前記第2の切替え部材(7)とを互いに軸線方向に押し離しており、前記第1のケーシングストッパ(24)と前記第2のケーシングストッパ(25)とは、軸線方向において相対して向けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記ばね部材(17)は、前記シフトロッド(4)において前記第1の切替え部材(6)と前記第2の切替え部材(7)との間に配置されており、前記ばね部材(17)は、特にコイルばねの形態で形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記第1の切替え部材(6)および前記第2の切替え部材(7)のうちの少なくとも1つは、シフトスリーブを軸線方向に移動させるように形成されたシフトフォークの形態で形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記第1の切替え部材(6)は第1の切替えユニット(27)の作動に用いられ、前記第2の切替え部材(7)は第2の切替えユニット(28)の作動に用いられる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記第1および第2の切替えユニット(27,28)のうちの少なくとも1つは、形状結合クラッチを有している、請求項7記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記第1および第2の切替えユニット(27,28)のうちの少なくとも1つは、駆動装置に応じてディファレンシャル伝動装置(26)を接続または遮断するように形成されている、請求項7または8記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記シフトロッド(4)は、一方の端部では前記スピンドル機構(5)によりかつ他方の端部では滑り軸受(14)により回転軸線(A4)を中心として回転可能に前記ケーシング(8)内に支持されている、請求項2から9までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記スピンドル機構(5)は、前記ケーシング(8)に相対回動不能にかつ軸線方向に不動に結合された支持部分(15)と、前記シフトロッド(4)に固く結合されかつ前記支持部分(15)に螺合させられた回転部分(16)とを有し、これにより、前記シフトロッド(4)ひいては前記シフトロッド(4)に結合された前記回転部分(16)が前記支持部分(15)に対して相対的に回転すると、前記シフトロッド(4)の軸線方向移動が生じることになる、請求項2から10までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 出力経路内で前記回転駆動装置と前記シフトロッド(4)との間に配置された駆動部材(12)は、前記駆動部材(12)と係合している駆動部材(13)に対して相対的に軸線方向に移動可能である、請求項2から11までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ駆動装置と前記シフトロッド(4)との間には変速段が設けられている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置(2)を備えたトランスミッション装置であって、
回転駆動可能なディファレンシャルケース(29)と、第1のサイドシャフトを駆動する第1のディファレンシャル出力部材(33)と、第2のサイドシャフトを駆動する第2のディファレンシャル出力部材(33’)とを備えたディファレンシャル伝動装置(26)と、
前記ディファレンシャルケース(29)を選択的に、トルクを伝達する駆動装置部分(31)に結合する、または前記駆動装置部分(31)から切り離すために前記ディファレンシャルケース(29)と前記駆動装置部分(31)との間に配置された第1の切替えユニット(27)と、
前記ディファレンシャル出力部材(33,33’)のうちの1つを、トルクを伝達する付属のサイドシャフトに結合可能なまたは前記サイドシャフトから切離し可能な第2の切替えユニット(28)と
を有し、
前記第1の切替えユニット(27)は、前記アクチュエータ装置(2)の前記第1の切替え部材(6)により作動可能であり、前記第2の切替えユニット(28)は、前記第2の切替え部材(7)により作動可能である、トランスミッション装置。 - 内燃機関と電気機械とを備えたハイブリッド駆動装置用の、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ装置(2)を備えたトランスミッション装置であって、
内燃機関(51)に駆動結合可能であり、多段トランスミッション入力部材(60)と多段トランスミッション出力部材(66)とを選択的に、第1のシフト段または第2のシフト段を介して結合する、または互いに切り離すための切替えクラッチ(59)を有する多段トランスミッション(53)と、
前記電気機械(52)に結合可能な変速トランスミッション入力部材(67)を有し、前記変速トランスミッション入力部材(67)に導入された回転運動を、変速トランスミッション出力部材(73)に対して低速に変速するように形成された減速トランスミッション(54)と、
前記多段トランスミッション出力部材(66)に駆動結合された第1の入力部材(56)と、オーバラップトランスミッション出力部材(73)に駆動結合された第2の入力部材(57)と、出力部材(58)とを備えたオーバラップトランスミッション(55)であって、前記第1の入力部材(56)と前記第2の入力部材(57)と前記出力部材(58)とは互いに補償作用を有する、オーバラップトランスミッション(55)と、
前記オーバラップトランスミッション(55)の前記出力部材(58)に駆動結合されており、前記出力部材(58)に対して同軸に配置されたディファレンシャルケース(29)と、第1のサイドシャフトを駆動するための第1のディファレンシャル出力部材(33)と、第2のサイドシャフトを駆動するための第2のディファレンシャル出力部材(33’)とを備えたディファレンシャル伝動装置(26)と、
前記オーバラップトランスミッション(55)の前記第1の入力部材(56)、前記第2の入力部材(57)および前記出力部材(58)のうちの2つの部材の間に作用するように配置された制御可能な第1の切替えユニット(27)と、
出力経路内で前記オーバラップトランスミッション(55)の前記出力部材(58)と、前記第1のサイドシャフトと前記第2のサイドシャフトのうちの1つとの間に配置された制御可能な第2の切替えユニット(28)と
を有する、トランスミッション装置。
